The outer circumference of the cylindrical structure is provided with a hexagonal nut-shaped boss. That is, the force application portion 13 of the plug seat 10 is a hexagonal nut boss, which facilitates connection with an operation tool such as a wrench, and applies an acting force to mount or dismount the plug seat 10. The threaded connection part of the plug seat 10 is an external thread and is matched with the internal thread of the pipeline, so that the plug seat is fixedly connected with the pipeline.

Claims (10)

1. A plug device, comprising: a plug seat, a plug head and a stop piece;
the plug seat is provided with a mounting round hole and a pressure relief hole communicated with the mounting round hole; the mounting circular hole comprises a first threaded hole section;
the plugging head comprises a plugging part and a tool connecting part; the blocking part is in threaded connection with the first threaded hole section so as to block the mounting round hole and the pressure relief hole or unblock the pressure relief hole;
the blocking piece is fixedly connected to the plug seat, and when the plugging portion unseals the pressure relief hole, the blocking piece abuts against the plug.
2. The plug device according to claim 1, wherein said mounting hole further comprises a smooth hole section, the diameter of said smooth hole section is smaller than the diameter of said first threaded hole section, and said pressure relief hole is provided in a side wall of said smooth hole section;
the plugging part comprises a smooth cylindrical section matched with the smooth hole section and a threaded section in threaded connection with the first threaded hole section.
3. The plug device of claim 2, wherein said tool connection portion is a connecting post; or the tool connecting part is a groove formed on the end face of the blocking part.
4. The plug device of claim 2, further comprising a closure member covering the outlet of the pressure relief vent.
5. The plug device according to claim 4, wherein the pressure relief hole is provided in plurality and spaced apart along the circumference of the unthreaded hole section.
6. The plug device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein said stopper is a cover plate, and a tool insertion hole is formed in a region of said cover plate corresponding to said tool connecting portion.
7. The plug device according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein said mounting bore further comprises a second threaded bore section, said second threaded bore section having a diameter greater than a diameter of said first threaded bore section;
the abutting piece is in threaded connection with the second threaded hole section, and is provided with a tool insertion hole for exposing the tool connecting part.
8. The plug device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein an end of said plug base remote from said stopper is provided with a flange.
9. The plug device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the plug seat is a cylindrical structure, and an end of the cylindrical structure, which is away from the stopper, is provided with an external thread matching with the internal thread of the pipeline.
10. The plug device according to claim 9, wherein the outer circumferential surface of said cylindrical structure is provided with hexagonal nut-like projections.
