The communication device based on the penetration type pin header 3 comprises: a first circuit board 1 for outputting a display control signal; the second circuit board 2 is separately arranged on one side of the first circuit board 1, and the second circuit board 2 is provided with a pin header interface (not shown) and pin header through holes (not shown); the bus bar 4 is arranged on the surface of the first circuit board 1 close to one side of the second circuit board 2 and used for transmitting control signals to the first circuit board 1; and the pin header 3 is arranged between the first circuit board 1 and the second circuit board 2 so as to enable the two to be in communication connection.
Each end of pin header 3 includes a communication pin 31 and a control pin 32. One end of the pin header 3 is connected with the pin header 4 for electric connection, the control pin 32 at the other end of the pin header 3 is connected with the pin header interface, and the control communication pin 31 at the other end of the pin header 3 penetrates through the through hole of the pin header 3 and is electrically isolated from the second circuit board 2. An electromagnetic isolation layer (not shown) is disposed between the second circuit board 2 and the first circuit board 1.
The communication pins 31 in the pin header 3 penetrate through the through holes of the pin header 3 and partially extend to receive communication signals from the outside and directly transmit the communication signals to the first circuit board 1. The control pins 32 are arranged to electrically connect the traces arranged on the second circuit board 2 with the traces arranged on the first circuit board 1.
The communication signal and the control signal are transmitted in an isolation mode, so that communication crosstalk is avoided.
The electromagnetic isolation layer may be made of an oil film with electromagnetic isolation property, and is disposed on the surface of the second circuit board 2 near the first circuit board 1 by coating.
The first circuit board 1 and the second circuit board 2 are arranged in an isolated mode, so that signal crosstalk caused by parallel wiring of the first circuit board 1 and the second circuit board 2 is avoided. In addition, the pin header 3 is a rigid structure, and can avoid short circuit risk caused by communication transmission through an external guide wire.
Furthermore, in other embodiments, a flexible circuit board may be used instead of the pin header. The flexible circuit has good extensibility, so that the flexible circuit can meet the requirements of different stacked structures. The flexible circuit board has good electrical property, dielectric property and heat resistance, and can ensure that the working performance of the communication device is not reduced due to long-time operation.
Additional mechanical stability is achieved by using reinforcing materials or providing a backing plate to increase its strength. When using a lining board with good heat dissipation performance, the heat dissipation function of the flexible circuit board is further optimized.
In the embodiment, the bus bar 4 is arranged to serve as a signal interface of the first circuit board 1, and the pin header 3 is arranged to receive a communication signal from the outside or a power supply signal from the second circuit board 2. Because the wiring in the first circuit board 1 is perpendicular to the bus bar 4 and is electrically connected with the bus bar, the problem that a wiring area needs to be additionally arranged in a traditional circuit board can be avoided, and the technical effect of reducing the area of the circuit board is achieved.

The pin header interface 302 is used for being electrically connected to the control pins 32, so that the traces disposed on the second circuit board 2 are electrically connected to the control pins 32, and further the control signals of the second circuit board 2 are transmitted to the first circuit board 1 through the pin header 3. The pin header through hole 301 is used to provide a communication channel for the communication pin 31, and the communication pin 31 is electrically isolated from the second circuit board 2. The communication pin 31 is only used for receiving an external communication signal and transmitting the external communication signal to the first circuit board 1 through the bus bar 4.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic structural diagram of a display device based on a penetration type pin header 3 in the embodiment of the present invention is shown. As shown in fig. 2, a display device based on a penetration pin header 3, in addition to the communication device based on the penetration pin header 3, further includes: the backlight module 63 is arranged on one side of the first circuit board 1 far away from the second circuit board 2; the display module 62 is arranged on one side of the backlight module 63 away from the first circuit board 1; the light-transmitting protective layer 61 is arranged on one side of the display module 62 away from the backlight module 63; and the power supply wiring terminal 7 is arranged on one side of the second circuit board 2 far away from the first circuit board 1.
A power connection terminal 7 for receiving an external power signal to provide a source signal for the display device, comprising: the wiring terminal comprises a wiring terminal screw 73, a wiring terminal support 74, a wiring terminal elastic sheet 72 and a wiring terminal wire pressing frame 71.
The display device based on the penetration type pin header 3 further comprises a power supply shell and a display frame 8, wherein the power supply shell is used for fixing the relative positions of the power supply wiring terminal 7, the backlight module 63, the display module 62 and the light-transmitting protective layer 61. The power supply housing includes a power supply front case 52 and a power supply rear case 51. The relative positions of the power supply front shell 52 and the power supply rear shell 51 are fixed in a buckling mode. The relative positions of the power front shell 52 and the display frame 8 are fixed in a buckling mode.
The side wall of the terminal support 74 is provided with a through hole (not shown), and the terminal screw 73 penetrates through the through hole in the side wall of the terminal support 74 and abuts against the terminal spring piece 72. The terminal spring 72 includes a first spring region, a second spring region and a third spring region, wherein the first spring region and the third spring region are disposed in parallel, and the second spring region is used to connect the first spring region and the third spring region. The second elastic sheet area, the first elastic sheet area and the third elastic sheet area form an included angle of 90 degrees respectively. The terminal wire-pressing frame 71 is used for pressing the third elastic sheet area so as to fix the relative position of the terminal elastic sheet 72.
The edge of the display frame 8 is provided with a clamping groove (not shown), and the backlight module 63, the display module 62 and the light-transmitting protective layer 61 are clamped with the clamping groove in a clamping manner to fix the relative positions of the backlight module, the display module and the light-transmitting protective layer.
The backlight module 63 includes a plurality of LED diodes, and the first circuit board 1 is a motherboard for outputting a display output signal to control the operating states of the different LED diodes in the backlight module 63.
The second circuit board 2 is a daughter board, and is configured to receive a power signal and convert the power signal to provide a source signal for the first circuit board 1.
The display device based on the penetration pin header further comprises a touch key 9, which is arranged in the edge area of the display device and used for controlling the opening and closing of the display device.
The bus bar 4 is arranged to serve as a signal interface of the first circuit board 1, and the pin header 3 is arranged to receive communication signals from the outside or power signals from the second circuit board 2. Because the wiring in the first circuit board 1 is perpendicular to the row bus 4 and is electrically connected with the row bus, the problem that wiring areas need to be additionally arranged in a traditional circuit board can be avoided, so that the area of the circuit board is reduced, and the volume of the product is integrally reduced. Meanwhile, the pin header 3 is respectively provided with a communication pin and a control pin so as to separate a communication signal from other control signals, thereby reducing signal crosstalk existing in the communication signal propagation process.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention. Furthermore, the embodiments of the present invention and the features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
