9. The adjustable constructional level according to claim 1, wherein the spacer (6) is of an inverted U-shaped configuration, the lower portion of the spacer (6) being movably connected to the upper portion of the support base (5) by a movable shaft (7).
10. The adjustable constructional level of claim 7, wherein the caster wheels (151) are nylon casters.
