Abstract
本发明涉及一种负离子吸附壁纸,包括装饰面层和位于装饰面层下方的无纺布基材层,在所述装饰面层和无纺布基材层之间贴合有一吸音棉层,而在所述吸音棉层的上下表面还分别设置有一压制成型的石墨颗粒层,且在所述装饰面层的下表面和无纺布基材层的上表面分别设置有复数个凹腔,各个凹腔内均填充有负离子颗粒。本发明设置有导电的石墨颗粒,可通过导走静电来达到抗静电、消除室内静电污染的效果,另外该墙纸还设置有负离子颗粒,可持续有效地释放负离子,增加室内空气中的负离子含量,而负离子不仅能够杀菌除臭,起到净化空气的效果,而且还具有负离子保健的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及墙面装饰领域,特别是涉及一种负离子吸附壁纸。
背景技术
冬季,风高物燥,当大气相对湿度降到35%时,家庭生活中会出现许多怪现象:早晨梳妆,会越理越乱,甚至“怒发冲冠”;友人到访,当彼此指尖刚触及,就会感到蜂蜇般刺痛,令人大惊失色;晚上熄灯就寝脱紧身的化纤衣服时,黑暗中会发出噼噼啪啪的响声还伴有蓝色的闪光;还有一些心律不整的心脏病人,医生查不出有器质性病变,然而,建议他们改穿纯棉衣服之后,心律就很快恢复正常。
上述这些怪现象,是静电和我们开的小玩笑。静电是一种物质,天气干燥时,家里的地毯、坐垫、墙纸等受到摩擦都会产生静电。据测定:人在地毯上行走,产生的静电电压就超过2000伏特,脱掉涤纶紧身衣服时产生的瞬间电压不低于5000伏特,另外家用电器工作时也会产生大量静电。家中静电污染会危害人体健康,当静电电压达到2000伏特时,人的指尖就会感觉出来;超过3000伏特,就会有电火花出现,指尖会有针刺般痛楚;超过7000伏特,身体便会有电击的感觉,而且还由于静电改变体表电位差而妨碍正常心电传导,从而诱发室性早搏等心律失常。在家庭生活中产生的静电有时可以高达几万伏特,只是由于电流强度很小不足以夺人性命而已。然而,静电会引起人体不适、头痛失眠、烦躁不安,甚至还会引起心脏病,对神经衰弱和精神病患者的危害则更大。因此,消除家中静电污染显得尤为重要。
墙纸作为一种室内装饰材料被广泛地用于住宅、办公室、宾馆的室内装修等。由于墙纸在室内的分布面积大,因此,如果使墙纸具备抗静电功能,那么这对于消除室内静电污染将具有事半功倍的效果。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提出一种负离子吸附壁纸。
为实现上述技术问题,本发明采取的解决方案为:一种负离子吸附壁纸,包括装饰面层和位于装饰面层下方的无纺布基材层,在所述装饰面层和无纺布基材层之间贴合有一吸音棉层,而在所述吸音棉层的上下表面还分别设置有一压制成型的石墨颗粒层,且在所述装饰面层的下表面和无纺布基材层的上表面分别设置有复数个凹腔,各个凹腔内均填充有负离子颗粒。
进一步改进的是:所述吸音棉层上金属纤维的直径为0.2-0.3mm。
进一步改进的是:所述压制成型的石墨颗粒层的厚度为1.3-1.8mm。
进一步改进的是:所述装饰面层上的凹腔和所述无纺布基材层上的凹腔相互交错设置。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本发明各层次次序的特殊设计是经过反复试验得出,不是简单的叠加,该墙纸设置有导电的石墨颗粒,可通过导走静电来达到抗静电、消除室内静电污染的效果,另外该墙纸还设置有负离子颗粒,可持续有效地释放负离子,增加室内空气中的负离子含量,而负离子不仅能够杀菌除臭,起到净化空气的效果,而且还具有负离子保健的效果。

现结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
参考图1,本发明实施例揭示的是,一种负离子吸附壁纸,包括装饰面层1和位于装饰面层1下方的无纺布基材层2,在所述装饰面层1和无纺布基材层2之间设置有一吸音棉层3,在本实施例中所述吸音棉层3上金属纤维的直径为0.22mm,金属纤维的直径过小会影响到金属纤维网3的整体强度,而金属纤维的直径过小则会降低墙纸整体的柔软度,实际生产中,金属纤维的直径只要在0.2-0.3之间均可以实施本发明的目的,而在所述吸音棉层3的上下表面还分别设置有一压制成型的石墨颗粒层4,在本实施例中所述压制成型的石墨颗粒层4的厚度为1.5mm,实际生产中,该压制成型的石墨颗粒层4的厚度只要在1.3-1.8之间均可以实施本发明的目的,且在所述装饰面层1的下表面和无纺布基材层2的上表面分别设置有复数个凹腔5,在本实施例中所述装饰面层1上的凹腔5和所述无纺布基材层2上的凹腔5相互交错设置,从而使得凹腔5的分布面积更广,各个凹腔5内均填充有负离子颗粒6。

1.一种负离子吸附壁纸,包括装饰面层和位于装饰面层下方的无纺布基材层,其特征在于:在所述装饰面层和无纺布基材层之间贴合有一吸音棉层,而在所述吸音棉层的上下表面还分别设置有一压制成型的石墨颗粒层,且在所述装饰面层的下表面和无纺布基材层的上表面分别设置有复数个凹腔,各个凹腔内均填充有负离子颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种负离子吸附壁纸,其特征在于:所述吸音棉层上金属纤维的直径为0.2-0.3mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种负离子吸附壁纸,其特征在于:所述压制成型的石墨颗粒层的厚度为1.3-1.8mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种负离子吸附壁纸,其特征在于:所述装饰面层上的凹腔和所述无纺布基材层上的凹腔相互交错设置。
