Abstract
The invention relates to a flexible switching positioning device of a welding tool of a vehicle body production line, which comprises an embedded steel plate which is positioned and connected on the ground and is rectangular, a left mounting support and a right mounting support which are respectively and fixedly connected to the left end part and the right end part of the embedded steel plate, and a connecting rod frame which is fixedly connected to the lower part between the left mounting support and the right mounting support, and is characterized in that: the upper end of the left mounting support is provided with a driving unit, the upper end of the right mounting support is provided with a driven unit, and the driving unit and the driven unit are coaxial; a hub member is disposed between the drive unit and the driven unit. Technical Field
The invention relates to an automobile welding production line, in particular to a flexible switching positioning device of a welding tool of an automobile body production line.
Background
With increasingly fierce automobile market competition, the automobile product remodeling pace is accelerated, and the remodeling cycle is shortened. Therefore, how to economically, reasonably and quickly produce new and updated products and new vehicle models is a practical and important subject to be researched.
The automobile body is produced through four main technological processes of stamping, welding, coating and final assembly. When the automobile is transformed, the coating and final assembly production line generally has good universality and the transformation amount is small. Although a new automobile type stamping die and a welding tool clamp are necessary, the automobile model changing is mainly to reform a welding production line; the remodeling of automobiles requires a large capital investment by the manufacturers. One of the main measures for reducing the investment cost of automobile model changing is to improve the flexibility degree of an automobile welding production line and reduce the modification amount to the minimum; the occupied area is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
The welding production is more closely related to the structural change of the product, so that the requirements of the automobile product on the welding production line for changing the model are more, and the welding production line needs more changes to have more flexible adaptability to the diversification of new products. The flexible welding production line is very necessary for leading in new automobile models, has small change and low investment, can meet the production requirements of various new products and can be rapidly transferred to production, and the automobile welding production line has certain degree of flexibility. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a flexible switching positioning device of a welding tool of a vehicle body production line, which can be adjusted quickly, is suitable for the conditions of producing a new vehicle type switching clamp, can be put into production immediately and is not limited by readjustment of the whole flexible production system.

Further, the driving unit comprises a rotating support, a driving turntable matched with the rotating support and a servo motor arranged on the rotating support, the servo motor drives the driving turntable to rotate through a drag chain, and the driving turntable is connected with the left end of the rotating hub component; and the safety lock pin is arranged at the left end of the rotary support.
Further, the driven unit comprises a driven bearing seat, a bearing connected to the driven bearing seat in a matching manner, and a driven turntable connected to the bearing in a matching manner, wherein the driven turntable is connected to the right end of the rotating hub member; the right safety bolt is arranged at the upper end of the driven bearing seat; the automobile type identification sensor is arranged at the lower part of the driven bearing seat.
Furthermore, the upper end of the counterweight member is provided with two connecting parts, and the two connecting parts are respectively connected with the two spare installation parts on the rotating hub member.
The invention has the main advantages that:

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, the flexible switching positioning device of the welding tool for the vehicle body production line comprises an embedded steel plate 1 which is connected in a positioning manner and is rectangular on the ground, a left mounting support 2 and a right mounting support 3 which are respectively and fixedly connected to the left end and the right end of the embedded steel plate 1, and a connecting rod frame 4 which is fixedly connected to the lower part between the left mounting support 2 and the right mounting support 3, and is characterized in that:
a driving unit 5 is arranged at the upper end of the left mounting support 2, a driven unit 6 is arranged at the upper end of the right mounting support 3, and the driving unit 5 and the driven unit 6 are coaxial; a hub member 7 is provided between the driving unit 5 and the driven unit 6.
The hub member 7 is of a rectangular frame structure, and the left end face of the hub member is provided with an octagonal left connecting part 71 for being fixedly connected with the driving unit 5; the right end face is provided with a square right connecting part 72 which is used for being fixedly connected with the driven unit 6; a plurality of spare installation parts 73 are respectively arranged on the other four side surfaces, and the spare installation parts 73 are used for installing a welding tool or a counterweight member 8; the hub member 7 is rotatable about the axis of the drive unit and the driven unit. The flexible switching of the welding tool can be realized on the rotating hub component so as to adapt to the requirement of producing new vehicle types.
The driving unit 5 comprises a rotating support 50, a driving turntable 51 matched with the rotating support, and a servo motor 52 arranged on the rotating support 50, wherein the servo motor drives the driving turntable 51 to rotate through a drag chain 53, and the driving turntable 51 is connected with the left end of the rotating hub member 7; and a left safety latch 54 provided at the upper end of the pivoting support 50. The left safety bolt is used for adding a mechanical protection besides the electrical protection when the flexible switching positioning device is maintained, namely, the relative position between the rotating support and the rotating hub member is limited and determined through the manual left safety bolt, and the rotating hub member is ensured to be in a static state so as to be convenient for maintenance personnel to operate.
The driven unit 6 comprises a driven bearing seat 60, a bearing 61 matched and connected with the driven bearing seat, and a driven turntable 62 matched and connected with the bearing 61, wherein the driven turntable 62 is connected with the right end of the rotating hub member 7; the automatic welding device further comprises a vehicle type identification sensor 63 arranged at the upper end of the driven bearing seat 60, and when the power unit drives the rotating hub component to rotate to a corresponding position, the vehicle type identification sensor sends corresponding vehicle type information (which is identified through the position of a part and used for calling a corresponding welding work instruction) to an automatic information control system (PLC) for corresponding welding operation; the flexible switching positioning device further comprises a right safety bolt 64 arranged on the lower portion of the driven bearing seat 60, the right safety bolt is used for enhancing safety protection during maintenance of the flexible switching positioning device, and the right safety bolt is pushed by a cylinder.
The upper end of the weight member 8 is provided with two connecting portions 81, and the two connecting portions 81 are respectively connected with the two spare mounting portions 73 on the hub member 7.
The flexible switching positioning device of the welding tool of the vehicle body production line is mainly used for high-beat multi-vehicle type flexible production lines. During actual installation, the assembly is carried out according to the following sequence:
the method comprises the following steps that firstly, a support is fixedly installed, wherein the left side installation support is fixedly connected to the left part of an embedded steel plate through a bolt, and the right side installation support is fixedly connected to the right part of the embedded steel plate through a bolt; then the connecting rod frame is fixedly connected to the lower part between the left mounting support and the right mounting support through bolts; thereby forming a rigid mounting base for the hub member.
Secondly, installing a driving unit, and positioning and connecting the driving unit to the upper end of the left mounting support through a bolt; the active unit is used as a power source of a rotary hub component, a servo motor adopts a pulse absolute increment encoder, and the type and the size of the pulse absolute increment encoder are determined according to the rotary load to be driven.
Thirdly, mounting a driven unit, and positioning and connecting the driven unit to the upper end of the right mounting support through a bolt;
fourthly, mounting a rotating hub component, and connecting the rotating hub component between the driving unit and the driven unit by adopting bolts;
and fifthly, installing a welding tool and a counterweight member. Through the installation of the four steps, the assembly condition of the welding tool is provided, when the welding tool is asymmetric (only one side is provided with the welding tool, and the opposite side is not provided with the welding tool), in order to ensure that the stress of the rotating hub component is uniform, the counterweight component is installed on the side opposite to the welding tool and is balanced with the counterweight component, and when the welding tool for supplementing the vehicle type is introduced, the counterweight component is taken down, and then the corresponding welding tool is installed. The newly introduced welding tool does not influence the welding tool which is installed before, so that flexible switching production among multiple vehicle types is realized. When the welding tool is produced and applied, the welding tool is switched according to vehicle type information fed back by an automatic information control system (PLC).
Through above mechanical structure and assembly quality as the guarantee, changeing the effectual repeated positioning accuracy who has guaranteed welding frock switching between the motorcycle type of hub component, and the management in workshop of being convenient for, great reduction cost. Moreover, the mechanism is not easy to damage, convenient to maintain, high in practicability, low in noise, energy-saving and environment-friendly. The working efficiency can be greatly improved in production, and the method is a great progress in the automobile industry from the aspects of economy, practicability and operation convenience.
