Abstract

本发明公开一种卡连接器及其凸轮杆,所述卡连接器包括基座、固持于所述基座的若干导电端子、覆盖于所述基座上以与所述基座之间形成插接空间的遮蔽壳体及退卡机构,所述退卡机构包括在插拔方向上前后移动的推杆及与所述推杆联动以向后枢转抵退一电子卡或卡托的凸轮杆,所述凸轮杆包括供所述推杆定位的固定段及与所述固定段倾斜设置的抵靠段,所述抵靠段具有供所述电子卡或卡托的前端面抵靠的抵靠面,所述抵靠面凹设形成有容纳槽,所述电子卡或卡托的前端面突设有容置于所述容纳槽内的突块部。藉此,当所述凸轮杆经由所述推杆向前抵推而向后枢转后,所述突块部脱离所述容纳槽而被所述抵靠段的自由末端抵靠,增加了所述电子卡或卡托向后退出的行程。

Description

卡连接器及其凸轮杆
【技术领域】
本发明公开一种卡连接器,尤其涉及一种退卡行程长的卡连接器。
【背景技术】
如中国台湾发明专利公告第I600230B号公告了一种卡连接器,所述卡连接器包括基座、固持于所述基座的若干导电端子、覆盖于所述基座上以与所述基座之间形成插接空间的遮蔽壳体及托卡机构。所述退卡机构包括设置于所述基座的侧边的推杆及设置于所述基座的前端的用以抵退卡托的凸轮杆。所述凸轮杆包括供所述推杆定位的固定段及与所述固定段倾斜设置的抵靠段,所述抵靠段前端的抵靠面供所述卡托的前端面抵靠,退卡时,推动所述推杆,所述推杆带动所述凸轮杆向后枢转,凸轮杆的抵靠面向后抵退卡托而退出所述卡托。然,该发明的传统的凸轮杆抵退卡托的距离有限,不利于使用者取出所述卡托。
因此,确有必要对现有的卡连接器进行改进,以克服上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种退卡行程长的卡连接器。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种卡连接器,其包括基座、固持于所述基座的若干导电端子、覆盖于所述基座上以与所述基座之间形成插接空间的遮蔽壳体及退卡机构,所述退卡机构包括在插拔方向上前后移动的推杆及与所述推杆联动以向后枢转抵退一电子卡或卡托的凸轮杆,所述凸轮杆包括定位于所述推杆的固定段及与所述固定段倾斜设置的抵靠段,所述抵靠段具有供所述电子卡或卡托的前端面抵靠的抵靠面,所述抵靠面凹设形成有容纳槽,所述电子卡或卡托的前端面突设有容置于所述容纳槽内的突块部。
进一步地,所述容纳槽具有导引侧面,所述突块部的侧面为与所述导引侧面相配合的引导侧面。
进一步地,所述容纳槽与所述抵靠段的自由末端相邻接。
进一步地,所述导引侧面与抵靠段的自由末端的抵靠面之间圆滑过渡。
进一步地,所述推杆的上端在邻近前端处自上往下凹设形成有安装槽,所述固定段自上向下安装于所述安装槽,所述遮蔽壳体自上向下安装于所述基座。
进一步地,所述凸轮杆用以抵退所述卡托,所述突块部突设于所述卡托的前端面。
进一步地,所述凸轮杆由金属材质制成,所述卡托由金属材质制成。
进一步地,所述基座的前端的上端面突伸形成枢轴,所述凸轮杆设置有供所述枢轴容置于内的容置孔,所述卡连接器还包括一体成型于所述基座的周边的金属边框,所述金属边框向上弯折有成型于所述枢轴内的强化部。
本发明的目的还可通过以下技术方案一来实现:一种卡连接器的凸轮杆,所述凸轮杆用以抵退一卡托,所述凸轮杆包括定位于一推杆且与所述推杆联动的固定段及与所述固定段倾斜设置的抵靠段,所述抵靠段具有供所述卡托的前端面抵靠的抵靠面,所述抵靠面凹设形成有容纳槽,所述卡托的前端面突设有容置于所述容纳槽内的突块部
进一步地,所述容纳槽与所述抵靠段的自由末端相邻接,当所述凸轮杆经由所述推杆向前抵推而向后枢转后,所述突块部脱离所述容纳槽而被所述抵靠段的自由末端抵靠。
与现有技术相比,本发明卡连接器具有如下有益效果:通过在凸轮杆的抵靠面凹设容纳槽,电子卡或卡托的前端面突设容纳于容纳槽内的突块部,当所述凸轮杆经由所述推杆向前抵推而向后枢转后,所述突块部脱离所述容纳槽而被所述抵靠段的自由末端抵靠,增加了所述电子卡或卡托向后退出的行程。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图6所示,本发明卡连接器100包括基座1、固持于所述基座1的若干导电端子2、覆盖于所述基座1上以与所述基座1之间形成插接空间30的遮蔽壳体3及退卡机构4。所述插接空间30用以供电子卡(未图示)或设置电子卡(未图示)于上的卡托5插入。
所述导电端子2一体成型于所述基座1,所述导电端子2具有向上突伸入所述插接空间30内的接触部21。所述退卡机构4包括设置于所述基座1的侧边的推杆41及设置于所述基座1的前端的与所述推杆41联动以向后枢转的凸轮杆42,所述推杆41及所述凸轮杆42优选地由金属材质制成。所述凸轮杆42包括定位于所述推杆41的定位段421及与所述固定段421倾斜设置的抵靠段422,所述抵靠段422具有供所述电子卡或卡托5的前端面50抵靠的抵靠面4221。所述推杆41的上端在邻近前端处自上向下凹设形成安装槽411,所述固定段421自上向下安装于所述安装槽411以使所述凸轮杆42与所述推杆41联动,所述遮蔽壳体3自上向下安装于所述基座1用以将所述凸轮杆42稳固于所述推杆41上。当所述推杆41向前抵推时,所述凸轮杆42向后枢转,从而抵退所述电子卡(未图示)或所述卡托5。所述卡连接器100还包括一体成型于所述基座1的周边的金属边框6,所述基座1的前端的上端面11突伸形成枢轴111,所述凸轮杆42设置有供所述枢轴111容置于内的容置孔423,所述金属边框6在对应所述枢轴111处设置有向上弯折的形成于所述枢轴111内的强化部61,所述强化部61用以增加所述枢轴111的结构强度,避免凸轮杆42枢转时枢轴111断裂。
为了增大所述电子卡(未图示)或卡托5被所述凸轮杆42向后抵退的距离,所述抵靠面4221凹设有容纳槽4222,所述电子卡(未图示)或卡托5的前端面50突设有容置于所述容纳槽4222内的突块部51。当所述凸轮杆42经由推杆41向前抵推而向后枢转后,所述突块部51脱离所述容纳槽4222,此时凸轮杆42抵推于所述突块部51,从而可以增大所述电子卡(未图示)或卡托5被所述凸轮杆42向后抵退的距离。具体而言,在本发明中,所述插接空间30用以供所述卡托5插入,所述卡托5优选地由金属材质制成,电子卡(未图示)承载于所述卡托5上,所述突块部51突设于所述卡托5的前端面50,当然,在卡连接器仅供电子卡(未图示)插入时,所述突块部51可以设置于所述电子卡(未图示)的前端面。所述容纳槽4222具有导引侧面4223,所述突块部51的侧面为与所述导引侧面4223相配合的引导侧面511。所述导引侧面4223与所述抵靠段422的自由末端424相邻接,所述导引侧面4223与所述抵靠段422的自由末端424的抵靠面之间圆滑过渡。当所述凸轮杆42经由所述推杆41向前抵推而向后枢转,所述突块部51脱离所述容纳槽4222而被所述抵靠段422的自由末端423抵靠,从而增加所述卡托5被所述凸轮杆42向后抵退的距离。

Claims (10)

1.一种卡连接器,其包括基座、固持于所述基座的若干导电端子、覆盖于所述基座上以与所述基座之间形成插接空间的遮蔽壳体及退卡机构,所述退卡机构包括在插拔方向上前后移动的推杆及与所述推杆联动以向后枢转抵退一电子卡或卡托的凸轮杆,其特征在于:所述凸轮杆包括定位于所述推杆的固定段及与所述固定段倾斜设置的抵靠段,所述抵靠段具有供所述电子卡或卡托的前端面抵靠的抵靠面,所述抵靠面凹设形成有容纳槽,所述电子卡或卡托的前端面突设有容置于所述容纳槽内的突块部。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡连接器,其特征在于:所述容纳槽具有导引侧面,所述突块部的侧面为与所述导引侧面相配合的引导侧面。
3.如权利要求2所述的卡连接器,其特征在于:所述容纳槽与所述抵靠段的自由末端相邻接。
4.如权利要求3所述的卡连接器,其特征在于:所述导引侧面与抵靠段的自由末端的抵靠面之间圆滑过渡。
5.如权利要求1所述的卡连接器,其特征在于:所述推杆的上端在邻近前端处自上往下凹设形成有安装槽,所述固定段自上向下安装于所述安装槽,所述遮蔽壳体自上向下安装于所述基座。
6.如权利要求1所述的卡连接器,其特征在于:所述凸轮杆用以抵退所述卡托,所述突块部突设于所述卡托的前端面。
7.如权利要求6所述的卡连接器,其特征在于:所述凸轮杆由金属材质制成,所述卡托由金属材质制成。
8.如权利要求1所述的卡连接器,其特征在于:所述基座的前端的上端面突伸形成枢轴,所述凸轮杆设置有供所述枢轴容置于内的容置孔,所述卡连接器还包括一体成型于所述基座的周边的金属边框,所述金属边框向上弯折有成型于所述枢轴内的强化部。
9.一种卡连接器的凸轮杆,所述凸轮杆用以抵退一卡托,所述凸轮杆包括定位于一推杆且与所述推杆联动的固定段及与所述固定段倾斜设置的抵靠段,其特征在于:所述抵靠段具有供所述卡托的前端面抵靠的抵靠面,所述抵靠面凹设形成有容纳槽,所述卡托的前端面突设有容置于所述容纳槽内的突块部。
10.如权利要求9所述的卡连接器的凸轮杆,其特征在于:所述容纳槽与所述抵靠段的自由末端相邻接,当所述凸轮杆经由所述推杆向前抵推而向后枢转后,所述突块部脱离所述容纳槽而被所述抵靠段的自由末端抵靠。
