Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of the bendable short-circuit ground wire operating device of the present embodiment.
In the short circuit ground wire operating device provided in this embodiment, an orientation clamping groove 5 is additionally provided on the basis of the short circuit ground wire operating device provided in embodiment 2.
The directional card slot 5 in this embodiment includes a card slot main body 51 that matches the shape of the sleeve 21 in the direction changing device 2, and a card slot base 52 for fixing the card slot main body 51, wherein the card slot main body 51 matches the shape of the sleeve 21 in the direction changing device 2; the clamping groove base 52 is a U-shaped base, the clamping groove base 52 is fixedly clamped with the lower portion of the wire clamp body 4, a fixing piece 53 is arranged on one side of the clamping groove base 52 outwards, and the clamping groove body 51 is connected with the fixing piece 53 through a pin and a torsion spring.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of the directional card slot 5 of the bendable short-circuit ground wire operating device of the present embodiment.
In this embodiment, the opening of the card slot main body 51 is provided with a limiting spring piece 54 inward, and the limiting spring piece 54 is used for enhancing the clamping effect of the directional card slot 5 on the sleeve 21.
In this embodiment, the opening of the slot body is provided with a handle 55, which is convenient for the operator to manually adjust the clamping or releasing of the directional slot and the sleeve.
In this embodiment, the sleeve 21 in the direction changing device 2 is a square sleeve, and the slot main body 51 in the directional slot 5 is a square slot matching with the sleeve 21 in shape.
Fig. 8 and 9 are diagrams illustrating a usage state of the bendable short-circuit ground wire operation device according to the present embodiment. In the specific implementation process, when preparing to install the ground wire, as shown in a use state (1) in fig. 8, after an operator adjusts the position of the fastening clamp 42 in the ground wire clamp 4 relative to the clamp main body 41, the operator presses down the clamp groove main body 51 in the orientation clamp groove 5 to clamp the sleeve 21 of the direction changing device 2, so that the opening direction of the ground wire clamp can be fixed, and the operator can clamp the ground wire clamp into a target conductor more effectively according to the operation requirement. When the operating rod 1 needs to be removed, as shown in a use state (2) in fig. 8, an operator pulls the operating rod 1 to move the sleeve 21 in the direction changing device 2 connected with the operating rod 1 to the right, the protruding structures 223 arranged on two sides of the universal joint 22 slide to one end, close to the opening of the sleeve 21, in the guide groove 211, the direction changing end 221 of the universal joint 22 extends out of the sleeve 21, meanwhile, the sleeve 21 slides relative to the directional clamping groove 5, so that the sleeve 21 is separated from the clamping effect of the directional clamping groove 5, and the directional clamping groove 5 bounces up.
When the operating rod 1 needs to be removed, as shown in the state (1) in fig. 9, to complete the state that the ground wire clamp is clamped as a target conductor, at this time, an operator pulls the operating rod 1 along the axial direction to move the sleeve 21 in the phase change device 2 connected with the operating rod to the right, the protruding structures 223 arranged at two sides of the universal joint 22 slide to one end of the guide groove 211 close to the opening of the sleeve 21, the universal joint 22 extends out of the opening end of the sleeve 21, and simultaneously the sleeve 21 slides relative to the directional clamping groove 5, so that the sleeve 21 is separated from the clamping effect of the directional clamping groove 5, and the directional clamping groove 5 bounces upwards, as shown in the state (2) in fig. 9. Then, the operating rod 1 is pushed to the left, the universal joint 22 is clamped into the sleeve 21 again, the main body of the combination of the operating rod 1 and the phase change device 2 is in a hard connection state, as shown in a state (3) in fig. 9, then, the operating rod 1 is rotated, the clamping piece 223 arranged at the tail end of the universal joint 22 slides along the L-shaped groove position arranged in the fastening screw rod 3 and exits from the sleeve 32, so that the operating rod 1 is separated from the grounding wire clamp 4, as shown in a state (4) in fig. 9, and the operation rod 1 is removed.
In this embodiment, the additional directional clamping groove 5 is used for clamping the sleeve 21 in the direction changing device 2 according to the operation requirement when the operating rod is used for installing the ground wire, so as to fix the opening direction of the ground wire clamp 4.
