Background
The electronic belt scale consists of a scale frame, a speed measuring sensor, a high-precision weight measuring sensor, a high-precision belt scale control display instrument and the like, and can continuously and dynamically measure solid materials. The weighing bridge frame of the high-precision belt scale is arranged on the conveying rack, and when materials pass through the weighing bridge frame, the weight of the materials detected by the metering carrier roller on the belt conveyor acts on the weighing sensor through the lever to generate a voltage signal which is in direct proportion to the belt load. The speed sensor is directly connected to the large diameter tacho drum and provides a series of pulses, each pulse representing a belt movement unit, the frequency of the pulses being proportional to the belt speed. The weighing instrument receives signals from the weighing sensor and the speed sensor, and an instantaneous flow value and an accumulated weight value are obtained through integral operation and are respectively displayed.
However, the conventional belt weigher cannot perform good measurement due to the influence of temperature, and the measurement accuracy is greatly influenced by the temperature.
