Abstract

A management method of instant messaging application and electronic equipment are provided. The method comprises the following steps: displaying a contact list of a user on an instant messaging application interface; enabling the contact person list to be in an editable state based on a trigger operation executed on the contact person list by a user; detecting the selection operation of the user on the contact list, and determining the selected contact and/or group; group management related processing is performed on the selected contacts and/or groups. The group editing interface can be accessed by one-time operation on the message interface, so that the times of user operation before the group editing interface is accessed are effectively reduced, and the group operation is more convenient, quicker and more efficient.

Technical Field

Background
With the popularization of computers, more and more users use instant messaging application programs of electronic devices such as mobile phones and computers to communicate. In the related art, when a user operates a group, when the user creates the group and adds a certain contact person to a specific group, the user needs to perform multiple operations to switch to an operation interface of the group. In particular, when two or more groups need to be merged, the user needs to not only manually reselect group members, create a new group, but also manually delete the groups. This tedious operation brings great inconvenience to the user, has reduced user experience.

The application provides a management method of instant messaging application and electronic equipment, which at least can enable a user to conveniently and quickly complete group operation.

displaying a contact list of a user on an instant messaging application interface;
enabling the contact person list to be in an editable state based on a trigger operation executed on the contact person list by a user;

The technical solutions of the present application will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
It should be noted that, if not conflicted, the embodiments and the features of the embodiments can be combined with each other and are within the scope of protection of the present application. Additionally, while a logical order is shown in the flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than here.
In a typical configuration, a computing device of a client or instant messaging server may include one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory (memories).
The memory may include forms of volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or non-volatile memory, such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM). Memory is an example of a computer-readable medium. The memory may include module 1, module 2, … …, and module N (N is an integer greater than 2).
Computer readable media include both permanent and non-permanent, removable and non-removable storage media. A storage medium may implement information storage by any method or technology. The information may be computer readable instructions, data structures, modules of a program, or other data. In the related art, each dialog box in the user interface of instant messaging is a list item. If the group needs to be managed (such as creating a group, merging groups, etc.), the user needs to do quite complicated operations. For example, when creating a group, as shown in fig. 1A, a user first needs to select a button for creating the group on a user interface of the instant messaging service, as shown in fig. 1B, the user interface pops up a window for "initiating group chat", the user selects "initiating group chat", the user enters a contact selection interface as shown in fig. 1C, the user selects list items to be added with friends one by one on the contact selection interface as shown in fig. 3, an interface after selecting the list items is shown in fig. 1D, the user clicks on the contact selection interface for confirmation, and then enters a group setting interface (setting group name, group member, group type, and the like) as shown in fig. 1E, after the user performs corresponding setting operation in the group setting interface as shown in fig. 1E, the user clicks "complete creation" to create a group, which is cumbersome to operate, and the user experience is poor. If two groups need to be merged, list items of corresponding contacts need to be found respectively, and then a new group needs to be created, so that the operation is more complex and tedious.
Aiming at the problems of complex group management operation and poor user experience in the related technology, the following technical scheme is provided.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a scenario provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the instant communication system may include: the system comprises electronic equipment (electronic equipment 1 and … … and electronic equipment n, wherein n is an integer not less than 2) of each user, an instant messaging server and a database, wherein each electronic equipment carries out instant messaging through the instant messaging server, and the database is used for storing user information, contact information and group information of the users and instant messaging information among the users. The database can be used as a part of the instant messaging server, and can also be used as a peripheral device and communicated with the instant messaging server. In particular, the instant messaging server can realize the creation of the group, the updating of the group and the maintenance of the group information according to the request of the electronic equipment. It should be noted that the instant messaging system is only an example. The technical solution of the present application can be applied to any type of instant messaging system, and is not limited to the structure shown in fig. 2.
Various implementations of the present solution are described in detail below.
The technical solution of the present application is implemented by an electronic device, which may be any device capable of implementing the functions described below. For example, the electronic device may be embodied as, but not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palmtop computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Portable Media Player (PMP), a navigation device, a wearable device, a smart band, a pedometer, and a stationary terminal such as a desktop computer.
Fig. 3 shows an exemplary structure of the electronic device. The electronic device may include a processor 31, a memory 32, an interface unit 33, a communication circuit 34, a display 35, and the like. Further, in some embodiments, one or more of the example components may be incorporated in another component, e.g., in some implementations, memory or other portions may be incorporated in a processor.
The processor 31 may be any type of processor capable of performing the functions described herein. For example, the processor may be a single or multi-core processor, digital signal processor, or other processor or processing/control circuitry. In some implementations, an electronic device may include one or more processors.
Memory 32 may be any type of memory capable of performing the functions described herein. The memory may store various data and software used by the operating device of the electronic device, such as an operating system, application programs, libraries, and drivers.
The memory 32 is coupled to the processor 31 through an interface unit 33, and the interface unit 33 may be a circuit or a component that facilitates input/output operations of the processor 31, the memory 32, and other components of the electronic device.
The communication circuit 34 may be any communication circuit, device, or collection thereof capable of communicating between an electronic device and an instant messaging server. The communication circuitry may be configured to enable such communication using any one or more communication technologies (e.g., wireless or wired communication) and associated protocols (e.g., ethernet, bluetooth, WiFi, WiMAX, CDMA, TD-CDMA, LTE, etc.). The communication circuit may be a network adapter including a wireless network adapter.
Display 35 may be any type of display capable of performing the functions described herein. A display 35 is coupled to the processor 31 through the interface unit 33 and displays under the control of the processor 31.
In addition, the technical scheme of the application also needs to realize communication between the electronic equipment and the instant messaging server. The instant messaging server may be embodied as any device capable of performing the functions described below. In particular, the instant messaging server may be an instant messaging server for enabling instant messaging. In one implementation, a group database may be further provided, and the group database may be a part of the instant messaging server, and may be a peripheral device in communication with the instant messaging server.
Fig. 4 shows an exemplary structure of the instant messaging server. The instant messaging server may include: an Input Output (IO) bus, a processor 40, a memory 41, a memory 42, and a communication device 43. Wherein, the input/output (IO) bus is respectively connected with other components (the processor 40, the storage 41, the memory 42 and the communication device 43) of the instant communication server belonging to the IO bus, and provides a transmission line for the other components. The processor 40 typically controls the overall operation of the instant messaging server to which it belongs. For example, processor 40 performs computations, validation, etc. The processor 40 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU). The communication device 43, typically comprising one or more components, allows radio communication between the instant messaging server to which it belongs and the wireless communication system or network. The memory 41 stores processor 40 readable, processor executable software code comprising instructions for controlling the processor 40 to perform the functions described below (i.e., software performing functions).
Example one
As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment provides a method for managing an instant messaging application, including:

Similar to the related art, in the contact list of the embodiment, one list item is used for displaying one piece of contact information or one piece of group information; the list item comprises an avatar area, and the avatar area displays the avatar of the contact or the group. The embodiment may pre-configure the avatar area of the list item as the first display area. Therefore, the user can enter the group editing interface by clicking the head image area of the list item, and the method is convenient and efficient and has good user experience.

The instant communication server executes corresponding group processing according to the group creation request and the group update request sent by the electronic equipment, and returns the processed group information to the electronic equipment.

specifically, the electronic device sends a group creation request to the instant messaging server, wherein the group creation request at least carries the user identification of the citizen, the king and the user C; and the instant messaging server receives the group creation request, and creates a new group for the user C according to the user identification carried in the group creation request, wherein the members of the new group comprise the user C, the citizen and the king. And then, the instant messaging server synchronizes the contact information and the group information of the user C to the electronic equipment.
In practical applications, the process of creating the group for the user C by the instant messaging server may include: generating a new group, allocating a group number to the new group, setting a group name of the new group according to a default mode, establishing a mapping relation between a group identifier (such as the group number and the group name) and user identifiers of all members, and storing group information into a group database. The group identifier may be information such as a group number that can uniquely identify a group. The group information includes, but is not limited to: group number, group name, member information (e.g., member name, member nickname, member number, etc.), group member list, etc.
Step a5, after acquiring the contact information and the group information of the user C from the instant messaging server, the electronic device displays a group session interface or a group setting interface of the newly-built group, or displays a message interface of the user C.
In one implementation, the electronic device generates and displays a group session interface (as shown in fig. 10 as an exemplary illustration of the group session interface) according to the group information. The group session interface may be provided with a group operation button, the user C may enter the group setting interface by clicking the group operation button, and a group name control, a group member management control, and the like are provided on the group setting interface, for example, the user C may reset the group name by clicking the group name control, may add a new member by clicking a button for adding a group member, may delete a part of members by clicking a button for deleting a group member, and the like.
For example, the group session interface may be provided with a backspacing button, the user C clicks the backspacing button, the electronic device detects the operation, acquires the contact information and the group information of the current user C from the instant messaging server, and generates and displays a new instant messaging user C interface according to the contact information and the group information of the current user C, where the new instant messaging user C interface includes "citizen", "king", and a list item of a group created by the current user C.
In another implementation manner, the electronic device generates a group setting interface according to the group information and displays the group setting interface. After the operation of the group setting interface is completed, the user C clicks 'creation completion', in response to the operation, the electronic equipment synchronizes group information set by the user C to the instant messaging server, the instant messaging server updates the group information and then returns the group information to the electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment generates and displays a group session interface according to the group information returned by the instant messaging server.
Specifically, the user C may set information such as a group name in the group setting interface, the electronic device receives the group information input by the user C, and sends the group information, the group identifier, and the user C identifier to the instant messaging server, and the instant messaging server updates the corresponding group information in the group database according to the information. For example, the user C resets a new group name on the group setting interface, the electronic device sends the new group name and the group identifier to the instant messaging server, and the instant messaging server updates the group name in the group information to the new group name after receiving the new group name.
Example 2: user joining group
The process of joining a contact to a designated group in this example may include:

In step b5, after acquiring the contact information and the group information of the user C from the instant messaging server, the electronic device jumps to the "conference group a" group session interface (fig. 13 is an exemplary illustration of the group session interface) or displays the message interface of the user C.

Example 3: merging two groups
The process of merging two groups in this example may include:
step d1 and step d2 are the same as step a1 and step a2 in example 1, and are not repeated;
step d3, as shown in FIG. 14, user C selects two groups in the group editing interface: the electronic device detects a selection confirmation operation of a user C on a group editing interface, acquires group identifiers of the congregation a and the congregation B, generates a confirmation window and pops up the group editing interface, as shown in fig. 15, the exemplary illustration of the editing interface after popping up the confirmation window is shown, and the confirmation window displays a confirmation button of "merging the congregation a into the congregation B" and a confirmation button of "creating a new group";
step d4, the user clicks a confirmation button of "merge grand conference group a to grand conference group B" on the confirmation window, the electronic device detects the group confirmation operation of the user, requests the instant messaging server to merge the user "grand conference group a" to the group "grand conference group B", and acquires the contact information and the group information of the user C;
specifically, the electronic device sends a group update request for merging a group "great meeting group a" into a group "great meeting group B" to the instant messaging server, wherein the group update request carries a user identifier of a user C, a group identifier of the great meeting group a "and a group identifier of the great meeting group B"; the instant messaging server receives the group updating request, inquires the group information of the grand conference group A and the group information of the grand conference group B according to the user identification of the user C, the group identification of the grand conference group A and the group identification of the grand conference group B, extracts the member information of the grand conference group A and adds the member information into the group information of the grand conference group B, deletes the group information (group name, group number and group list) of the grand conference group A, and finally returns the updated contact information and group information of the user C to the electronic equipment.
And d5, after acquiring the contact information and the group information of the user C from the instant messaging server, the electronic device jumps to the group session interface of the conference group B or continues to display the message interface of the user C.

Example two
As shown in fig. 16, the present embodiment provides a management apparatus for an instant messaging application, which is applied to an electronic device, and may include:
a presentation module 161 configured to display a contact list of a user on an instant messaging application interface;
the editing module 162 is configured to enable the contact list to be in an editable state based on a triggering operation performed on the contact list by a user;
the detection module 163 detects the selection operation of the user on the contact list, and determines the selected contact and/or group;
the execution module 164 performs group management related processing for the selected contact and/or group.
The above apparatus of the present embodiment may be, but is not limited to, disposed in an electronic device.
Other implementation details of the present embodiment can refer to embodiment one.
EXAMPLE III
The present embodiment provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 17, which may at least include:
a touch display 151;
a memory 152 storing a hypervisor for an instant messaging application;
a processor 153 configured to read the group management program to perform the following operations:
displaying a contact list of a user on an instant messaging application interface;
enabling the contact person list to be in an editable state based on a trigger operation executed on the contact person list by a user;
detecting the selection operation of the user on the contact list, and determining the selected contact and/or group;
group management related processing is performed on the selected contacts and/or groups.
The electronic device in this embodiment may further include: a communications component 154 configured to communicate with an instant messaging server; the processor 153 is configured to read the group management program to perform the following operations: sending a group processing request to the instant messaging server through the communication component 154, wherein the group processing request carries the user information of the user and the contact information and/or group information selected by the user, so that the instant messaging server executes corresponding group processing; the group information returned by the instant messaging server is received by the communication component 154.
Specifically, the electronic device of the present embodiment may be the electronic device shown in fig. 3. The communication component 154 is equivalent to the communication circuit 34 in fig. 3, and the touch display 151 is equivalent to the display 35 in fig. 3.

Example four
A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, implements a process of:
displaying a contact list of a user on an instant messaging application interface;
enabling the contact person list to be in an editable state based on a trigger operation executed on the contact person list by a user;
detecting the selection operation of the user on the contact list, and determining the selected contact and/or group;
group management related processing is performed on the selected contacts and/or groups.
Other implementation details of the present embodiment can refer to embodiment one.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps of the above methods may be implemented by instructing the relevant hardware through a program, and the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, such as a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, and the like. Alternatively, all or part of the steps of the above embodiments may be implemented using one or more integrated circuits. Accordingly, each module/unit in the above embodiments may be implemented in the form of hardware, and may also be implemented in the form of a software functional module. The present application is not limited to any specific form of hardware or software combination.
There are, of course, many other embodiments of the invention that can be devised without departing from the spirit and scope thereof, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A management method for instant messaging application is characterized by comprising the following steps:
displaying a contact list of a user on an instant messaging application interface;
enabling the contact person list to be in an editable state based on a trigger operation executed on the contact person list by a user;
detecting the selection operation of the user on the contact list, and determining the selected contact and/or group;
group management related processing is performed on the selected contacts and/or groups.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein:
the contact list comprises identification information of contacts and session information of the contacts;
the identification information is displayed in a first display area of the application interface, and the session information is displayed in a second display area of the application interface.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein:
and when receiving the triggering operation of the user on the first display area of the contact list, enabling the contact list to be in an editable state.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein:
and when receiving the triggering operation of the user on the second display area of the contact list, displaying the conversation information details of the contact.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein: the trigger operation is an operation performed on any one of the contact information in the contact list.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein: performing group management-related processing on the selected contacts and/or groups, comprising:
when two or more contacts selected by a user are detected, merging the two or more selected contacts to create a group;
when detecting that the user selects the contact and the group, adding the selected contact to the selected group;
when detecting that the user selects two or more groups, merging the selected groups into one of the groups; or a new group is created, wherein the created group includes all of the contacts of the selected group.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising: performing group function configuration on the selected contacts and/or groups; the group function configuration includes at least one of:
disturbance function setting, privacy setting of a group, approval authority setting of new member joining and user nickname setting.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein: before performing group management-related processing on the selected contacts and/or groups, the method further comprises the following steps:
and detecting the selection operation of the user, and displaying one or more controls corresponding to the group management on the application interface.
9. An electronic device, comprising:
a touch display;
a memory storing a management program for an instant messaging application;
a processor configured to read a hypervisor of the instant messaging application to perform operations comprising:
displaying a contact list of a user on an instant messaging application interface;
enabling the contact person list to be in an editable state based on a trigger operation executed on the contact person list by a user;
detecting the selection operation of the user on the contact list, and determining the selected contact and/or group;
group management related processing is performed on the selected contacts and/or groups.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs a process of:
displaying a contact list of a user on an instant messaging application interface;
enabling the contact person list to be in an editable state based on a trigger operation executed on the contact person list by a user;
detecting the selection operation of the user on the contact list, and determining the selected contact and/or group;
group management related processing is performed on the selected contacts and/or groups.
