The valve cover is rotationally fixed at the top end of the inclined plane, the size of the valve cover is larger than that of the oil through hole, so that the valve cover can cover the oil through hole, and when the oil tank inclines, the valve cover is closed to prevent fuel oil from passing through the oil through hole. The bottom end of the valve cover 2 is provided with a balance weight pin 23, the balance weight pin 23 is in the shape of a transversely arranged cylinder, and the balance weight pin 23 generates downward acting force on the valve cover 2 to enable the valve cover 2 to keep vertically downward. The fixing portion 21, the middle portion 22 and the balance weight pin 23 are integrally formed, and the three may be welded together.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, two tank partitions are provided, in which the valve caps 2 on each tank partition are disposed opposite to each other. As shown in fig. 3, when the vehicle travels on a horizontal road surface, the bonnet 2 is vertically downward by the weight pin 23, which is not engaged with the oil passage hole 11, so that the oil passage hole 11 is in an open state. At this time, the fuel in the fuel tank circulates among the oil chambers through the oil through holes 11, so that the fuel is convenient to fill and the vehicle keeps running safely. As the vehicle travels, the amount of fuel in the fuel tank decreases. When the vehicle is on a steep uphill slope, the tank is tilted upward and the bonnet 2 is rotated by the weight pin 23, as shown in fig. 4. The valve cover 2 at the position of the front cavity of the oil tank is vertically separated from the oil through hole 11 at the position downwards, and the oil through hole 11 at the position is completely opened; the valve cover 2 at the position of the rear cavity of the oil tank is attached to the oil through hole 11 at the position to cover the oil through hole 11 at the position. Therefore, the fuel in the front cavity of the oil tank flows into the oil suction cavity along the flow direction X through the oil through hole 11, and simultaneously the valve cover 2 prevents the fuel in the oil suction cavity from flowing into the rear cavity of the oil tank, so that the fuel in the oil suction cavity is increased finally, the problem that the fuel cannot be sucked by the oil suction cavity under the condition of less fuel in the oil tank is solved, and the driving safety of a vehicle is improved.
Similarly, when the vehicle descends a steep slope, the fuel tank is inclined downwards, and the valve cover 2 rotates under the action of the counterweight pin 23. The valve cover 2 at the position of the rear cavity of the oil tank is vertically separated from the oil through hole 11 at the position downwards, and the oil through hole 11 at the position is completely opened; the valve cover 2 at the front cavity of the oil tank is attached to the oil through hole 11 at the front cavity to cover the oil through hole 11 at the front cavity. Therefore, the fuel in the rear cavity of the oil tank flows into the oil suction cavity along the flow direction X through the oil through hole 11, and simultaneously the valve cover 2 prevents the fuel in the oil suction cavity from flowing into the front cavity of the oil tank, so that the fuel in the oil suction cavity is increased finally, the problem that the fuel cannot be sucked by the oil suction cavity under the condition of less fuel in the oil tank is solved, and the driving safety of a vehicle is improved.
