In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a camera module, which can be applied to a mobile terminal, and specifically includes a bracket 100, a camera body 200, a light emitting assembly 300, and a light guide 400.
The bracket 100 has a first side and a second side opposite to each other, the first side is provided with a first through hole 110, the second side is provided with a second through hole 120, and both the first through hole 110 and the second through hole 120 can be penetrated by light. The camera body 200 may be disposed on the stand 100, and the camera body 200 is one of core parts of the camera module for implementing a photographing function thereof.
The light emitting assembly 300 is disposed at the first through hole 110, and the light emitting assembly 300 may specifically include a circuit board 310, a substrate 320, a first light emitting device 330, and a second light emitting device 340. The circuit board 310 may be electrically connected to a main board of the mobile terminal, and the circuit board 310 may be a printed circuit board, a flexible circuit board, or other circuit boards. The substrate 320 is electrically connected to the circuit board 310, and the substrate 320 may be a ceramic substrate. The first and second light emitting devices 330 and 340 are disposed on the substrate 320, and thus the first and second light emitting devices 330 and 340 share one substrate 320. The first light emitting device 330 faces away from the second via 120, and the second light emitting device 340 faces toward the second via 120. Optionally, the first light emitting device 330 may include at least one of a flash lamp, a fill light, a breathing light, and an effect light, and the second light emitting device 340 may include at least one of a flash lamp, a fill light, a breathing light, and an effect light, and of course, the first light emitting device 330 and the second light emitting device 340 may also be other devices capable of emitting light. In addition, the number of the light emitting assemblies 300 may be one or more, and may be flexibly selected according to the shooting requirements of the user.
The light guide 400 is disposed in the bracket 100, and a light guide channel may be formed in the light guide 400 and located between the second light emitting device 340 and the second through hole 120. That is, the light emitted from the second light emitting device 340 can be transmitted to the second through hole 120 through the light guide 400, and further transmitted to the external environment through the second through hole 120. The light guide 400 may be made of a light guide material, which can guide light emitted from the second light emitting device 340 by using the principle of light reflection.
The first light emitting device 330 and the second light emitting device 340 may share the same substrate 320, so that the overall thickness of the light emitting assembly 300 is reduced, and the light guide 400 may guide light emitted from the second light emitting device 340 out, so that both sides of the camera module may emit light. After so setting up, the space that camera module occupy reduces to the structural design of the mobile terminal of being more convenient for. In addition, the first light emitting device 330 and the second light emitting device 340 can share the same substrate 320, so that the number of parts included in the light emitting assembly 300 can be reduced, the cost of the light emitting assembly 300 can be reduced, and the cost of the camera module can be reduced accordingly. This effect is more remarkable particularly when the number of light emitting elements 300 is plural.
The axis of the first through hole 110 and the axis of the second through hole 120 may or may not be collinear. When the axis of the first through hole 110 is collinear with the axis of the second through hole 120, the light emitted from the first light emitting device 330 at the first through hole 110 is substantially opposite to the area covered by the light emitted from the second through hole 120, so that the shooting requirement can be better met. Alternatively, both the axis of the first through hole 110 and the axis of the second through hole 120 may be parallel to the optical axis direction of the camera body 200, or perpendicular to the optical axis direction of the camera body 200.
Since the camera body 200 and the like are required to be disposed in the bracket 100, other structures are generally present between the first through hole 110 and the second through hole 120. In this case, in order to better guide light and reduce the space occupied by the light guide 400, the light guide 400 may be a bending plate, and the projection of the light guide 400 and the projection of the camera body 200 at least partially overlap in the axial direction of the first through hole 110. The bending plate may be bent according to the empty space in the bracket 100, so as to realize light transmission between the second light emitting device 340 and the second via 120.
In order to better share the substrate 320 with the first and second light emitting devices 330 and 340, a third via hole 311 may be opened on the circuit board 310. At this time, the substrate 320 may be positioned in the third through hole 311, so that the substrate 320 does not occupy additional space. Meanwhile, the first light emitting device 330 and the second light emitting device 340 are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the substrate 320, and the first light emitting device 330 and the second light emitting device 340 may be entirely disposed outside the third through hole 311, or at least a portion of the first light emitting device 330 and the second light emitting device 340 may be disposed in the third through hole 311, which may be specifically designed according to a specific structure of the light emitting assembly 300, so that the thickness of the whole light emitting assembly 300 is kept as small as possible.
In order to make the structure of the camera module more compact, the circuit board 310 may be attached to the surface of the bracket 100, and at this time, the third through hole 311 is disposed opposite to the first through hole 110, and at least a portion of the light emitting element 300 is located in the first through hole 110. After so setting up, circuit board 310 is connected with support 100 for the structure of camera module is compacter, and support 100 can play the additional strengthening to circuit board 310, and simultaneously, the part that lies in first through-hole 110 among the light-emitting component 300 can not additionally take up space, thereby has reduced the size of camera module, makes the space that it took reduce, more is favorable to mobile terminal's structural design.
The substrate 320 and the circuit board 310 may be connected by direct soldering, but such connection has a high requirement on the structure of the circuit board 310 and the substrate 320, for example, the distance between the circuit board 310 and the substrate 320 cannot be too large. Therefore, in order to facilitate the electrical connection between the circuit board 310 and the substrate 320, a first pad may be disposed on a side surface of the substrate 320, and a second pad may be disposed on the circuit board 310, and the first pad is electrically connected to the second pad through the board-to-board connector 350. The board-to-board connector 350 is applicable to various structures, so that the electrical connection between the circuit board 310 and the substrate 320 can be more conveniently realized, and the space on the side surface of the substrate 320 can be fully utilized by the connection method, so that the structure of the light emitting assembly 300 is more compact.
In an alternative embodiment, in order to simplify the structures of the first and second light emitting devices 330 and 340, the first and second light emitting devices 330 and 340 each include a light emitting chip and a light emitting material, the light emitting chip is disposed on the substrate 320, and the light emitting chip is wrapped by the light emitting material. Specifically, the first light emitting device 330 includes a first light emitting chip 331 and a first light emitting material 332, the second light emitting device 340 includes a second light emitting chip 341 and a second light emitting material 342, the first light emitting chip 331 and the second light emitting chip 341 are disposed on opposite sides of the substrate 320, the first light emitting chip 331 is wrapped by the first light emitting material 332, and the second light emitting chip 341 is wrapped by the second light emitting material 342.
