A plug-in miniature circuit breaker comprises a module head (1) and a base (2); the module head (1) comprises a handle (3), a breaking connecting rod mechanism (4), an electromagnetic release (5), a moving contact (6), a static contact (7), an arc extinguishing grid (8), an arc striking plate (9) and a bimetallic strip (10); the static contact (7) is electrically connected with the electromagnetic release (5); the bimetallic strip (10) is electrically connected with the moving contact (6); the base (2) comprises at least one incoming line end (17) and at least one outgoing line end (23); characterized in that the module head (1) is also provided with at least one first connecting piece (14) and at least one second connecting piece (28); the base (2) is provided with at least one third connecting piece (15) and at least one fourth connecting piece (27); the first connecting sheet (14) is electrically connected with the third connecting sheet (15); the second connecting sheet (28) is electrically connected with the fourth connecting sheet (27); the device also comprises a first driving piece (12), a second driving piece (18) and a fifth connecting piece (20); the bimetallic strip (10) is in driving connection with a first driving piece (12); the second driving part (18) is in driving connection with the first driving part (12); the first driving piece (12) is in driving connection with the breaking connecting rod mechanism (4); the first connecting sheet (14) is electrically connected with the bimetallic strip (10) through the fifth connecting sheet (20); the second connecting sheet (28) is electrically connected with the electromagnetic release (5); the device also comprises a detection mechanism (24), a first circuit board (22) and a driving mechanism (19); the first circuit board (22) is provided with a first microprocessor (30) and a short circuit (21), the detection mechanism (24) and the driving mechanism (19) are respectively in communication connection with the first circuit board (22), and the driving mechanism (19) is in driving connection with the second driving piece (18).

The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 1, characterized in that said detection mechanism (24) is provided to the module head (1) or the base (2); the driving mechanism (19) is arranged on the module head (1) or the base (2); the first circuit board (22) is arranged on the module head (1) or the base (2); the detection mechanism (24) is at least one of a current transformer, a voltage transformer and a temperature sensor; the driving mechanism (19) is at least one of an electromagnetic coil, an electric push rod, a hydraulic rod and a pneumatic rod.

The pluggable miniature circuit breaker according to claim 1, wherein said first actuator (12) comprises a first connection portion (1201) and a driving portion (1202), wherein said first connection portion (1201) is in driving connection with said bimetal (10), and wherein said driving portion (1202) is in driving connection with said breaking linkage (4).

The pluggable miniature circuit breaker according to claim 3, wherein said second driving member (18) comprises a touch portion (1801), a rotation shaft portion (1802) and a second connecting portion (1803), wherein the touch portion (1801) is drivingly connected to said driving mechanism (19), and the second connecting portion (1803) is drivingly connected to said first connecting portion (1201).
5. The pluggable miniature circuit breaker according to claim 1, further comprising a microswitch (26) and a third drive member (11), the microswitch (26) being in communication connection with said first circuit board (22).

The pluggable miniature circuit breaker according to claim 5, wherein said third driving member (11) comprises a third connecting portion (1101) and a fourth connecting portion (1102), wherein said third connecting portion (1101) is drivingly connected to said handle (3), and wherein said fourth connecting portion (1102) is drivingly connected to said microswitch (26).

The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 1, characterized in that the module head (1) further comprises at least one first connection (13) and at least one second connection (29), the first connection tab (14) being connected to the third connection tab (15) by means of the first connection (13); the second connecting piece (28) is connected with the fourth connecting piece (27) through a second connecting piece (29).

The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 1, characterized in that said base (2) further comprises at least one third connection (16) and at least one fourth connection (25), said third connection pad (15) being connected to said inlet terminal (17) by means of a third connection (16); the fourth connecting piece (27) is connected with the outlet end (23) through a fourth connecting piece (25).
9. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 1, characterized in that said module head (1) has a first clamping portion (101), said base (2) has a second clamping portion (201), said first clamping portion (101) and said second clamping portion (201) are clamped.
10. The plug-in miniature circuit breaker according to claim 1, further comprising a second circuit board, said second circuit board being communicatively connected to said shorting sub (21), said second circuit board having a second processor, a power source, and a communication port disposed thereon.
