Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a drain pipe mounting structure for a building, which solves the problems of the prior art, such as difficulty in mounting and replacing a drain pipe.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a mounting structure of a drainage pipe of a building, which comprises a movable base, wherein a supporting structure which can be overturned and is used for supporting the drainage pipe is fixed at the top of the movable base, and a clamping structure clamped on the inner side wall of the drainage pipe is also arranged on the movable base.
Furthermore, the bottom of the movable base is provided with a plurality of universal rollers, and a lifting device is fixed at the top of the movable base.
Furthermore, the supporting structure comprises a U-shaped base and a supporting seat arranged on the U-shaped base, and through holes are formed in two sides of the U-shaped base; two sides of the supporting seat are respectively provided with a supporting leg, and a rotating shaft body which is in rotating fit with the through hole is fixed on each supporting leg; and the top of the supporting seat is provided with a cover plate through a plurality of fixing bolts.
Furthermore, the clamping structure comprises a shaft lever, the shaft lever comprises a lever head and a lever handle, a circular ring is arranged at the end part of the lever head, and a plurality of movable rods are hinged on the peripheral side of the circular ring; the rod handle is movably matched with a movable ring; a plurality of support rods matched with the movable rods one by one are hinged on the periphery of the movable ring, and the end parts of the support rods are provided with clamping blocks abutted against the inner side wall of the drain pipe; the middle part of the supporting rod is provided with a hinge seat, and the other end of the movable rod is hinged on the hinge seat; the bottom of the rod handle is connected with a telescopic mechanism, and a cavity capable of containing the telescopic mechanism is arranged in the supporting structure.

Furthermore, the protective head comprises a rigid pipe body, the top end of the rigid pipe body is provided with an outer edge, and a fixed hook is arranged on the outer edge; a soft layer is arranged on the outer side of the rigid pipe body; the rigid pipe body is internally provided with a through hole which can allow the traction rope to pass through.
Further, a base plate is arranged on the cover plate in a matched mode, a limiting column used for installing the base plate is arranged on the cover plate, a limiting through hole matched with the limiting column is formed in the base plate, a contact plate is arranged on the base plate, and an opening communicated with the limiting through hole is formed in the contact plate; the opening and the limiting through hole are of a concentric structure and are of a T-shaped structure. And a round hole matched with the convex edge is formed in the center of the base plate.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the drain pipe mounting device has the advantages that the drain pipe is mounted through the matching of the movable base, the supporting structure and the clamping structure, the structure is simple, and compared with the traditional drain pipe mounting method which is manually mounted, the labor intensity is reduced, and the manpower requirement for mounting the drain pipe is reduced.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Referring to fig. 1-11, the present invention relates to a structure for installing a drainage pipe of a building, which comprises a movable base 1, a support structure for supporting the drainage pipe 4 and being capable of being turned over is fixed on the top of the movable base 1, and a clamping structure clamped on the inner side wall of the drainage pipe 4 is further provided on the movable base 1.
Preferably, the bottom of the movable base 1 is provided with a plurality of universal rollers 101, a lifting device 11 is fixed on the top of the movable base 1, and the lifting device 11 is a hydraulic lifting mechanism.
Preferably, the supporting structure comprises a U-shaped base 12 and a supporting seat 13 installed on the U-shaped base 12, and through holes 16 are formed on two sides of the U-shaped base 12; two sides of the supporting seat 13 are provided with a supporting leg 14, and a rotating shaft body 15 which is rotatably matched with the through hole 16 is fixed on the supporting leg 14; a cover plate 17 is installed on the top of the supporting seat 13 through a plurality of fixing bolts 19, and the U-shaped base 12 is fixed on the top of the lifting device 11.
Preferably, the clamping structure comprises a shaft rod, the shaft rod comprises a rod head 20 and a rod handle 21, the end part of the rod head 20 is provided with a circular ring 23, and the periphery of the circular ring 23 is hinged with a plurality of movable rods 25; a movable ring 28 is movably matched on the rod handle 21; a plurality of supporting rods 24 which are matched with the movable rods 25 one by one are hinged on the peripheral side of the movable ring 28, and the end parts of the supporting rods 24 are provided with clamping blocks 26 which are abutted against the inner side wall of the drain pipe 4; the middle part of the supporting rod 24 is provided with a hinge seat 241, and the other end of the movable rod 25 is hinged on the hinge seat 241; the bottom end of the handle 21 is connected with a telescopic mechanism 102, and a chamber 131 capable of accommodating the telescopic mechanism 102 is arranged in the supporting structure.

Preferably, the end of the handle 21 is provided with a tether block 22; a traction rope is bound on the rope tying block 22; the end part of the drain pipe 4 is provided with a protective head which can allow the traction rope to pass through.
Preferably, the protective head comprises a rigid tube body 5, the top end of the rigid tube body 5 is provided with an outer edge 51, and the outer edge 51 is provided with a fixing hook 53; a soft layer 54 is arranged on the outer side of the rigid pipe body 5; the rigid tube body 5 is provided with a through hole 52 for passing the pulling rope.
Preferably, the cover plate 17 is provided with a base plate 3 in a matching manner, the cover plate 17 is provided with a limiting column 18 for mounting the base plate 3, the base plate 3 is provided with a limiting through hole 33 matched with the limiting column 18, the base plate 3 is provided with a contact plate 31, and the contact plate 31 is provided with an opening 34 communicated with the limiting through hole 33; the opening 34 and the limiting through hole 33 are concentric, and the opening 34 and the limiting through hole 33 are in a T-shaped structure. The center of the backing plate 3 is provided with a round hole 32 matched with the convex edge 106.
When the device is used, a traction rope is firstly plugged into one end of the drain pipe 4 through a pipeline robot or a slender rod piece and then taken out through the other end of the drain pipe 4, meanwhile, a protection head is arranged at the end part of the drain pipe 4, a clamping ring is fixed on the traction rope at the protection head, and meanwhile, the clamping ring is arranged on the fixing hook 53 in a matching way;
the drain pipe 4 is clamped into the outer side of the clamping structure, the telescopic mechanism 102 is started, at the moment, the telescopic mechanism 102 retracts, the rod handle 21 moves downwards along the movable ring 28, at the moment, the supporting rod 24 is expanded under the action of the movable rod 25, and the clamping block 26 at the end part of the supporting rod 24 abuts against the inner side wall of the drain pipe 4, so that the drain pipe 4 is installed on the movable base 1;
the movable base 1 with the drain pipe 4 is moved to the mounting position, the movable base 1 is fixed at the mounting position, the pulling rope is pulled at the top of the wall, the matching direction of the rotating shaft body 15 and the through hole 16 is followed, the drain pipe 4 slowly changes from the horizontal state to the vertical state, and the drain pipe 4 in the vertical state is fixed on the wall.
The fixing of the movable base 1 at the mounting position specifically includes that the movable base 1 is nailed on the ground by adopting an L-shaped nail on the periphery side.
The protection head arranged at the end part of the drain pipe 4 is limited by the matching of the fixed hook 53 and the snap ring, and the protection head is placed to slide out of the end part of the drain pipe 4 along with the reciprocating movement of the traction rope; while the protective head is prevented from damaging the port of the drain pipe 4 by the soft layer 54 of the protective head.
