Abstract
The invention discloses a stable water-based calcium stearate dispersion liquid and a preparation method thereof. The stable water-based calcium stearate dispersion liquid comprises calcium stearate, an emulsifier, a deflocculant, a dispersant, a defoaming agent, a bactericide, polyoxyethylene ether, sodium sulfonate, sodium sulfate, urea, oleic acid, water and the like, and is obtained by mixing the components through a three-step method. The stable water-based calcium stearate dispersion liquid has the advantages of high solid content, low viscosity, good stability and environmental friendliness; the preparation method of the stable water-based calcium stearate dispersion liquid is simple in steps and economical in cost.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of chemical additives, and particularly relates to a stable water-based calcium stearate dispersion liquid and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the rapid development of coating technology, copper-coated paper, high-gloss cast-coated paper, cellophane paper, and carbonless copy paper are increasingly demanded in industrial production, and the demand for coating quality is increasing, and the application of dispersion is increasing. However, the existing calcium stearate emulsion has the defects of poor stability, high viscosity of dispersion liquid, low solid content and the like, and is not beneficial to improving the coating quality.

The purpose of the invention is as follows: aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a stable aqueous calcium stearate dispersion liquid with high solid content, low viscosity, good stability and more environmental protection, a preparation method and a preparation method thereof.

Polyoxyethylene ether 1.5-2.5%
Sodium sulfonate 1.0-2.0%
Sodium sulfate 0.1-0.5%
0.3 to 0.5 percent of urea
Oleic acid 2.5-3.5%

Preferably, the stable aqueous calcium stearate dispersion comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
48 percent of calcium stearate
1.2 percent of emulsifier
1.0 percent of deflocculant
0.5 percent of dispersant
0.2 percent of defoaming agent

Preferably, in the above stable aqueous calcium stearate dispersion, the emulsifier is polyoxyethylene monooleate.

Preferably, the stable aqueous calcium stearate dispersion is glycerol.
Preferably, the above stable aqueous calcium stearate dispersion liquid is a water-soluble silane-based antifoaming agent.
Preferably, in the stable aqueous calcium stearate dispersion, the bactericide is tetrachloroisophthalonitrile.
Preferably, in the above stable aqueous calcium stearate dispersion, the polyoxyethylene ether is nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether.
Further, the preparation method of the stable aqueous calcium stearate dispersion comprises the following steps:
s1: mixing an emulsifier, a deflocculant, a dispersant, a defoaming agent, a bactericide, polyoxyethylene ether, sodium sulfonate, sodium sulfate, urea, oleic acid and 85% of water according to a proportion, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture A;
s2; adding calcium stearate into the mixture A, uniformly stirring and grinding to obtain a mixture B;
s3; and adding the rest water into the mixture B, uniformly stirring and grinding to obtain the stable water-based calcium stearate dispersion liquid.
Preferably, in the above preparation method of the stable aqueous calcium stearate dispersion, the stirring rate in step S2 is 1200 r/min; the mixing time is 20-30 min.
The invention takes polyoxyethylene monooleate as an emulsifier, and obtains the stable type water-based calcium stearate dispersion liquid which has high solid content, low viscosity, good stability and environmental protection by optimizing the components and the proportion of the water-soluble calcium stearate dispersion liquid. Through experiments, the stable water-based calcium stearate dispersion liquid has the viscosity of 28-115CP and the solid content of 50% under the normal temperature condition (25 ℃), and has good storage stability.
Has the advantages that: compared with the prior art, the stable water-based calcium stearate dispersion liquid has the advantages of high solid content, low viscosity, good stability and environmental friendliness; the preparation method of the stable water-based calcium stearate dispersion liquid is simple in steps and economical in cost.

0.04 percent of bactericide
Polyoxyethylene ether 1.8%
1.2 percent of sodium sulfonate
0.4 percent of sodium sulfate
0.5 percent of urea
Oleic acid 2.8%

2.0 percent of emulsifier

s1: mixing an emulsifier, a deflocculant, a dispersant, a defoaming agent, a bactericide, polyoxyethylene ether, sodium sulfonate, sodium sulfate, urea, oleic acid and 85% of water according to a proportion, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture A;
s2; adding calcium stearate into the mixture A, uniformly stirring and grinding to obtain a mixture B;
s3; and adding the rest water into the mixture B, uniformly stirring and grinding to obtain the stable water-based calcium stearate dispersion liquid.
