本发明涉及水产养殖领域,特别涉及一种石斑鱼和白虾池塘混合养殖方法。
背景技术
白虾和石斑鱼都是市场上畅销的养殖品种,而目前人们在养殖各类水产品的时候,基本都是采用一个池塘养一个种类水产品的方法,但是单养不但加长了养殖时间,还增加的养殖户的养殖成本,不仅不能提高产品质量,增加经济效益,而且在单一养殖的过程中造成水资源的浪费和水质恶化,不利于水产品的生长。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提出一种石斑鱼和白虾池塘混合养殖方法,解决上述问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种石斑鱼和白虾池塘混合养殖方法:包括以下步骤:
(1)苗种放养:
S1、放养前准备:将池塘抽干,清除池底淤泥,暴晒25~30d,喷洒重量份比1:1~3的槟榔碱、壳二糖,喷洒量为覆盖全池塘的70~110%,放入体积比为3~5:1的海水和淡水,同时种植石花菜,种植载体为带孔的泡沫板,种植密度为5~7棵/m2,所述壳二糖为壳二糖盐酸盐、壳二糖硫酸盐、壳二糖醋酸盐的形式;
S2、鱼虾放养:在3-4月份水温为15℃以上投放体长为1-3cm的虾苗,投放密度为5-7万尾/667m2,25-30天后,水温为23℃以上投放2-4cm的石斑鱼鱼苗,鱼虾投放密度比为1:12~15;
(2)饲养管理:
S1、饲料投喂:养殖前期3-5月份投喂白虾专用饲料,投喂量为白虾体重的2~3%,养殖期6-11月份投喂石斑鱼和白虾共食饲料,投喂量为鱼虾体重的4~6%,所述白虾专用饲料包括以下重量份原料:免疫多糖4~6份、米糠8~11份、椰壳油2~6份;所述石斑鱼和白虾配合饲料包括以下重量份原料:山栏酒糟12~25份、精氨酸5~10份、螺旋藻粉5~8份、小球藻粉4~5份、紫苏叶粉7~9份、芦根粉5~8份、鸡肉粉1~3份、鱼油0.3~1份、维生素C1~3份;
S2、水质调控:溶解氧4~6mg/L,盐度为3~5,pH5~8,氨氮<0.01mg/l,每隔13~16天换一次水,池塘水透明度控制在25~30cm;
S3、病害防治:每隔13~17天对全池塘泼洒1~3ml/m2的硫化叶菌。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用海水和淡水比例的池塘中混养鱼虾,主要利用鱼虾共生互补的原理,遵循自然界物质循环规律,不仅能够充分利用水体,提高经济效益,而且还能够改善水中的溶氧条件,净化水质,减少鱼病的发生,同时还提高了饵料利用率;
其中,在养殖池塘中运用一定的技术于管理措施,调整饲养管理,科学配制饵料,调整含量配比,控制鱼虾养殖密度,水质调控,池塘内种植石花菜,有利于净化池塘水质,让鱼虾在同一环境一起成长,本发明的养殖模式有利于维持生态平衡,保证养殖效益的大幅度提升;对池塘做出养殖前管理,运用鱼虾池塘混养技术,在不影响鱼类生长的情况下,达到“白虾残饵,肥水养鱼”的目的,增强鱼虾的应激和抗病能力,提高鱼虾的成活率,实现互利共生的目标,促进了我国鱼虾海水池塘混养技术的发展。

一种石斑鱼和白虾池塘混合养殖方法:包括以下步骤:
(1)苗种放养:
S1、放养前准备:将池塘抽干,清除池底淤泥,暴晒25d,喷洒重量份比1:1的槟榔碱、壳二糖,喷洒量为覆盖全池塘的70%,放入体积比为3:1的海水和淡水,同时种植石花菜,种植载体为带孔的泡沫板,种植密度为5棵/m2,所述壳二糖为壳二糖盐酸盐、壳二糖硫酸盐、壳二糖醋酸盐的形式;
S2、鱼虾放养:在3月份水温为15℃以上投放体长为1cm的虾苗,投放密度为5万尾/667m2,25天后,水温为23℃以上投放2cm的石斑鱼鱼苗,鱼虾投放密度比为1:12;
(2)饲养管理:

实施例3
一种石斑鱼和白虾池塘混合养殖方法:包括以下步骤:
(1)苗种放养:
S1、放养前准备:将池塘抽干,清除池底淤泥,暴晒28d,喷洒重量份比1:2的槟榔碱、壳二糖,喷洒量为覆盖全池塘的90%,放入体积比为4:1的海水和淡水,同时种植石花菜,种植载体为带孔的泡沫板,种植密度为6棵/m2,所述壳二糖为壳二糖盐酸盐、壳二糖硫酸盐、壳二糖醋酸盐的形式;
S2、鱼虾放养:在3月份水温为15℃以上投放体长为2cm的虾苗,投放密度为6万尾/667m2,25天后,水温为23℃以上投放3cm的石斑鱼鱼苗,鱼虾投放密度比为1:13;
(2)饲养管理:
S1、饲料投喂:养殖前期3-5月份投喂白虾专用饲料,投喂量为白虾体重的2.5%,养殖期6-11月份投喂石斑鱼和白虾共食饲料,投喂量为鱼虾体重的5%,所述白虾专用饲料包括以下重量份原料:免疫多糖5份、米糠10份、椰壳油4份;所述石斑鱼和白虾配合饲料包括以下重量份原料:山栏酒糟20份、精氨酸8份、螺旋藻粉6份、小球藻粉4.5份、紫苏叶粉8份、芦根粉6份、鸡肉粉2份、鱼油0.5份、维生素C 2份;
S2、水质调控:溶解氧5mg/L,盐度为4,pH 6,氨氮<0.01mg/l,每隔15天换一次水,池塘水透明度控制在28cm;
S3、病害防治:每隔15天对全池塘泼洒2ml/m2的硫化叶菌。
实施例4
一种石斑鱼和白虾池塘混合养殖方法:包括以下步骤:
(1)苗种放养:
S1、放养前准备:将池塘抽干,清除池底淤泥,暴晒25d,喷洒重量份比1:1的槟榔碱、壳二糖,喷洒量为覆盖全池塘的70%,放入体积比为3:1的海水和淡水,同时种植石花菜,种植载体为带孔的泡沫板,种植密度为5棵/m2,所述壳二糖为壳二糖盐酸盐、壳二糖硫酸盐、壳二糖醋酸盐的形式
S2、鱼虾放养:在3月份水温为15℃以上投放体长为1cm的虾苗,投放密度为5万尾/667m2,25天后,水温为23℃以上投放2cm的石斑鱼鱼苗,鱼虾投放密度比为1:12;
(2)饲养管理:

一种石斑鱼和白虾池塘混合养殖方法:包括以下步骤:
(1)苗种放养:

S2、鱼虾放养:在4月份水温为15℃以上投放体长为3cm的虾苗,投放密度为7万尾/667m2,30天后,水温为23℃以上投放4cm的石斑鱼鱼苗,鱼虾投放密度比为1:15;
(2)饲养管理:

将实施例1~5、对比例1~6分为11个池塘饲养,养殖半年后分别通过观察、计算、记录,石斑鱼成鱼的养殖情况结果如下:

由上述两个表可知,通过鱼虾混养,充分利用水体,调整饲养管理,实施例1~3中,对养殖池环境的管理,再科学配制饵料,调整含量配比,控制鱼虾养殖密度,水质调控,从而得到养殖的石斑鱼成活率95.3%,患病率1.3%,产量1720kg/667m2,鱼体质量优越,白虾的成活率为95.3%,产量502.3kg/667m2,体长8.2cm。

Claims (3)
1.一种石斑鱼和白虾池塘混合养殖方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)苗种放养:
S1、放养前准备:选择4000-4500m2底部无淤泥的池塘,将池塘抽干,暴晒25~30d,喷洒重量份比1:1~3的槟榔碱、壳二糖,放入体积比为3~5:1的海水和淡水,同时种植石花菜,种植载体为带孔的泡沫板,种植密度为5~7棵/m2,所述壳二糖为壳二糖盐酸盐、壳二糖硫酸盐、壳二糖醋酸盐的形式;所述槟榔碱、壳二糖喷洒量为3~7份/m3;
S2、鱼虾放养:在3-4月份水温为15℃以上投放体长为1-3cm的虾苗,投放密度为5-7万尾/667m2,25-30天后,水温为23℃以上投放2-4cm的石斑鱼鱼苗,鱼虾投放密度比为1:12~15;
(2)饲养管理:
S1、饲料投喂:养殖前期3-5月份投喂白虾专用饲料,养殖期6-11月份投喂石斑鱼和白虾共食饲料,所述白虾专用饲料包括以下重量份原料:免疫多糖4~6份、米糠8~11份、椰壳油2~6份;所述石斑鱼和白虾配合饲料包括以下重量份原料:山栏酒糟12~25份、精氨酸5~10份、螺旋藻粉5~8份、小球藻粉4~5份、紫苏叶粉7~9份、芦根粉5~8份、鸡肉粉1~3份、鱼油0.3~1份、维生素C1~3份;
S2、水质调控:溶解氧4~6mg/L,盐度为3~5,pH5~8,氨氮<0.01mg/l,每隔13~16天换一次水,池塘水透明度控制在25~30cm;
S3、病害防治:每隔13~17天对全池塘泼洒1~3ml/m2的硫化叶菌。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种石斑鱼和白虾池塘混合养殖方法,其特征在于:白虾专用饲料投喂量为白虾体重的2~3%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种石斑鱼和白虾池塘混合养殖方法,其特征在于:石斑鱼和白虾配合饲料投喂量为鱼虾体重的4~6%。
