本发明涉及一种智能水果运输箱，包括箱体，所述箱体内设有设备盒和排风设备，所述设备盒内设有湿度传感器和处理器，所述湿度传感器通过数据线与所述处理器连接，所述湿度传感器将监测到的箱体内的湿度值发送所述处理器，所述处理器将监测到的湿度值与湿度阈值进行比较，如果监测到的湿度值大于或等于所述湿度阈值，则发送所述排风执行指令至排风设备中；所述排风设备内嵌在箱体的侧壁上，所述排风设备根据所述排风执行指令进行开启。本发明能够根据箱内空气湿度情况自动的开启排风设备，有效的除湿，避免箱内潮湿，防止水果变质的情况。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装箱技术领域，特别涉及一种智能水果运输箱。
背景技术
水果运输箱是用于进行远距离运输水果的装载包装箱，一些水果需要处于干燥的环境，如果箱内环境潮湿，则容易造成水果变质的情况，现有水果运输箱功能比较单一，且为全封闭状态，通风性不佳。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题，提供一种智能水果运输箱，能够根据箱内空气湿度情况自动的开启排风设备，有效的除湿，避免箱内潮湿，防止水果变质的情况。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下：一种智能水果运输箱，包括箱体，所述箱体内设有设备盒和排风设备，
所述设备盒内设有湿度传感器和处理器，所述湿度传感器通过数据线与所述处理器连接，所述湿度传感器将监测到的箱体内的湿度值发送所述处理器，所述处理器将监测到的湿度值与湿度阈值进行比较，如果监测到的湿度值大于或等于所述湿度阈值，则发送所述排风执行指令至排风设备中；
所述排风设备内嵌在箱体的侧壁上，所述排风设备根据所述排风执行指令进行开启。
本发明的有益效果是：能够根据箱内空气湿度情况自动的开启排风设备，有效的除湿，避免箱内潮湿，防止水果变质的情况。
进一步的，还包括用于控制所述排风设备启闭的开关设备，所述开关设备与所述处理器通过数据线连接，所述开关设备接收所述排风执行指令，并根据所述排风执行指令开启所述排风设备。
进一步的，所述开关设备内设有延时器，当所述排风设备开启时，所述延时器根据预设关闭时间开始计时，当到达预设关闭时间时，所述开关设备将所述排风设备关闭。
进一步的，还包括发送设备，所述发送设备根据所述排风执行指令，将开启排风设备信息发送至指定客户终端中，所述开启排风设备信息包括排风设备开启的时间和当前箱体内的湿度值的信息。

如图1所示，一种智能水果运输箱，包括箱体1，所述箱体1内设有设备盒2和排风设备3，
所述设备盒2内设有湿度传感器201和处理器202，所述湿度传感器201通过数据线与所述处理器202连接，所述湿度传感器201将监测到的箱体内的湿度值发送所述处理器202，所述处理器202将监测到的湿度值与湿度阈值进行比较，如果监测到的湿度值大于或等于所述湿度阈值，则发送所述排风执行指令至排风设备中；
所述排风设备3内嵌在箱体的侧壁上，所述排风设备3根据所述排风执行指令进行开启。
优选的，还包括用于控制所述排风设备3启闭的开关设备，所述开关设备与所述处理器202通过数据线连接，所述开关设备接收所述排风执行指令，并根据所述排风执行指令开启所述排风设备3。
优选的，所述开关设备内设有延时器，当所述排风设备3开启时，所述延时器根据预设关闭时间开始计时，当到达预设关闭时间时，所述开关设备将所述排风设备3关闭。
开启一段时间后，通过延时器自动关闭排风设备，防止排风设备一直开启。
优选的，还包括发送设备，所述发送设备根据所述排风执行指令，将开启排风设备3信息发送至指定客户终端中，所述开启排风设备信息包括排风设备开启的时间和当前箱体内的湿度值的信息。
能够让管理员即时了解到箱内环境情况。
本发明能够根据箱内空气湿度情况自动的开启排风设备，有效的除湿，避免箱内潮湿，防止水果变质的情况。

1.一种智能水果运输箱，其特征在于，包括箱体(1)，所述箱体(1)内设有设备盒(2)和排风设备(3)，
所述设备盒(2)内设有湿度传感器(201)和处理器(202)，所述湿度传感器(201)通过数据线与所述处理器(202)连接，所述湿度传感器(201)将监测到的箱体内的湿度值发送所述处理器(202)，所述处理器(202)将监测到的湿度值与湿度阈值进行比较，如果监测到的湿度值大于或等于所述湿度阈值，则发送所述排风执行指令至排风设备中；
所述排风设备(3)内嵌在箱体的侧壁上，所述排风设备(3)根据所述排风执行指令进行开启。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能水果运输箱，其特征在于，还包括用于控制所述排风设备(3)启闭的开关设备，所述开关设备与所述处理器(202)通过数据线连接，所述开关设备接收所述排风执行指令，并根据所述排风执行指令开启所述排风设备(3)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种智能水果运输箱，其特征在于，所述开关设备内设有延时器，当所述排风设备(3)开启时，所述延时器根据预设关闭时间开始计时，当到达预设关闭时间时，所述开关设备将所述排风设备(3)关闭。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种智能水果运输箱，其特征在于，还包括发送设备，所述发送设备根据所述排风执行指令，将开启排风设备(3)信息发送至指定客户终端中，所述开启排风设备信息包括排风设备开启的时间和当前箱体内的湿度值的信息。
