Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a polishing method, in particular to a polishing method of a tungsten steel mold core and a mold sleeve.
Background
At present, an optical lens is generally formed by die casting, and for a glass lens, a die core used by the die is made of tungsten steel with high hardness to ensure effective die casting on glass. In addition, in order to ensure the accurate positioning of the upper and lower mold cores, a mold sleeve is usually disposed between the upper and lower mold cores to guide the movement of the upper mold core.
However, although the mold core and the mold sleeve are manufactured and molded according to the matched size, the size of the mold core and the mold sleeve has a certain error, and an interference phenomenon occurs in the process of matching the mold core and the mold sleeve, which affects the smoothness of the movement of the mold core, thereby causing difficulty in ensuring the uniformity of the thickness of the lens.

Further, in the step 2, the polishing solution is an alumina polishing solution.
Further, in the step 4, the time for polishing the side wall of the molding column of the mold core and the inner wall of the mold sleeve is 20-30 min.
Further, after said step 5, the polishing method further comprises the steps of: and 6, detecting the roughness of the side wall of the forming column and the inner wall of the die sleeve, respectively judging whether the roughness Ra value of the side wall of the forming column and the roughness Ra value of the inner wall of the die sleeve are smaller than 25nm, if so, defining the product as a qualified product, and if not, re-performing the steps 1-5.
Further, after the step 6, the polishing method further includes the steps of: step 7, preparing another mold core and detecting a qualified mold sleeve in the step 6; and (3) repeating the steps 1-6, and assembling the other end of the die sleeve on the molding column of the die core in the step 3.
After the technical scheme is adopted, the invention has the effects that: the roughness of the side wall of the molding column of the mold core and the inner wall of the mold sleeve is greatly reduced by the mold core and the mold sleeve which are processed by the polishing method, so that the condition of interference in the matching process of the mold core and the mold sleeve can be avoided, the uniformity of the molding thickness of the lens is ensured, and the product quality is improved.

Detailed Description
It is specifically noted that the terms "first", "second" and "third" in the present invention are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying any number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first," "second," or "third" may explicitly or implicitly include at least one of the feature. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means at least two, e.g., two, three, etc., unless specifically limited otherwise. All directional indicators (such as up, down, left, right, front, and rear … …) in the embodiment of the present invention are only used to explain the relative positional relationship between the components, the movement, and the like in a certain posture, and if the certain posture is changed, the directional indicator is changed accordingly.
The technical solution of the present invention is further described by the following examples:
as shown in fig. 1, the mold core 1 has a positioning plate 11 and a molding column 12, the molding column 12 protrudes from the upper surface of the positioning plate 11, the upper surface of the molding column 12 is a molding surface 13 (usually aspheric surface), and the mold sleeve 2 is a hollow cylinder. As shown in fig. 2, in the die casting process, the molding columns 12 of the two mold cores 1 are inserted into the mold sleeves 2, a glass ball (preform) is placed between the molding surfaces 13 of the two mold cores 1, the upper mold core moves in the direction of arrow D, and the glass ball is softened and pressed by heating to form a glass lens.
In order to avoid the interference between the mold core 1 and the mold sleeve 2 during the above-mentioned die casting process and to avoid affecting the thickness of the lens formed, the invention provides a polishing method for a tungsten steel mold core and a mold sleeve, as shown in fig. 3, the polishing method comprises the following steps:
step 3, assembling a jacket: assembling one end of a jacket 2 on a forming column 12 of a die core 1, abutting the bottom surface of the jacket 2 with a positioning disc 11 of the die core, and fixing the jacket 2 through a clamp;
step 4, rotating the mold core: the mold core 1 is rotated by using a spinning device, the clamp makes the mold sleeve 2 relatively static, and the side wall of the molding column 12 of the mold core 1 and the inner wall of the mold sleeve 2 are polished mutually;
step 5, unloading: the clamp is released, the jacket 2 is removed from the core 1, and the core 1 is removed from the spinning apparatus.
The roughness of the side wall of the molding column of the mold core and the inner wall of the mold sleeve is greatly reduced by the mold core and the mold sleeve which are processed by the polishing method, so that the condition of interference in the matching process of the mold core and the mold sleeve can be avoided, the uniformity of the molding thickness of the lens is ensured, and the product quality is improved.
Specifically, before step 1, the polishing method further comprises the steps of: step 1.1, grinding the surface of the mold insert 1 by grinding equipment. The overall roughness of the surface of the ground mold core 1 is reduced, which is equivalent to the pretreatment of the roughness of the surface of the mold core 1, and the polishing smoothness of the subsequent mold core 1 and the subsequent mold sleeve 2 is favorably improved.
Specifically, in step 2, the polishing solution is an alumina polishing solution. The aluminum oxide polishing solution has the advantages of stable performance, easy cleaning, no toxicity and no excessive pungent smell, and is quick in light emitting, high in efficiency and easy to remove residual grinding marks in the previous working procedure.
Specifically, in step 4, the time for polishing the side wall of the molding post 12 of the mold core 1 and the inner wall of the mold sleeve 2 is 20-30 min. The polishing time can sufficiently reduce the roughness of the side wall of the forming column 12 and the inner wall of the die sleeve 2.
Specifically, after step 5, the polishing method further comprises the steps of: and 6, detecting the roughness of the side wall of the forming column 12 and the inner wall of the die sleeve 2, respectively judging whether the roughness Ra values of the side wall of the forming column 12 and the inner wall of the die sleeve 2 are less than 25nm, if so, defining the product as a qualified product, and if not, re-performing the steps 1-5.
More specifically, after step 6, the polishing method further comprises the steps of: step 7, preparing another mold core 1 and detecting a qualified mold sleeve 2 in the step 6; and (3) repeating the steps 1-6, and assembling the other end of the die sleeve 2 on the forming column 12 of the die core 1. The polishing treatment of the two die cores 1 can be finished through the same die sleeve 2, so that the polishing of a whole set of die is finished, and the efficiency is improved.
The above-described embodiments are merely preferred examples of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the invention, so that equivalent changes or modifications in the structure, features and principles of the invention described in the claims should be included in the claims.
