The embodiment of the invention provides a commodity order processing method, a commodity order processing device and electronic equipment, wherein the method comprises the following steps: responding to order settlement operation of the appointed commodity, and acquiring processing strategy information corresponding to the appointed commodity; generating bill information according to the processing strategy information and the order information; and generating bill settlement data for the specified commodity in response to the payment operation of the bill information, and sending the bill settlement data to a store service platform, wherein the bill settlement data at least comprises customer payment information and discount spread information generated based on the processing strategy information. According to the embodiment of the invention, the marketing strategy issued by the commodity supplier is deployed at one side of the store through the store service platform, the store settles with the customer based on the marketing strategy, and meanwhile, the calculation of the discount spread between the store account and the commodity supplier account is carried out on the basis of the marketing strategy by the store service platform, so that the marketing strategy issued by the commodity supplier can directly reach the customer.

Commodity order processing method and device and electronic equipment

Technical Field

The application relates to a commodity order processing method, a commodity order processing device and electronic equipment, and belongs to the technical field of computers.

Background

In the prior art, a commodity supplier supplies commodities to a store through a sales platform, and then the store sells the commodities to customers (i.e., consumers). In order to promote the commodity, commodity suppliers often carry out some sales promotion activities and give certain odds to the price of the commodity, thereby increasing sales or promoting products. Since the commodity suppliers sell commodities to users indirectly through shops, the commodity suppliers can only reach the level of the shops with marketing strategies of marketing activities and cannot reach consumers. Whether the store is well executing the marketing strategy of the commodity supplier or not, the commodity supplier cannot control nor sense.

In addition, some large-scale electronic commerce platforms also establish a direct-camping store, in the mode, the large-scale electronic commerce platforms play the role of secondary wholesalers, when a commodity supplier wants to conduct marketing activities, the electronic commerce platforms firstly purchase products of the commodity supplier to the electronic commerce platforms, then the electronic commerce platforms sell the products to users through the direct-camping store, and the electronic commerce platforms determine final marketing strategies according to self strategies.

In either way, the marketing strategy of the merchandise provider cannot directly reach the consumer, and thus the purpose of the sales promotion conducted by the merchandise provider cannot be effectively achieved.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a commodity order processing method, a commodity order processing device and electronic equipment, so that a marketing strategy of a commodity supplier can reach customers directly.

In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for processing a commodity order, including:

responding to order settlement operation of the appointed commodity, and acquiring processing strategy information corresponding to the appointed commodity;

generating bill information according to the processing strategy information and the order information;

and generating bill settlement data for the specified commodity in response to the payment operation of the bill information, and sending the bill settlement data to a store service platform, wherein the bill settlement data at least comprises customer payment information and discount spread information generated based on the processing strategy information.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a commodity order processing method, which comprises the following steps:

receiving bill settlement data sent by a POS terminal or a shop page, wherein the bill settlement data at least comprises customer payment information and discount spread information generated based on processing strategy information;

and transferring the received customer payment amount to a store account corresponding to the POS terminal or a store account corresponding to a store page according to the processing strategy information and the bill settlement data, and transferring part or all of the discount spread amount from the commodity supplier account to the store account.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a commodity order processing device, which comprises:

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.

Overview

As shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of an exemplary system framework to which an embodiment of the present invention is applied, a service docking bridge between a store and a commodity supplier is provided through a store service platform. On the store service platform, the store and the commodity supplier are respectively provided with respective accounts. Processing strategy information formulated for marketing activities by commodity suppliers is issued to a store service platform, and the marketing service platform issues the processing strategy information to POS terminals or store pages of stores to execute marketing strategies.

In the embodiment of the invention, the POS terminal is a terminal device capable of communicating with the store service platform, and can receive processing policy information issued by the store service platform and perform settlement according to the processing policy information, in addition to providing a commodity settlement function of the store. For shops with POS terminals, the number of the POS terminal is directly bound with the shop number, the processing strategy information can directly reach the POS terminal, and the POS terminal can be utilized to directly carry out settlement based on marketing strategies.

Some stores may not be equipped with POS terminals having a function of communicating with a store service platform, and for such stores, settlement may be performed by a store page in order to execute a marketing strategy, which corresponds to diversion of off-line store sales to on-line execution. The shop page may be a shop page directly provided by a shop service platform, or may be a shop page provided by another platform and capable of communicating with the shop service platform. The store page comprises content display of the page and processing logic of a background of the page, and the processing logic can provide a settlement function of commodities in the store, receive processing strategy information issued by a store service platform and execute settlement based on marketing strategies.

The implementation of the marketing strategy according to the embodiment of the present invention involves two parts, namely a store and a store service platform, and the respective processes to be implemented will be described below.

1) Store: and settling accounts with customers according to the marketing strategy.

After receiving the processing policy information of the appointed commodity, the POS terminal or the shop page of the shop settles the commodity order according to the processing policy information related to the appointed commodity when the appointed commodity is transacted, so that the customer directly pays the price after discount. For example, the standard selling price of a specified commodity is 100 yuan, the commodity supplier performs marketing promotion, gives 8-fold preferential to the price of the specified commodity (80 yuan selling price), and the customer directly pays 80 yuan when settling the account in the store.

After commodity settlement, the shops submit bill settlement data to the shop service platform. The bill settlement data includes a customer payment amount (e.g., 80 yuan) and a discount spread (20 yuan).

2) Store service platform: according to the marketing strategy, the spread is transferred from the commodity supplier account to the store account.

The commodity supplier can deposit a money in advance in the commodity supplier account before conducting commodity marketing activities. When commodity marketing activities are conducted, after bill settlement data sent by a store is received, the store service platform transfers discount spread from a commodity supplier account to a store account according to marketing strategies.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the marketing strategy issued by the commodity supplier is deployed on one side of the store through the store service platform, the store settles with the customer based on the marketing strategy, meanwhile, the store service platform calculates discount spread between the store account and the commodity supplier account based on the marketing strategy, through the mechanism, the marketing strategy issued by the commodity supplier can directly reach the customer, the whole marketing activity executing process is clear and transparent, marketing data can accurately and smoothly flow back to the commodity supplier, and the marketing channels of the commodity supplier and the store to the customer are thoroughly opened. In addition, commodity marketing data related to executing the marketing strategy can also be completely returned to the commodity supplier side through the shop service platform, so that an accurate data basis is provided for analysis of marketing activities by the commodity supplier.

The technical scheme of the invention is further described by the following specific examples.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 2, which is one of the flow charts of the commodity order processing method according to the embodiment of the present invention, the method according to the present embodiment may be executed on a POS terminal of a store or a store page, and specifically includes:

As shown in fig. 4, which is a third flow chart of a commodity order processing method according to the present embodiment, the method according to the present embodiment may be executed on a shop service platform, and specifically includes:

As shown in fig. 6, which is one of the schematic structural diagrams of the commodity order processing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus may be disposed on a POS terminal of a store or a store page, and includes:

the bill settlement data receiving module 21 is configured to receive bill settlement data sent by the POS terminal or the shop page, where the bill settlement data includes at least customer payment information and discount spread information generated based on the processing policy information.

The settlement processing module 22 is used for transferring the received payment amount of the customer to a store account corresponding to the POS terminal or a store account corresponding to the store page according to the processing strategy information and the bill settlement data, and transferring part or all of the discount spread amount from the commodity supplier account to the store account. The communication component 130 is configured to facilitate communication between the electronic device and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The electronic device may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi,2G, or 3G, or a combination thereof. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component 130 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast-related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component 130 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.

A power supply assembly 140 provides power to the various components of the electronic device. Power supply components 140 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for electronic devices.

The audio component 150 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 150 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the electronic device is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may be further stored in the memory 110 or transmitted via the communication component 130. In some embodiments, the audio assembly 150 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.

The display 160 includes a screen, which may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive input signals from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touches, swipes, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may sense not only the boundary of a touch or sliding action, but also the duration and pressure associated with the touch or sliding operation.

Further, as shown, the electronic device may further include: communication component 230, power component 240, audio component 250, display 260, and other components. The communication component 230 is configured to facilitate communication between the electronic device and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. The electronic device may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi,2G, or 3G, or a combination thereof. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component 230 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast-related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component 230 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short range communications. The power supply assembly 240 provides power to the various components of the electronic device. The power supply components 240 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for electronic devices.

The audio component 250 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 250 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the electronic device is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may be further stored in the memory 210 or transmitted via the communication component 230. In some embodiments, audio assembly 250 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.

The display 260 includes a screen, which may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive input signals from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touches, swipes, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may sense not only the boundary of a touch or sliding action, but also the duration and pressure associated with the touch or sliding operation.

Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that: all or part of the steps for implementing the method embodiments described above may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. Claims

1. A method of processing a commodity order, comprising:

generating bill settlement data for the specified commodity in response to the payment operation of the bill information, and sending the bill settlement data to a store service platform, wherein the bill settlement data at least comprises customer payment information and discount spread information generated based on the processing strategy information;

wherein the method further comprises:

and in response to the operation of selecting to accept the processing strategy information, deploying the processing strategy information in a POS terminal or a shop page, and sending a feedback message for accepting the processing strategy information to the shop service platform, or in response to the operation of selecting to reject the processing strategy information, sending a feedback message for rejecting the processing strategy information to the shop service platform.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating billing information from the processing policy information and order information further comprises:

and acquiring customer identity information corresponding to the order, judging whether the customer meets the conditions set in the processing strategy information according to the processing strategy information, if so, generating the bill information, and if not, generating a conventional bill according to the conventional price of the designated commodity.

3. A method of processing a commodity order, comprising:

receiving processing strategy information aiming at a specified commodity, wherein the processing strategy information comprises store information or store range information applicable to a marketing strategy;

and transmitting the processing strategy information to the POS terminal or the shop page corresponding to the shop information or the shop range information.

5. The method of claim 4, wherein the store information comprises POS terminal numbers and/or store numbers.

6. A merchandise order processing device, comprising:

the bill settlement data processing module is used for responding to the payment operation of the bill information, generating bill settlement data aiming at the appointed commodity and sending the bill settlement data to a shop service platform, wherein the bill settlement data at least comprises customer payment information and discount spread information generated based on the processing strategy information;
