Abstract
The invention discloses a remote consultation system, which comprises a base-level end workstation, a remote cloud server and a remote medical client; the base layer end workstation comprises a camera, a lower computer, a real-time communication unit, a lower computer screen video acquisition unit, an interactive machine and a voice communication unit, wherein the lower computer is connected with an intranet of a hospital and used for acquiring patient case information of the intranet and acquiring image information shot by the camera; the remote cloud server is used for realizing the storage of patient data and historical operation traces and the management of consultation; and the remote medical client is used for displaying and playing the image data and the voice information transmitted by the remote cloud server and feeding back the diagnosis opinions of the experts to the remote cloud server.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of remote consultation, and particularly relates to a remote consultation system.
Background
With the development of digital and information construction of hospitals in China, more and more small hospitals are born. But is limited by the level of diagnosis of doctors, and some diseases are difficult for doctors in small hospitals to make a definite diagnosis, thus requiring consultation with specialist doctors in large hospitals. The traditional way of consulting expert doctors is limited by geographical positions, and the distance is far from meeting the real-time requirement.
Therefore, a method for combining a high-definition video transmission technology with a traditional diagnosis workstation is needed, and an expert workstation, a base-level workstation and a server workstation are integrated together to form a remote diagnosis system which can be used by an expert to check video and images acquired by the base-level workstation in real time and realize real-time voice communication.
In addition, in the real-time consultation process, the expert needs to consult the basic case of the patient so as to diagnose the illness state of the patient by combining all aspects of physiological signs (such as sex, age, blood routine examination, past cases and the like) of the patient and images, but because the information of the patient is highly confidential, the case of the patient can be inquired only in the internal network of the hospital and is not opened in the external network, so that the case leakage caused by network attack is avoided; the expert is in the external network, and the expert cannot look up the case information of the hospital, which brings some difficulties for the diagnosis of the disease condition.
In addition, for the diagnosis and treatment of some comprehensive diseases of a patient, medical staff in a single subject often cannot accurately and thoroughly diagnose the disease condition of the patient, and the patient needs to go to and fro a plurality of departments to diagnose and treat the disease condition and can finally confirm the disease condition, so that the disease diagnosis and treatment time of the patient is increased, and the diagnosis and treatment process is very complicated for the patient; moreover, the diagnosis time of each expert is different, and the diagnosis and treatment period of the patient is increased, so that the illness state is delayed.

On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: the remote cloud server manages and controls through a remote medical management platform, and the remote medical management platform has the functions of real-time reading, real-time communication and real-time voice.
On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: the remote medical client comprises a remote real-time consultation client and a remote real-time consultation mobile phone client.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the outstanding and beneficial technical effects that:

2. The base layer end and the expert can communicate with each other through real-time audio, and the expert can guide the diagnosis and treatment of a doctor at the base layer end.
3. The expert can also obtain the case information of patient through the next computer simultaneously through the condition of camera real-time observation patient, helps the expert to carry out analysis and diagnosis.
4. The case information and the camera image information displayed on the upper computer are collected through the upper computer screen video collecting unit, and the expert can see the related cases and the states of patients in real time according to needs, so that the isolation of an internal network and an external network of a hospital is realized, and the case leakage caused by network attack is avoided.
5. The comprehensive diagnosis can be conveniently and quickly realized by multidisciplinary experts, the diagnosis accuracy is improved, and the patient's burden of seeing a doctor is reduced.
6. The remote medical client comprises a remote real-time consultation client and a remote real-time consultation mobile phone client, and compared with the existing remote diagnosis mode, the remote medical client greatly improves the mobility of expert diagnosis.

The remote cloud server manages and controls the remote medical management platform, and the remote medical management platform has the functions of real-time reading, real-time communication and real-time voice.
Specifically, the camera is used for collecting influence information of the patient and transmitting a processing result to the video capture card, the lower computer obtains the influence data collected by the video capture card, and accesses the intranet server of the hospital according to specific needs to obtain case information of the patient and display the case information on the screen of the lower computer; the lower computer screen video acquisition unit acquires information displayed on a lower computer screen in real time, the lower computer screen video acquisition unit transmits acquired data to the interactive machine, the interactive machine transmits the data to the remote cloud server through the real-time communication unit, and meanwhile, the interactive machine performs interaction through the real-time communication unit to display the diagnosis processing result of a remote expert; the voice communication unit collects voices of doctors and patients in real time, transmits information to the remote cloud server through the real-time communication unit, and downloads and plays voices of experts through the real-time communication unit; the remote cloud server is hosted in a China telecommunication machine room, so that the storage and management of image information transmitted by the interactive machine are realized, and the data security is ensured; the remote cloud server is used for storing the image data and sending the image data to the remote medical client, the remote medical client is used for displaying the image data sent by the remote cloud server and feeding back the diagnosis opinions of the experts to the remote cloud server, and the remote cloud server feeds back the diagnosis opinions to the interactive machine; the remote medical management platform is used for managing the image data and the expert diagnosis and treatment information received by the remote cloud server, and can enable an expert, a doctor and a patient to establish a communication platform to share real-time consultation information.
The camera head is arranged at the bedside of the patient, and in the consultation process, when the expert needs to check the state image of the patient, the camera head can be switched on to acquire the state image of the patient; in addition, the voice communication unit also comprises a portable voice communication unit for carrying out voice communication with the patient, and the portable voice communication unit is interacted with the real-time communication unit through a network, so that the comprehensiveness of the physical condition of the patient can be further checked by experts, and the diagnosis accuracy is improved.
Further, the existing remote consultation system often needs a specialist to go to a specific room where the remote interactive device is installed for diagnosis, so that the restriction on diagnosis of the specialist is increased, and if the specialist is on a business trip or cannot reach the fixed remote diagnosis place for other reasons, the specialist cannot participate in consultation, so that high-quality medical resources are wasted.
It should be noted that the lower computer is operated by related staff, and the related staff operating the lower computer can hear the voice of the expert played by the voice communication unit, so as to perform corresponding checking operation and start the retrieval of corresponding case information or other related test information according to the voice information of the expert, and retrieve and display the retrieval on the screen of the lower computer; the real-time communication unit uploads the data to a remote cloud server, and the data are managed by a remote medical management platform. The remote medical client is used for displaying and playing the image data and the voice information transmitted by the remote cloud server and feeding back the diagnosis opinions of the experts to the remote cloud server; the system comprises an image data playing unit, a data acquisition unit, a resource downloading unit, a real-time chat unit, a user authorization unit and a payment function unit; the data acquisition unit and the resource downloading unit are used for acquiring and downloading relevant image video data from the remote cloud server, and the image data playing unit is used for playing and displaying the image video acquired by the remote cloud server; the real-time chatting unit is used for downloading and uploading voice information transmitted by the base-level workstation by the remote cloud server and uploading the voice information of the expert to the remote cloud server; the user authorization unit is used for verifying the identity information of the expert; the payment function unit receives the expense payment scheme sent by the expert terminal and pays the consultation expense to the expert terminal according to the expense payment scheme. The remote medical client can support image data playing, data acquisition, resource downloading, real-time chatting, user authorization and consultation request units.
The remote cloud server is used for storing patient data (including characters, videos, audios, images and the like) and historical operation traces and managing consultation, the management of the consultation comprises management of image data and expert diagnosis and treatment information received by the remote cloud server, the remote cloud server is controlled through the remote medical management platform, the remote cloud server has a real-time reading function, and the remote medical management platform has the functions of real-time reading, real-time communication and real-time voice.
The remote real-time consultation system can operate in all network environments including telecommunication, Unicom and mobile. The remote medical client supports real-time checking of the operating checking process, can check the image data of the previous patient through the retrieval condition, reserve the consultation of the expert and check the historical data of the expert; and consultation information of any image data can be checked and directly communicated with experts.
