Description

Intelligent device and system for determining treatment scheme for middle-aged and senile dementia
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent equipment, in particular to intelligent equipment and a system for determining a treatment scheme of middle-aged and senile dementia.
Background
Sensory integration means the ability of an individual to effectively integrate various sensory stimulation information (visual, auditory, olfactory, taste, touch, etc.) entering the brain into the central nervous system, i.e., the individual effectively utilizes his or her senses in a specific environment to obtain information (taste, auditory, taste, olfactory, touch, kinesthetic, vestibular and proprioception) of different sensory pathways from the environment, input into the brain, and process (including: interpret, compare, enhance, inhibit, associate, unify) the input information to make an adaptive response. However, with the aging, especially the middle-aged and the elderly are prone to senile dementia such as memory deterioration and reaction retardation, for example, alzheimer's disease, which is one of the most common senile dementia diseases.
Alzheimer's Disease (AD), also known as senile dementia, is a degenerative disease of the nervous system. The disease was first defined by the german physician Alois Alzheimer in 1906, the most common type of dementia. Epidemiological studies have shown that the prevalence of AD increases with age, about 5% in people over 65 years of age and about 20% in people over 85 years of age. The disease is mainly manifested by progressive memory disorder, cognitive dysfunction, personality change, language disorder and the like, and is a disease which seriously affects the social interaction, work and life of the old and brings heavy burden to families and society. At present, the senile dementia becomes the fourth killer of the health of the old after cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases and cancers. A large number of patients are hidden in families, and the incidence rate of Alzheimer disease in China is extremely high. At present, alzheimer disease is mainly treated by drugs, but the effect is not ideal.
Because of the four lobes of the cerebral cortex, its major constituent cells are the brain Neurons (Neurons). Neurons, also known as nerve cells, are the fundamental units that make up the structure and function of the nervous system. The neurons have plasticity, namely, the neurons can cause the sudden and continuous touch and propagation, expansion and construction in the brain through various stimulations, activate a system for transmitting, storing, responding and planning messages, and achieve the purpose of preventing the brain synaptic network from degenerating. There is no corresponding apparatus and method.

Specifically, the flash card is a small card printed with an attractive picture and having a flash surface, and the theme is mostly Japanese cartoon characters, artists and possibly lyrics of songs sung by the artists. In the present embodiment, the flash cards can be classified into five types, i.e., a visual flash card, an auditory flash card, a gustatory flash card, and a tactile flash card, each of which has at least 30 cards. The size of the flash card is half of A4, and both sides of the art paper are coated with films and are cut into round corners; one side of the picture is provided with pictures and the other side of the picture is provided with words.
The visual flash card is mainly visual stimulus object images including object image patterns such as colors, shapes and the like. Through the training of observing memory through the object image, the aged can quickly capture more details by two eyes, and the quantity of right brain processing information can be increased. The problems of weak observation ability, poor memory, carelessness, inattention and the like of the old are solved. Auditory flash cards are graphic flash cards of an object that evokes an auditory response, such as lightning, ambulance, running light, and audible chaining patterns. The content of the visual flash card can be awakened again by combining sound segments (a matching product package of the visual flash card, namely a database of the visual flash card) of different wave band audio frequencies. The gustatory flash card is a pattern flash card which can cause gustatory reaction, such as cold, hot, sour and sweet, etc. Through patterns and sounds, taste stimuli are linked, and associative memory is further strengthened. The olfactory flash card is an object image pattern flash card capable of causing olfactory reaction. Associative memory is further enhanced by olfactory stimulation. The tactile flash card is an object image pattern flash card capable of inducing tactile response, such as mahjong, soft or hard, rough and the like tactile feeling. Associative memory is further enhanced by linking tactile stimuli.
The flash card device 10 is used for performing memory training and memory test on the dementia patient to be tested according to automatic setting or manual triggering and replacing different cards, namely by a method of quickly flashing the cards, so as to obtain memory data of the dementia patient to be tested. The flash card database 20, which may also be referred to as a flash card product package, is used to store a large number of types of flash cards.
When a dementia patient to be tested is subjected to memory training, a plurality of flash cards are randomly selected from each type of flash cards in the flash card database 20 and are randomly played through the flash card device 10; when a dementia patient needing to be tested is subjected to memory test, the flash card device 10 randomly plays the flash card in the memory training stage and records the memory condition (which can be long-term memory data or short-term memory data) of the dementia patient to be tested; the data collecting device 30 is mainly used for collecting or recording memory data of a dementia patient to be tested, and transmitting the memory data to the server 40.
Optionally, the data acquisition device 30 may be a mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal may send the memory data to the server 40 by logging in the APP or logging in a corresponding website, etc.
The server 40 is used for analyzing the memory data, and the body condition of the dementia patient can be determined through analyzing the memory data, and whether one or more of different stimuli such as auditory sensation, visual sensation, touch sensation, taste sensation and smell sensation are sensitive and effective can be determined, so that the treatment scheme can be determined. Wherein, the analysis result value refers to result values of different stimulus sensitivities; the preset threshold is determined by analyzing historical memory data of a large number of middle-aged and senile dementia patients and can reflect the sensitivity and effectiveness of most people to different stimuli; when the analysis result value of the dementia patient to be detected is larger than or equal to the preset threshold value, the patient is similar to the condition of most patients, namely, a similar treatment scheme can be selected.
The pre-stored scheme is a scheme which is proved to be effective by experiments on a large number of patients with senile dementia, and is generally obtained by mining and analyzing historical memory data of each patient with senile dementia in the field of senile dementia; additionally, a plurality of treatment methods may be included in the pre-selected stored protocol. Wherein the treatment regimen typically includes one or more of auditory, visual, tactile, taste, or tactile stimulation. The intelligent equipment can determine a treatment scheme according to the self condition (the memory data can reflect the disease state of the patient) of each patient, thereby ensuring that the scheme is more accurate and providing a good treatment effect for the senile dementia patients; and the intelligent device is very convenient to use.
In one embodiment, the server is further configured to perform mining analysis on the memory data to obtain a treatment scheme of the dementia patient when the analysis result value is smaller than a preset threshold value.
Specifically, when the analysis result value is smaller than the preset threshold value, it indicates that the patient to be detected with dementia is not similar to the historical patients in the server, i.e., the pre-stored scheme cannot be used. At the moment, the server needs to mine and analyze the memory data of the dementia patient to be detected, and a reasonable treatment scheme is provided. Wherein, some data mining models can be selected when data mining analysis is carried out.
