Claims (6)

1. The automatic cutting device for the PVC foam board with the plastic-coated surface is characterized in that an upper cutting mechanism, a lower cutting mechanism and a compression roller feeding mechanism are sequentially arranged on a workbench along the moving direction of the board, the upper cutting mechanism is arranged above the workbench, and a main body of the lower cutting mechanism is arranged below the workbench;
the upper cutting mechanism and the lower cutting mechanism have the same basic structure and comprise a synchronous belt assembly, a tool rest assembly and a pressing plate assembly, wherein the tool rest assembly is connected with the synchronous belt assembly, two ends of the synchronous belt assembly are respectively connected to linear guide rail sliding blocks through L-shaped connecting plates, the linear guide rail sliding blocks are movably connected to linear guide rails which are correspondingly arranged on two sides of the workbench, a transition plate is arranged between the L-shaped connecting plates and the linear guide rail sliding blocks, and the pressing plate assembly is connected with the inner side surface of the transition plate;
the knife rest assembly comprises a knife rest, a knife rest fixing plate, a longitudinal positioning plate and a knife blade, wherein the knife rest fixing plate is fixedly connected with the synchronous belt slide block, one end of the knife rest is connected with the knife blade through a knife blade pressing plate, the other end of the knife rest is provided with a knife rest adjusting rod, the knife rest adjusting rod passes through the longitudinal positioning plate and is positioned by an adjusting nut, a knife rest linear guide rail is longitudinally arranged on the knife rest fixing plate, the knife rest slide block is arranged on the inner side surface of the knife rest, and the knife rest slide block is connected to the knife rest linear guide rail and can longitudinally slide along the knife rest linear guide rail;
the arrangement directions of the knife rest components of the upper cutting mechanism and the lower cutting mechanism are opposite, the knife tip of the knife blade on the knife rest component of the upper cutting mechanism is vertically downward, and the knife tip of the knife blade on the knife rest component of the lower cutting mechanism is vertically upward; the pressing plate assembly comprises two air cylinders, two air cylinder supports and a pressing plate connected between the end parts of piston rods of the two air cylinders, each air cylinder support is fixedly connected with a transition plate on the corresponding side, and the air cylinders are connected to the inner side surfaces of the air cylinder supports on the corresponding side;
the pressing plate of the upper cutting mechanism is provided with a pressing plate groove extending along the moving cutting direction of the blade, and the blade tip penetrates through the pressing plate groove to cut the plate;
the piston rod of the cylinder of the upper cutting mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the cylinder, and when the piston rod of the cylinder of the upper cutting mechanism extends out, the pressing plate is pressed down to compact the plate, and when the piston rod retracts, the pressing plate releases the compact state;
the piston rod of the cylinder of the lower cutting mechanism is arranged at the top of the cylinder, the pressing plate of the lower cutting mechanism is arranged above the workbench, the pressing plate releases a state of pressing the plate when the piston rod of the cylinder of the lower cutting mechanism extends out, the plate is pressed when the piston rod retracts, two cutting grooves which extend along the moving direction of the blade and longitudinally penetrate through the upper surface and the lower surface of the workbench are arranged on the workbench surface of the lower cutting mechanism, and the blade of the lower cutting mechanism cuts the bottom of the plate after penetrating through the cutting grooves;
two ends of a pressing plate groove on the pressing plate of the upper cutting mechanism are respectively provided with a pressing plate long hole communicated with the pressing plate groove;
the linear guide rail slide block is provided with a locking handle.

The automatic cutting device for the surface-mounted PVC foam board according to claim 3, wherein a sliding groove matched with the sliding block is arranged in the bracket, the sliding block can longitudinally move along the sliding groove, a spring is connected between the top of the sliding block and the top surface of the sliding groove, a knob is arranged at the top of the spring, the knob comprises a screwing block at the top and a threaded column arranged at the bottom of the screwing block, and the bottom surface of the threaded column is positioned at the upper end of the spring after passing through a correspondingly arranged threaded hole on the top surface of the bracket.
