Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of aluminum foil surface treatment, in particular to a method for cleaning stains on the outer surface of an aluminum foil.
Background
The aluminum foil is a hot stamping material which is directly rolled into a sheet by using metal aluminum, and the hot stamping effect of the aluminum foil is similar to that of pure silver foil hot stamping, so the aluminum foil is also called false silver foil. Because the aluminum has soft texture, good ductility and silvery white luster, if the rolled sheet is pasted on offset paper by sodium silicate and other substances to prepare an aluminum foil sheet, the aluminum foil sheet can be printed.
In the production process of the aluminum foil, stains are easily adhered to the surface of the aluminum foil, so that the surface of the aluminum foil needs to be cleaned before delivery. However, there are some difficulties in the process of cleaning the surface of the aluminum foil: :
(1) the aluminum foil is light in weight and thin in thickness, and if the aluminum foil is not fixed, the friction force between the cleaning tool and the aluminum foil can drive the aluminum foil to move for a certain distance in the subsequent cleaning process, so that the working stability is influenced, and even the aluminum foil is damaged due to pulling;
(2) when the automatic equipment is used for cleaning, tools such as the cleaning brush and the like only need to rotate in a reciprocating mode, so that the situation that each part of the surface of the aluminum foil can be in full contact with the cleaning brush cannot be guaranteed, stains are prone to being left in the position which is not in full contact with the cleaning brush, and the cleaning effect is reduced.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a method for cleaning stains on the outer surface of an aluminum foil.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme to realize the purpose:
a method for cleaning stains on the outer surface of an aluminum foil uses a surface cleaning device, the surface cleaning device comprises a bottom plate, a mounting frame, a positioning mechanism and a cleaning mechanism, and the specific method for cleaning the stains on the outer surface of the aluminum foil by adopting the surface cleaning device comprises the following steps:
s1, coiling and fixing: a worker fixes an aluminum foil roll to be cleaned on the existing unreeling device and fixes the right end of the aluminum foil roll on the existing reeling device;
s2, cleaning the front side: starting the surface cleaning device to clean stains on the front side of the aluminum foil;
s3, rolling: winding the cleaned part of the aluminum foil by using the conventional winding equipment, and taking down the aluminum foil roll from the winding equipment after the front surface of the aluminum foil is completely cleaned;
s4, cleaning the reverse side: repeating the steps S1 to S3 to clean the reverse side of the aluminum foil;
s5, blanking and collecting: taking the cleaned aluminum foil roll off the existing winding equipment, and placing the aluminum foil roll at a designated position by a worker for uniform collection;
the upper end of the bottom plate is provided with a positioning mechanism and a mounting frame, the middle part of the mounting frame is provided with a sliding groove, the rear side of the mounting frame is provided with a lifting groove, the lifting grooves are uniformly arranged from left to right, a cleaning mechanism is arranged in the sliding groove, and the cleaning mechanism is positioned above the positioning mechanism;

The cleaning mechanism comprises a sliding plate, a transposition branched chain, a cleaning branched chain, a vertical plate, a reset spring, an auxiliary plate, a rotating gear and a pushing cam, the sliding plate is installed in a sliding groove in a sliding fit mode, the transposition branched chain is installed at the upper end of the sliding plate, the cleaning branched chain is evenly installed at the lower end of the sliding plate from left to right, the cleaning branched chain and the transposition branched chain are arranged alternately, the vertical plate is installed at the left end of the sliding plate, the reset spring is connected between the side wall of the vertical plate and an installation frame, the auxiliary plate is installed at the right end of the sliding plate, the rotating gear is installed on the side wall of the auxiliary plate through a bearing; the aluminum foil surface is cleaned through the cleaning branched chain, the transposition branched chain can overturn the position of the cleaning branched chain, so that the purpose of cleaning the aluminum foil surface in a dry-wet alternative mode is achieved, the transfer gear drives the pushing cam to synchronously rotate under the driving of the transposition branched chain in the cleaning process, the pushing cam can push the sliding plate to integrally move rightwards, under the reset action of the reset spring, the sliding plate can do left-right reciprocating linear motion in the sliding groove, the cleaning range of the cleaning branched chain is enlarged, cleaning dead angles are avoided being left, and the cleaning effect is improved.
Preferably, the cleaning branched chain comprises a mounting plate, a rotating gear, a connecting plate, a first cleaning roller and a second cleaning roller, the mounting plate is mounted at the lower end of the sliding plate, the rotating gear is mounted on the side wall of the mounting plate through a bearing, the connecting plate is mounted at the front end of the rotating gear, and the first cleaning roller and the second cleaning roller are sequentially mounted at the front end of the connecting plate from top to bottom through the bearing; under the driving action of the transposition branch chain, the rotating gear can rotate to drive the first cleaning roller and the second cleaning roller to alternately clean the surface of the aluminum foil.

Preferably, sponge layers are sleeved outside the first cleaning roller and the second cleaning roller; when the cleaning roller is in work, the sponge layer on the first cleaning roller is soaked, stains on the aluminum foil are wiped by the first cleaning roller, and then residual moisture on the aluminum foil is wiped by the second dry cleaning roller.
Preferably, the lower end of the connecting cylinder is of a hollow round table structure with the diameter gradually reduced from top to bottom, a sealing groove is formed in the outer wall of the lower end of the connecting cylinder, and air holes are uniformly formed in the top end of the connecting cylinder; a plurality of gas pockets of evenly distributed can weaken the suction or the thrust size that the gasbag produced, avoid the aluminium foil damaged to appear.
Preferably, a connector is formed in the upper end of the air bag, an annular sealing ring is arranged in the connector, and the annular sealing ring is tightly pressed in the sealing groove.
Preferably, the upper end and the lower end of the air bag are made of rigid materials, and the middle part of the air bag is made of elastic telescopic materials.
Preferably, square grooves are uniformly formed in the side wall of the pressing plate from left to right, the square grooves and the air bags are arranged alternately, fixing rods are arranged in the square grooves, sponge strips are placed in the square grooves, fixing holes are formed in the side wall of each sponge strip, and the inner wall of each fixing hole is in contact with the outer wall of each fixing rod in a clamping mode; the sponge strip can play certain cleaning action to the spot at the aluminium foil back, has reduced the degree of difficulty that later carries out the clearance to the aluminium foil back, and the sponge strip joint is on the dead lever, conveniently unpicks and washes it.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the method for cleaning the stains on the outer surface of the aluminum foil, the aluminum foil is positioned in a mode of controlling the direction of air flow, the aluminum foil is prevented from sliding due to light weight, the cleaning mechanism can be matched with the cleaning mechanism to stably complete cleaning work, the cleaning mechanism adopts a dry-wet matching mode to clean the surface of the aluminum foil, and meanwhile, the cleaning mechanism can move within a certain range in the cleaning process, so that the action range is expanded, and the cleaning effect is improved;
2. according to the invention, the pressing plate is driven to move up and down by the retracting cylinder through the arranged positioning mechanism, so that the top block can intermittently extrude the air bag, the aluminum foil is driven to move rightwards by the existing winding equipment, and the aluminum foil is prevented from moving or generating wrinkles when being cleaned;
3. according to the invention, through the arranged cleaning mechanism, the surface of the aluminum foil is cleaned through the cleaning branched chain, the transposition branched chain can turn over the position of the cleaning branched chain so as to achieve the purpose of alternately cleaning the surface of the aluminum foil in a dry-wet manner, and the sliding plate can perform reciprocating linear motion left and right in the sliding groove, so that the cleaning range of the cleaning branched chain is enlarged, the cleaning dead angle is avoided, and the cleaning effect is improved.

The embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but the invention can be implemented in many different ways as defined and covered by the claims.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a method for cleaning stains on the outer surface of an aluminum foil uses a surface cleaning device, the surface cleaning device comprises a bottom plate 1, a mounting frame 2, a positioning mechanism 3 and a cleaning mechanism 4, and the specific method for cleaning the stains on the outer surface of the aluminum foil by using the surface cleaning device is as follows:
s1, coiling and fixing: a worker fixes an aluminum foil roll to be cleaned on the existing unreeling device and fixes the right end of the aluminum foil roll on the existing reeling device;
s2, cleaning the front side: starting the surface cleaning device to clean stains on the front side of the aluminum foil;
s3, rolling: winding the cleaned part of the aluminum foil by using the conventional winding equipment, and taking down the aluminum foil roll from the winding equipment after the front surface of the aluminum foil is completely cleaned;

the positioning mechanism 3 comprises a workbench 31, a retracting cylinder 32, a pressing plate 33, a top block 34, a positioning plate 35 and an air bag 36, the workbench 31 is installed at the upper end of the bottom plate 1, the upper end of the workbench 31 is uniformly provided with a circular through hole, the lower end of the workbench 31 is provided with the retracting cylinder 32, the lower end of the retracting cylinder 32 is provided with the pressing plate 33, the upper end of the pressing plate 33 is uniformly provided with the top block 34, the upper end of the top block 34 is provided with the air bag 36, the positioning plate 35 is uniformly provided with positioning holes, the positions of the positioning holes correspond to the positions of the circular through holes one by one, connecting cylinders 35a are arranged in the positioning holes, the connecting cylinders 35a are clamped in the; drive pressure strip 33 through receiving and releasing cylinder 32 and carry out the up-and-down motion for kicking block 34 can produce the extrusion to gasbag 36 intermittently, when gasbag 36 was squashed, the air current upward movement produced ascending thrust to the aluminium foil of placing in locating plate 35 upper end, so that drive the aluminium foil through current rolling equipment and move right, when gasbag 36 was bloated, connecting cylinder 35a that is connected with gasbag 36 produced suction to the aluminium foil, and then fixes the aluminium foil on locating plate 35, can avoid the aluminium foil to remove or produce the fold.
Square grooves are uniformly formed in the side wall of the pressing plate 33 from left to right, the square grooves and the air bag 36 are arranged at intervals, fixing rods 33a are arranged in the square grooves, sponge strips 33b are placed in the square grooves, fixing holes are formed in the side wall of each sponge strip 33b, and the inner wall of each fixing hole is in contact with the outer wall of each fixing rod 33a in a clamping mode; sponge strip 33b can play certain cleaning action to the spot at the aluminium foil back, has reduced the difficulty that later clears up the aluminium foil back, and sponge strip 33b joint is on dead lever 33a, conveniently unpicks and washes it.
The lower end of the connecting cylinder 35a is of a hollow round table structure with the diameter gradually reduced from top to bottom, a sealing groove is formed in the outer wall of the lower end of the connecting cylinder 35a, and air holes are uniformly formed in the top end of the connecting cylinder 35 a; the plurality of air holes which are uniformly distributed can weaken the suction force or the thrust generated by the air bag 36, and the aluminum foil is prevented from being damaged.
A connecting port 36a is formed in the upper end of the air bag 36, an annular sealing ring is arranged in the connecting port 36a, and the annular sealing ring is tightly pressed in the sealing groove.
The upper end and the lower end of the air bag 36 are made of rigid materials, and the middle part of the air bag is made of elastic telescopic materials.
The cleaning mechanism 4 comprises a sliding plate 41, a transposition branch chain 42, a cleaning branch chain 43, a vertical plate 44, a return spring 45, an auxiliary plate 46, a rotating gear 47 and a pushing cam 48, the sliding plate 41 is installed in a sliding groove in a sliding fit mode, the transposition branch chain 42 is installed at the upper end of the sliding plate 41, the cleaning branch chain 43 is evenly installed at the lower end of the sliding plate 41 from left to right, the cleaning branch chain 43 and the transposition branch chain 42 are arranged at intervals, the vertical plate 44 is installed at the left end of the sliding plate 41, the return spring 45 is connected between the side wall of the vertical plate 44 and the mounting frame 2, the auxiliary plate 46 is installed at the right end of the sliding plate 41, the rotating gear 47 is installed on the side wall of the auxiliary plate 46 through a bearing, the; the aluminum foil surface is cleaned through the cleaning branched chain 43, the position of the cleaning branched chain 43 can be overturned through the transposition branched chain 42, so that the purpose of alternately cleaning the aluminum foil surface in a dry-wet mode is achieved, the transfer gear 47 drives the push cam 48 to synchronously rotate under the driving of the transposition branched chain 42 in the cleaning process, the push cam 48 can push the sliding plate 41 to integrally move rightwards, under the reset action of the reset spring 45, the sliding plate 41 can do left-right reciprocating linear motion in the sliding groove, the cleaning range of the cleaning branched chain 43 is expanded, the cleaning dead angle is avoided, and the cleaning effect is improved.
The cleaning branched chain 43 comprises a mounting plate 431, a rotating gear 432, a connecting plate 433, a first cleaning roller 434 and a second cleaning roller 435, the mounting plate 431 is mounted at the lower end of the sliding plate 41, the rotating gear 432 is mounted on the side wall of the mounting plate 431 through a bearing, the connecting plate 433 is mounted at the front end of the rotating gear 432, and the first cleaning roller 434 and the second cleaning roller 435 are sequentially mounted at the front end of the connecting plate 433 through a bearing from top to bottom; under the driving action of the transposition branch chain 42, the rotating gear 432 can rotate to drive the first cleaning roller 434 and the second cleaning roller 435 to alternately clean the surface of the aluminum foil.
The transposition branched chain 42 comprises a lifting cylinder 421, a lifting plate 422, a working plate 423 and transposition racks 424, the lifting cylinder 421 is mounted at the upper end of the sliding plate 41, the lifting plate 422 is mounted at the upper end of the lifting cylinder 421, the working plates 423 are uniformly mounted at the lower end of the lifting plate 422 from left to right, the positions of the working plates 423 correspond to the positions of the lifting grooves one by one, the transposition racks 424 are symmetrically mounted at the left and right sides of the working plates 423, the transposition racks 424 are meshed with the rotating gear 432, and the right side of the transposition rack 424 located at the rightmost side of the lifting plate 422 is meshed with the left side of the rotating gear 47; the lifting cylinder 421 drives the lifting plate 422 to move up and down in a telescopic manner, so that the transposition rack 424 can drive the rotating gear 432 meshed with the transposition rack or the rotating gear 47 to rotate.
Sponge layers 43a are sleeved outside the first cleaning roller 434 and the second cleaning roller 435; in operation, the sponge layer 43a on the first cleaning roller 434 is firstly soaked, the first cleaning roller 434 wipes off stains on the aluminum foil, and then the second cleaning roller 435, which is dry, wipes off residual moisture on the aluminum foil.
