Furthermore, the particular features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments.
In various embodiments of the present invention, it should be understood that the sequence numbers of the following processes do not mean the execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a content selection method, which is applicable to an electronic device or an application program of the electronic device; the electronic device may be a variety of electronic devices having a display screen including, but not limited to, smart phones, tablet computers, e-book readers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
The method comprises the following steps:
Wherein each contact point represents a point of contact between a user's finger or other touch device for touching the screen and the screen; the touch signal including at least two touch points may be, for example, a touch signal generated when two fingers of a user simultaneously touch the screen, or when more than two fingers simultaneously touch the screen.
After the electronic equipment detects a touch signal comprising at least two touch points, if the screen currently has selectable content, a content selection process can be started; the selectable content may include any content on the screen that is selectable by the user, such as text, pictures, or other content.
After receiving touch signals of at least two contacts, monitoring the disappearance time of each contact, and determining a first contact with the earliest disappearance time of the touch signals in the contacts and a second contact with the latest disappearance time of the touch signals; for example, when a user selects content by multi-point touch, if a header position is already selected, a contact point of the header position is released first, and the contact point is a first contact point; and if the tail part position is selected, the contact with the tail part as the position is released finally, and the contact is the second contact.
That is, in some embodiments, upon making a content selection, the electronic device determines the contact that disappears from the screen earliest as the first contact and the contact that disappears from the screen latest as the second contact.
Wherein, the target area is the area to be selected; the target area is a screen area between the first contact point and the second contact point.
And 104, selecting the content in the target area.
Selecting the content of the target area to execute subsequent operations, wherein the subsequent operations can be copying, cutting, moving and the like; therefore, when the user selects the content, the user firstly touches the screen at multiple points and then respectively releases the first contact and the second contact, so that the content selection can be realized through fewer touch operations.
In the embodiment of the invention, when touch signals of at least two contacts simultaneously acting on a screen of electronic equipment are received, a first contact and a second contact in the contacts are determined according to the disappearance moments of the touch signals of the contacts; then determining the area between the first contact point and the second contact point on the screen as a target area, and selecting the content in the target area; the content can be selected through fewer touch operations, and the operation is simpler; the embodiment of the invention solves the problems that in the prior art, multi-step operation is possibly required when the content is selected, and the process is relatively complicated.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, the step of determining an area between the first contact point and the second contact point on the screen as a target area includes:
and under the condition that the selectable content is currently displayed on the screen, determining the area between the first contact point and the second contact point on the screen as a target area.
The selectable content can be characters, pictures, documents or other files with preset formats, and the step of determining the target area is executed under the condition that the selectable content exists on the current screen.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a content selection method, which is applicable to an electronic device or an application program of the electronic device; are various electronic devices having a display screen including, but not limited to, smart phones, tablet computers, e-book readers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like.
That is, when content selection is performed, the electronic apparatus determines a contact that disappears from the screen earliest as a first contact and a contact that disappears from the screen latest as a second contact.
The reading direction may be, for example, a general direction of movement of the line of sight when the user reads the content. For example, as a first example, as shown in fig. 3, in a scene in which contents are displayed in a horizontally arranged manner, the reading direction is as indicated by an arrow in the figure; as a second example, as shown in fig. 4, in a scene in which contents are arranged and displayed in the vertical direction, the reading direction thereof is shown by an arrow in the figure.
After the reading direction is determined, determining two area boundaries of a target area on a screen; specifically, a first area boundary is a line segment which passes through the first contact point and is parallel to the reading direction on the screen; the second area boundary is a line segment which passes through the second contact point and is parallel to the reading direction on the screen; as a third example, referring to fig. 5, when T1 is the location of the first contact and T2 is the location of the second contact, the line segment B1 is the first zone boundary and the line segment B2 is the second zone boundary.
It is understood that the two end points of the line segment coincide with the display boundaries of the content displayed at the positions of the first contact point and/or the second contact point, respectively, and still taking fig. 5 as an example, the display boundaries of the content displayed at the positions of the first contact point and/or the second contact point are close to the screen boundaries. In some embodiments, the display boundary may be far from the screen boundary, e.g., the display boundary may be a boundary between content displayed at the location of the first contact point and/or the second contact point and adjacent content of the content.
Specifically, the starting point of the target area is the position of the first contact point; and/or the end point of the target area is the position of the second contact point, namely the first contact point and the second contact point are used as two end points of the target area, and the area between the boundary of the first area and the boundary of the second area is used as the target area.
Selecting the content of the target area to execute subsequent operations, wherein the subsequent operations can be copying, cutting, moving and the like; in this way, when the user selects the content, the user firstly touches the screen at multiple points and then respectively releases the first touch point and the second touch point, so that the content can be selected by fewer touch operations.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, after the step of receiving the touch signal simultaneously acting on at least two touch points on the screen of the electronic device, the method further includes:
acquiring a touch position of each contact;
determining a starting contact point and an ending contact point in the contact points according to the touch position; wherein the starting contact and the ending contact are two contacts which are farthest away in the reading direction;
determining an area between the starting contact and the ending contact as an initial target area;
and displaying the content in the initial target area in a preset display mode.
If the electronic equipment detects more than two touch points simultaneously, the starting touch point and the ending touch point need to be selected, so that when the touch signals of the touch points do not disappear, the selected area is previewed on the electronic equipment, and a user can conveniently determine the area boundary; in the embodiment of the invention, two contacts which are farthest away in the reading direction are taken as a starting contact and an ending contact, the area in the starting contact and the ending contact is taken as an initial target area, and the content in the initial target area is displayed in a preset display mode; optionally, taking the content as a text as an example, the preset display manner may be to highlight the text, bold the text, add a background color to the text, and/or the like.
Further, in an embodiment of the present invention, after the determining the starting contact and the ending contact in the contacts, the method includes:
determining a first target position of the start touch point and/or the end touch point on the screen;
displaying a first preset identifier at a second target location having a first preset offset from the first target location.
In the process of selecting the target area, the user's finger usually does not directly cover the selected content, for example, when the content is a text, the user's finger may stay in the area between the selected text and the adjacent text, and has a certain offset from the selected text; therefore, in order to overcome the offset, after the starting contact and/or the ending contact are/is determined, the first target position is corrected to be a second target position with a first preset offset from the original position, and the positioning accuracy of the target area is improved; after the second target position is determined, the first preset identifier is displayed at the second target position so that the user can know the change of the selected area in the moving process.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
determining a third target position of the touch signal on the screen when the touch signal of the first touch point and/or the second touch point disappears;
displaying a second preset identifier at a fourth target location having a second preset offset from the third target location.
When the touch signal of the first touch point and/or the second touch point disappears, a third target position of the touch signal on the screen is corrected through a second preset offset, the corrected position is used as a fourth target position, and a second preset identifier is displayed at the fourth target position to highlight the target area.
As a fourth example, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 shows a specific example of a content selection method provided by an embodiment of the present invention, which mainly includes the following steps:
The user presses two fingers long on the display screen of the electronic equipment to trigger the content selection operation.
In step 602, the electronic device records a touch position of each touch point.
According to the reading direction, the contact point positioned at the upper part is the starting position of content selection, and the contact point positioned at the lower part is the ending position of content selection.
The user can move the positions of the two touch points simultaneously, when any touch point moves up, down, left and right on the display screen, the electronic equipment captures the moving event of the touch point, the starting position and the ending position automatically move along with the touch point, and the touch point can be properly deviated to avoid the situation that the touch point shields the mark of the selection point to influence the observation of the user.
And the relative positions of the two contacts may change during the movement.
After any finger of the user leaves the screen, the selection of the touch point is finished, and a touch point mark when the finger leaves can be left on the screen, so that the touch point position can be continuously adjusted on the mark by a subsequent single finger.
In the embodiment of the invention, when touch signals of at least two contacts simultaneously acting on a screen of electronic equipment are received, a first contact and a second contact in the contacts are determined according to the disappearance moments of the touch signals of the contacts; then determining the area between the first contact point and the second contact point on the screen as a target area, and selecting the content in the target area; the content can be selected through fewer touch operations, the operation is simple, and multiple touch operations are not needed; the embodiment of the invention solves the problems that in the prior art, multi-step operation is needed when a plurality of text or picture contents are selected, and the process is complicated.
