In the description of the present invention, it is to be noted that "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
First, a cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a pot body (not shown in the drawings) and a pot cover assembly 10, specifically, a pressure cooker, a pressure rice cooker, or the like, will be described.
A pot lid assembly 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the pot lid assembly 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a pot lid 100, a discharge valve 220, a screw 300, and a discharge button 400.
The pot cover 100 has an exhaust passage, both ends of the exhaust passage are opened and communicated with the lower space and the upper space of the pot cover 100, and the exhaust valve 220 is provided in the pot cover 100 for blocking the exhaust passage. That is, the exhaust valve 220 normally closes the exhaust passage by its own weight, and when the pressure in the pot body reaches a predetermined value (for example, when the exhaust valve 220 can be pushed up), the pressure in the pot body pushes up the exhaust valve 220 to open the exhaust passage.
The handle 300 is disposed on the pot lid 100, and at least a portion of the handle 300 is rotatable with respect to the pot lid 100. The exhaust button 400 is arranged on the pot cover 100 or the rotary handle 300, the exhaust button 400 is respectively linked with the exhaust valve 220 and the rotary handle 300, and the exhaust button 400 and the exhaust valve 220 are arranged on the pot cover 100 in a staggered mode.
The exhaust button 400 is pressed to drive the exhaust valve 220 to open the exhaust channel, the exhaust valve 220 can be restored to the state of blocking the exhaust channel when the exhaust button 400 is reset, the exhaust button 400 is kept at the current position through the retaining mechanism 500 after being pressed, and the exhaust button 400 can be driven to reset when the handle 300 rotates.
In other words, the degassing button 400 is pressed to open the degassing valve 220 and is maintained at the current position by the maintaining mechanism 500, and in particular, the degassing valve 220 is degassed after the degassing button 400 is pressed by the user, and the degassing can be continued without the user pressing the degassing button 400 all the time since the degassing button 400 is maintained at the current position by the maintaining mechanism 500. When the user operates the handle 300, the rotating portion of the handle 300 can reset the exhaust button 400 to close the exhaust valve 220.
According to the pot cover assembly 10 of the embodiment of the invention, the exhaust button 400 is arranged on the pot cover 100 or the handle 300, and the distance between the exhaust button 400 and the exhaust valve 220 is proper, so that scalding caused by high-temperature condensed water sprayed out by the exhaust valve 220 when the exhaust button 400 is pressed is avoided, and the situation that the user cannot cancel exhaust due to fear of scalding to cause continuous porridge overflow is avoided.
Moreover, by providing the holding mechanism 500, the position of the exhaust button 400 after being pressed is held by the holding mechanism 500, and the user can continuously exhaust without pressing the exhaust button 400, thereby avoiding fatigue of the user.
In addition, according to the pot lid assembly 10 of the embodiment of the invention, the action of rotating the rotary handle 300 existing in the using process is fully utilized, the exhaust button 400 is reset through the rotation of the rotary handle 300, so that the exhaust valve 220 is closed, and the automatic reset of the exhaust valve 220 after the exhaust is finished is realized.
Therefore, the lid assembly 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention not only enables sustainable exhaustion, but also facilitates resetting of the exhaust valve 220 after exhaustion is completed.
According to the cooking appliance of the embodiment of the invention, by using the pot cover assembly 10 of the above embodiment of the invention, the advantages of convenient use, good cooking effect and the like are achieved.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, the pot cover 100 includes an upper cover 120 and a locking cover 170, and the handle 300 is linked with the locking cover 170 and can drive the locking cover 170 to rotate for opening and closing the cover, where it is understood that opening the cover means that the locking cover 170 is separated from the pot body, and closing the cover means that the locking cover 170 is engaged with the pot body. When the handle 300 drives the locking cover 170 to open and/or close the cover, the handle 300 drives the venting button 400 to reset.
Therefore, the exhaust button 400 is reset through at least one of the processes of opening and closing the cover by fully utilizing the actions of opening and closing the cover in the using process, so that the exhaust valve 220 is closed, and the automatic reset of the exhaust valve 220 after the exhaust is finished is realized. Therefore, the exhaust valve 220 can be ensured to be in a closed state when used next time, the process of checking whether the exhaust valve 220 or the exhaust button 400 is reset before use is omitted, and the condition that steam leaks and is not pressed during next cooking is avoided.
In the process of opening or closing the cover, before the locking cover 170 is driven to rotate, the handle 300 rotates for a certain angle relative to the upper cover 120 to drive the exhaust button 400 to reset, and when the handle 300 is continuously rotated, the locking cover 170 is driven to rotate to open or close the cover, so that the operation of opening or closing the cover and the operation of resetting the exhaust button 400 are reasonably integrated in the handle 300.
Or, when the handle 300 rotates in a first direction, the handle 300 drives the exhaust button 400 to reset, and when the handle 300 rotates in a second direction opposite to the first direction, the handle 300 drives the locking cover 170 to rotate to open or close the cover.
Therefore, the operation of opening and closing the cover and the reset operation of the exhaust button 400 can be reasonably integrated in the rotary handle 300.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 5, the pot cover 100 is provided with a vent valve core 210 and a vent lever 500.
The exhaust passage is provided on the exhaust valve spool 210. The exhaust valve 220 is mounted to the exhaust valve spool 210 and is interlocked with the exhaust button 400, for example, by an exhaust lever 500 interlocked with the exhaust button 400, and specifically, the exhaust lever 500 is disposed between the exhaust button 400 and the exhaust valve 220. After the exhaust button 400 is pressed, the exhaust valve 220 is lifted through the exhaust lever 500 to open the exhaust passage of the exhaust valve core 210, and the rotary handle 300 rotates to reset the exhaust button 400 so that the exhaust valve 220 closes the exhaust passage under the action of gravity.
That is, after the exhaust button 400 is pressed, one end of the exhaust lever 500 is pressed downward, and the other end of the exhaust lever 500 is tilted, so that the exhaust valve 220 is lifted to open the exhaust channel of the exhaust valve core 210, and the gas in the pot can be exhausted through the exhaust valve core 210. The handle 300 returns the vent button 400 upward during rotation, such as during opening and/or closing of the lid, removing the pressure applied to the end of the vent lever 500 and the vent valve 220 closing the vent valve cartridge 210 under its own weight.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 5 and 8, the pot lid 100 has an upper lid 120, the upper lid 120 has a mounting sleeve 130 extending to the inner side of the upper lid 120 (i.e. extending downward), the screw 300 is mounted on the mounting sleeve 130, and the mounting sleeve 130 not only can position and support the screw 300, but also can support the upper lid 120 to ensure that the upper lid 120 does not collapse. The mounting sleeve 130 has a lever support cantilever 140 and the lever support cantilever 140 has a catch slot 150, and the exhaust lever 500 has a pivot shaft (not shown) pivotally engaged with the catch slot 150, thereby enabling the mounting of the exhaust lever 500.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 3, 5, 10 and 11, the venting button 400 is disposed on the knob 300 to improve the integration degree and effectively utilize the space on the lid 100, and the retaining mechanism 500 is a mutual engagement structure respectively disposed on the knob 300 and the venting button 400 to realize that the venting button 400 maintains the current position after being pressed.
Specifically, retention mechanism 500 includes a snap 510 and a retention catch 520.
The elastic button 510 has a certain elasticity and is disposed on the venting button 400, and the elasticity of the elastic button 510 can be realized by a material and/or a structure thereof. The retaining buckle 520 is disposed on the handle 300. A button return elastic member 600 is provided between the degassing button 400 and the handle 300.
After the exhaust button 400 is pressed, the exhaust button 400 drives the elastic buckle 510 on the exhaust button 400 to move downwards, the elastic buckle 510 is extruded by the retaining buckle position 520 and then elastically deforms to cross the retaining buckle position 520, the elastic buckle 510 elastically restores to deform after crossing the retaining buckle position 520 and then is hooked on the retaining buckle position 520, at the moment, the exhaust button 400 cannot move upwards under the action of the button resetting elastic piece 600, the exhaust button 400 presses the one end of the exhaust lever 500, the other end of the exhaust lever 500 lifts the exhaust valve 220, and the exhaust valve 220 is kept open to continuously exhaust.
When the handle 300 rotates, for example, during the process of opening and/or closing the lid, at least a part of the handle 300 rotates relative to the pot lid 100, the retaining buckle 520 is staggered with the elastic buckle 510, the exhaust button 400 is reset and lifted under the elastic force of the button reset elastic member 600, the end of the exhaust lever 500 is not pressed any more, the exhaust valve 220 falls down to close the exhaust valve core 210, and the exhaust valve 220 is automatically reset to the closed state.
In some specific examples of the present invention, the retaining snap 52 is provided on the circumferential direction of the rotation of the rotating handle) and a stopping rib 521 for stopping the snap 510 is provided on the same side of the rotation direction of the rotating handle 300 driving the exhaust button 400 to return, and the retaining snap 520 is provided with an opening 522 for avoiding the snap 510 on the opposite side of the rotation direction of the rotating handle 300 driving the exhaust button 400 to return.
For example, the hander 300 may shift the retaining catch 520 from the snap 510 during one of the opening and closing processes.
In the rotation circumferential direction of the hander 300, as shown in fig. 10, a stopper rib 521 for stopping the latch 510 is provided on the side of the holding catch 520 that is in the same direction as the rotation direction of the hander 300 in the one process, and an opening 522 for avoiding the latch 510 is provided on the side of the holding catch 520 that is opposite to the rotation direction of the hander 300 in the one process.
For convenience of understanding, as shown in the drawings, the exhaust button 400 is reset when the rotary handle 300 rotates counterclockwise to open the cap, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the exhaust button 400 may be reset when the rotary handle 300 rotates clockwise to close the cap.
Specifically, the handle 300 rotates to open the cover counterclockwise and rotates to close the cover clockwise, and the handle 300 rotates to open the cover counterclockwise to reset the exhaust button 400, so that the stop rib 521 is arranged on the side of the retaining buckle 520 facing the counterclockwise direction, so that the exhaust button 400 is pressed and then rotates to close the cover clockwise as the handle 300 rotates to close the cover, and the elastic buckle 510 is stopped by the stop rib 521, so that the exhaust button cannot fall off the retaining buckle 520 to reset; and one side of the retaining buckle 520 facing to the clockwise direction is provided with an opening 522, so that after the exhaust button 400 is pressed, if the rotating hand 300 rotates to open the cover anticlockwise, the elastic buckle 510 can be separated from the retaining buckle 520 from the opening 522, so that the exhaust button 400 is reset, and the exhaust valve 220 is closed.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-7, 9-10, and 12, the hander 300 includes a hander mount 310 and a hander handle 320.
