s3: firstly, manually starting a second electric push rod 24, circularly cutting the foamed plastic by the second electric push rod 24 through a circular cutting knife 25, then after the circular cutting is finished, driving the circular cutting knife 25 to ascend by the second electric push rod 24, manually starting a first electric push rod 22, driving the circular cutting knife 25 to move to the upper part of a collecting barrel 41 by the first electric push rod 22 through a sliding plate 23, blanking the foamed plastic by matching a limiting mechanism 27 and a separating mechanism 28, and finally resetting the circular cutting knife 25 by the first electric push rod 22;
s4: manually starting the suction air pump 43, and collecting the foam plastics into the collecting barrel 41 by the suction air pump 43 through the suction mechanism 42;
s5: after the complete circular cutting of the foam plastic is finished, the suction air pump 43 and the driving motor 351 are manually and sequentially closed, and the circular cutting is finished.
