After the kitchen waste collection device is put into use for a period of time, if the cover plate 13 is cleaned, the cover plate shaft 1301 can be separated from the shaft hole by pulling the indexing pin 1304 on one side, and the cover plate 13 is detached for cleaning. The technical scheme solves the problems that food residues are poured into the garbage collection device easily to cause garbage to splash outwards, peculiar smell in the collection container is scattered out, flies are bred and the like when food garbage is collected in the catering industry.

After the operation is stopped, the solid-liquid separator 7 can be washed by using a tap water pipe, if the hole on the solid-liquid separator 7 is blocked to influence residue filtration, the solid-liquid separator 7 is lifted, the solid-liquid separator 7 is pulled to enable the solid-liquid separator rotating shaft 17 to move upwards and backwards along the installation guide groove 16 and to be separated from the fixed support 15, after the solid-liquid separator 7 is detached, the filtering hole is cleaned, after the cleaning, the solid-liquid separator rotating shaft 17 is only required to be opposite to the installation guide groove 16, the solid-liquid separator 7 is pushed forwards, the solid-liquid separator 7 falls into the fixed support rotating shaft groove, and the device door 11 is opened.
