After the workpiece is placed, the rotating arms 15 on one sides of the driving wheel set 2 and the driven wheel set 3 are respectively pressed down through the handles 151, so that the pressing wheels 12 are in contact with the top of the workpiece; the rotation arm 15 can play a role of stopping the rotation arm 15 through the matching of the ratchet wheel 18 and the pawl 19 when rotating, and the rotation arm 15 is prevented from bouncing when the pressure spring 16 contracts. After the pressing wheel 12 contacts the workpiece, the workpiece can be pressed through the matching of the round rod 14 and the pressure spring 16, so that the workpiece is kept in close contact with the rotating wheel under the action of the pressing force, and the vibration of the workpiece during grinding is avoided. After the workpiece is fixed, the grinding table 20 moves horizontally to the grinding position, and then the grinding motor 23 drives the grinding head 22 to rotate and contacts the outer wall of the workpiece after the grinding arm 21 rotates, so that the grinding work on the workpiece is completed. When the grinding is completed, the worker can complete the work of removing and replacing the work by adjusting the lever to disengage the pawl 19 from the ratchet wheel 18 and then pulling up the rotating arm 15 to disengage the pinch roller 12 from the work.
