Description

Low-temperature formaldehyde sterilization indicator card and manufacturing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of biological sterilization indication, and particularly relates to a low-temperature formaldehyde sterilization indication card and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
With the continuous development of medical science, more and more medical instruments are made of materials which cannot resist high temperature, so that a sterilization method cannot be a high-temperature high-pressure steam sterilization method, and only a low-temperature sterilization method can be selected. The low-temperature sterilization methods are various and correspondingly changed along with the development of times, and the methods include Ethylene Oxide (EO) sterilization, low-temperature steam formaldehyde (LT SF) sterilization, hydrogen peroxide plasma (plasma) sterilization and the like from the traditional methods of soaking and fumigating by using a chemical disinfectant. The principle of low-temperature formaldehyde sterilization (LT SF) is that aldehyde groups in formaldehyde molecules can react with amino groups, carboxyl groups, hydroxyl groups, sulfydryl groups and the like in microbial proteins and nucleic acid molecules to generate methine derivatives, so that the activity of the biomolecules is destroyed, and the microorganisms die.
In the prior art, three methods are mainly used for measuring the formaldehyde steam sterilization effect, namely a thermal sensitive thermocouple junction temperature recorder and a biochemical measuring method, but the thermal sensitive thermocouple junction temperature recorder is complicated to operate and is not suitable for popularization; the second method has higher cost and is not suitable for wide use; the third method is a chemical indicator card detection method, which is more universal than the two methods, but the chemical indicator card can absorb water under the environment with low temperature and high humidity, so that the color development of the indicator card is abnormal, and the final detection result is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a novel indicator card for low-temperature formaldehyde sterilization, which has the advantages of moisture resistance, water resistance, low cost, simple operation, reliable measurement effect, etc., and a method for manufacturing the indicator card. The specific technical scheme is as follows:
the low-temperature formaldehyde sterilization indicator card is characterized by comprising a test strip and a hydrophilic-hydrophobic bidirectional membrane, wherein the test strip is provided with a sterilization indicator area and a contrast area, and a formaldehyde sterilization indicator is coated on the sterilization indicator area; the hydrophilic and hydrophobic bidirectional membrane comprises a water absorption membrane, and one side of the water absorption membrane is coated with a layer of hydrophobic membrane; the hydrophilic and hydrophobic bidirectional membrane is pasted on the test strip and covers one side of the sterilization indication area and one side of the comparison area, wherein one side of the water absorption membrane faces the sterilization indication area and the comparison area, and one side of the hydrophobic membrane faces back to the sterilization indication area and the comparison area.
Further, the formaldehyde sterilization indicator comprises a dye and a solvent, wherein the dye is Congo red, and direct red can be selected as the dye in other embodiments; the solvent is two or more compound solutions of methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, ethyl acetate, DMF, DMSO, butanol and tetrahydrofuran.
The manufacturing method of the low-temperature formaldehyde sterilization indicator card is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step one, preparing a test strip: brushing a formaldehyde sterilization indicator and a contrast color block on the test strip;
step two, preparing a hydrophilic and hydrophobic bidirectional membrane: selecting a polyester fiber film as water-absorbing film paper, uniformly scraping a viscous water-based amphiphobic finishing agent on the surface of one side of the polyester fiber film by using a scraper, drying and cutting into strips;
and step three, coating the edge of the surface of the hydrophilic and hydrophobic bidirectional membrane, which is not coated with the finishing agent, with glue, and adhering the coated edge to a test strip.
Further, the drying is to pre-dry for 30min at 80 ℃ and then dry for 15min at high temperature of 160 ℃.
Additional aspects and advantages of the invention will be set forth in part in the description which follows and, in part, will be obvious from the description, or may be learned by practice of the invention.
