Abstract
The invention provides a commodity information pushing method, a commodity information pushing system, a storage medium and electronic equipment. The technical scheme of the invention comprises the following steps: identifying and tracking the customers entering the shopping mall; recording shopping behavior data of the customer in the shopping mall; customer preferences are analyzed based on the shopping behavior data to push merchandise information for the customer according to the customer preferences. Through the technical scheme of the invention, the shopping mall can know the preference of the customer, so that the customer can be pushed with appropriate commodity information, promotion preference and other information according to the preference of the customer, the customer can be helped to efficiently select the required commodity on the basis of improving the user experience, and meanwhile, the marketing pushing precision of the shopping mall is greatly improved, and the marketing efficiency is improved.

Technical Field

Background
The information push refers to a technology for transmitting required information to a user on the internet according to a certain technical standard or protocol to reduce information overload. In order to achieve the above objects and other related objects, the present invention provides a method for pushing commodity information, which is applied to a mall service end; the method comprises the following steps: identifying and tracking the customer; recording shopping behavior data of the customer in the shopping mall; customer preferences are analyzed based on the shopping behavior data to push merchandise information for the customer according to the customer preferences.
In one embodiment of the invention, the mall service end is in communication connection with the image acquisition equipment in each mall of the mall; the identifying and tracking of patrons entering a mall includes: acquiring customer images acquired by the image acquisition equipment; and comparing the collected customer images with the pre-stored uploaded images of a plurality of registered customers, and confirming the identity of the customer according to the customer information corresponding to the uploaded images with consistent comparison results.

To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides an electronic device, comprising: a processor, and a memory; wherein the memory is for storing a computer program; the processor is configured to load and execute the computer program, so as to enable the electronic device to execute the merchandise information pushing method as described above.
As described above, the commodity information push method, system, storage medium, and electronic device according to the present invention have the following advantageous effects: the shopping mall can help customers to know the preference of the customers, so that the customers can be pushed with appropriate commodity information, promotion preference and other information according to the preference of the customers, the customers can be helped to efficiently select the required commodities on the basis of improving the user experience, meanwhile, the marketing pushing precision of the shopping mall is greatly improved, and the marketing efficiency is improved.

Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a method for pushing commodity information, where the method is executed by a mall server 1 shown in fig. 1, where the mall server 1 may be a physical server/server group, a cloud server, and the like, and is connected to a plurality of image acquisition devices 2 in a communication manner, specifically, the image acquisition devices 2 of the present embodiment refer to cameras installed in various shops in a mall, and of course, in other embodiments, the image acquisition devices 2 may further include cameras installed in a public area in a mall, for example: a camera installed at the doorway of a shopping mall, a camera installed at a booth provided in a public area, and the like.
As shown in fig. 2, the merchandise information pushing method of the present embodiment mainly includes the following steps:

Specifically, the mall server 1 uses a face recognition technology to recognize and track the customers. Before step S21 is executed, the mall acquires and stores the image information of the customer through the client software developed by the mall, so as to establish an image database required for face recognition. For example, a certain store develops a piece of client software capable of publicizing and selling various commodities in each store in the store on line, and a user can browse information such as pictures, pricing, benefits, inventory and the like of various commodities in each store in the store by installing the client software on electronic equipment 3 such as a smart phone, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a desktop computer and the like. The client software sends the uploaded user image to the background server for auditing, and if the uploaded user image is not qualified, the client software prompts the user to upload the user image again until the user image is qualified and the registrant can succeed. In this process, the backend server may be the mall server 1 or other servers, and it is not the important point of the present invention to establish what criteria to review the user images, and those skilled in the art can fully think of establishing criteria to exclude the low-quality user images through the conditions of size, definition, contrast, etc., and the description thereof is not repeated.
An image database for realizing face recognition can be established in the above manner, and the image database can be stored in the mall server 1, and can also be stored outside the mall server 1 and can be called by the mall server 1.
Each image acquisition device 2 sends the acquired customer image to the mall service end 1, and specifically, the image acquisition device 2 extracts a facial image from a shot picture based on a face recognition technology and sends the facial image to the mall service end 1 as the customer image. The mall server 1 compares the received customer image with a large number of user images in the image database, and when a comparison result between a certain user image in the image database and the collected customer image is consistent, the customer identity of the customer can be determined.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the image acquisition device 2 directly sends the shot picture to the mall server 1, and the mall server 1 extracts a facial image from the received picture based on a face recognition technology as a customer image to compare with the image database, which is not limited in the present invention.
S22: and recording shopping behavior data of the customer in the shopping mall.
The shopping behavior data refers to the stay time of the customer in each store and the commodity information of the commodity in which the customer is interested. The commodity information of the commodity in which the customer is interested includes, but is not limited to, one or more of commodity information of a browsed commodity, commodity information of a try-on/try-on commodity, and commodity information of a purchased commodity, and the commodity information includes, but is not limited to, information such as style, color, price, and the like, taking a furniture commodity as an example.

Based on intelligent algorithms such as neural networks, target commodities which are interesting to customers can be analyzed according to recorded shopping behavior data, for example: the big data analyzes that a certain customer frequently browses sofa commodities of a certain brand, and the shopping mall server 1 regularly sends preferential activity information and the like of the sofa commodities of the brand to client software or a mobile phone of the customer, or regularly sends related information and the like of the sofa commodities similar to the style, color, price and the like of the sofa commodities of the brand to the client software or the mobile phone of the customer.
All or part of the steps for implementing the above method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with a computer program. Based upon such an understanding, the present invention also provides a computer program product comprising one or more computer instructions. The computer instructions may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The computer-readable storage medium can be any available medium that a computer can store or a data storage device, such as a server, a data center, etc., that is integrated with one or more available media. The usable medium may be a magnetic medium (e.g., floppy Disk, hard Disk, magnetic tape), an optical medium (e.g., DVD), or a semiconductor medium (e.g., Solid State Disk (SSD)), among others.
Referring to fig. 3, the present embodiment provides a merchandise information pushing system, which is installed in an electronic device as a piece of software to execute the merchandise information pushing method according to the foregoing method embodiment when running. Since the technical principle of the embodiment of the system is similar to that of the embodiment of the method, repeated description of the same technical details is omitted.
The commodity information pushing system of the present embodiment specifically includes an image analysis module 31, a data recording module 32, and an information pushing module 33. The image analysis module 31 is configured to perform step S31 described in the foregoing method embodiment, the data recording module 32 is configured to perform step S32 described in the foregoing method embodiment, and the information pushing module 33 is configured to perform step S33 described in the foregoing method embodiment.
Those skilled in the art should understand that the division of the modules in the embodiment of fig. 3 is only a logical division, and the actual implementation can be fully or partially integrated into one or more physical entities. And the modules can be realized in a form that all software is called by the processing element, or in a form that all the modules are realized in a form that all the modules are called by the processing element, or in a form that part of the modules are called by the hardware. For example, the image analysis module 31 may be a processing element separately set up, or may be implemented by being integrated in a certain chip, or may be stored in a memory in the form of program code, and the certain processing element calls and executes the function of the image analysis module 31. Other modules are implemented similarly. The processing element described herein may be an integrated circuit having signal processing capabilities. In implementation, each step of the above method or each module above may be implemented by an integrated logic circuit of hardware in a processor element or an instruction in the form of software.
Referring to fig. 4, the embodiment provides an electronic device, which may be a desktop computer, a portable computer, a smart phone, or the like. In detail, the electronic device comprises at least, connected by a bus 31: a memory 32 and a processor 33, wherein the memory 32 is used for storing a computer program, and the processor 33 is used for executing the computer program stored in the memory 32 to execute all or part of the steps of the foregoing method embodiments.
The above-mentioned system bus may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The system bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown, but this does not mean that there is only one bus or one type of bus. The communication interface is used for realizing communication between the database access device and other equipment (such as a client, a read-write library and a read-only library). The Memory may include a Random Access Memory (RAM), and may further include a non-volatile Memory (non-volatile Memory), such as at least one disk Memory.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the shopping behavior data comprises: the time the customer stays in each store and the product information of the product in which the customer is interested.
5. A commodity information push system is characterized in that the system is applied to a shopping mall server; the system comprises:
the image analysis module is used for identifying and tracking the customer;
the data recording module is used for recording shopping behavior data of the customer in the shopping mall;
and the information pushing module is used for analyzing the preference of the customer based on the shopping behavior data so as to push commodity information for the customer according to the preference of the customer.

10. An electronic device, comprising: a processor, and a memory; wherein,
the memory is used for storing a computer program;
the processor is configured to load and execute the computer program to enable the electronic device to execute the merchandise information pushing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
