The disaster damage reporting unit forms a disaster damage condition distribution map for the damaged data of the damaged power grid equipment in a preset time period and displays the disaster damage condition distribution map on the information display visual module synchronously; the information statistical report forms section data of the first-aid repair progress data and the first-aid repair personnel distribution data in each time period and displays the section data on the information display visualization module synchronously; the report template configuration unit configures corresponding report templates according to different requirements of filling data. The real-time information and the scene picture are transmitted in the process, accurate and reliable latest information is provided for emergency command and coordination, judgment and disposal decisions can be made at the first time, and the first-aid repair and quick recovery of power grid equipment are facilitated. The real-time data statistics after the fact supports the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the whole safety event, and is beneficial to the improvement and promotion of emergency treatment work. The system provides powerful support for correctly, efficiently and quickly handling power grids and equipment events, guaranteeing the safety and reliable power supply of the power grids, ensuring the normal production and management order and reducing the influence and loss to the maximum extent. The system realizes all-weather, multi-dimensional and barrier-free real-time image transmission of disaster and emergency repair operation sites, comprehensive visual perception of equipment, users, personnel, materials and damaged conditions during emergency handling is facilitated, emergency command decision-making personnel can accurately know site conditions through real-time audio and video images in an emergency command center, the former 'blind regulation' is changed into 'accurate command', and the emergency work efficiency is remarkably improved.
