本发明公开了一种输液管道止漏装置,包括止漏导流板、紧定螺钉、密封圈及胶粘剂;所述止漏导流板是与输液管道圆周面相吻合的弧形板,止漏导流板扣合在输液管道泄漏点的外面,止漏导流板的中心位置设有圆形的导流孔,止漏导流板的内面在导流孔的外围设有一圈截面为半圆形的密封槽;所述紧定螺钉的前端设为尖头、后端设为内六角,紧定螺钉拧紧在导流孔上;所述密封圈为O型密封圈,其安装在密封槽上;所述胶粘剂设置在密封圈外围且填充于输液管道与止漏导流板之间。本发明采用止漏导流板,有效防止憋压;操作简便,止漏不用停运,保证生产正常进行;制作成本低且无需维护。

一种输液管道止漏装置
技术领域
本发明涉及管线维修领域,具体涉及一种输液管道止漏装置。
背景技术
输液管道在工业生产中发挥着重要的纽带作用。在实际生产运行过程中,由于诸多原因难免造成输液管道的泄漏,这就需要及时抢修。通常的抢修办法是先用木橛堵塞泄漏点,再对相关泵站及阀门进行关停,最后对泄漏点进行焊接作业。这类办法主要有两点不利之处:一是直接用木橛堵塞容易憋压,轻者木橛周围向外喷液,重者冲掉木橛而重新泄漏;二是程序繁琐,耽误生产。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种不易憋压、程序简单、不误生产的输液管道止漏装置。
其技术方案是:包括止漏导流板、紧定螺钉、密封圈及胶粘剂;所述止漏导流板是与输液管道圆周面相吻合的弧形板,止漏导流板扣合在输液管道泄漏点的外面,止漏导流板的中心位置设有圆形的导流孔,止漏导流板的内面在导流孔的外围设有一圈截面为半圆形的密封槽;所述紧定螺钉的前端设为尖头、后端设为内六角,紧定螺钉拧紧在导流孔上;所述密封圈为O型密封圈,其安装在密封槽上;所述胶粘剂设置在密封圈外围且填充于输液管道与止漏导流板之间。
上述技术方案可以进一步优化为:
所述止漏导流板采用钢板。
所述紧定螺钉的材质采用不锈钢。
所述密封圈采用橡胶密封圈。
所述止漏导流板的外面及附近输液管道的外围缠绕纤维布并涂覆胶粘剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明主要具有以下有益技术效果:
1.采用止漏导流板,有效防止憋压,为成功止漏奠定良好基础。
2.操作简便,止漏不用停运,保证生产正常进行。
3.制作成本低且无需维护。

实施例1
参加图1、图2、图3、图4及图5。一种输液管道止漏装置,包括止漏导流板1、紧定螺钉5、密封圈4及胶粘剂8。止漏导流板1是与输液管道10圆周面相吻合的弧形板,止漏导流板1扣合在输液管道10泄漏点的外面,止漏导流板1的中心位置设有圆形的导流孔2,止漏导流板1的内面在导流孔2的外围设有一圈截面为半圆形的密封槽3。紧定螺钉5的前端设为尖头6、后端设为内六角7,紧定螺钉5拧紧在导流孔2上。密封圈4为O型密封圈,其安装在密封槽3上。胶粘剂8设置在密封圈3外围且填充于输液管道10与止漏导流板1之间。

本发明的基本工作原理如下:
当发现输液管道10泄漏时,首先将准备好的止漏导流板1在其内面密封槽3的位置装上密封圈4;然后将装好密封圈4的止漏导流板1扣合在输液管道10上,使止漏导流板1的中心部位对准泄漏点,让漏液从导流孔2流出;继而在密封圈3外围并于输液管道10与止漏导流板1之间填充胶粘剂8;胶粘剂8凝固后,将紧定螺钉5用内六角扳手安装在导流孔2上紧固。若输液管道10压力较大,可以在止漏导流板1的外面及附近输液管道10的外围缠绕纤维布9并涂覆胶粘剂8,使止漏导流板1与输液管道10形成一个整体以抗击压力,避免止漏导流板1外移,确保止漏成功。

1.一种输液管道止漏装置,其特征在于:包括止漏导流板、紧定螺钉、密封圈及胶粘剂;所述止漏导流板是与输液管道圆周面相吻合的弧形板,止漏导流板扣合在输液管道泄漏点的外面,止漏导流板的中心位置设有圆形的导流孔,止漏导流板的内面在导流孔的外围设有一圈截面为半圆形的密封槽;所述紧定螺钉的前端设为尖头、后端设为内六角,紧定螺钉拧紧在导流孔上;所述密封圈为O型密封圈,其安装在密封槽上;所述胶粘剂设置在密封圈外围且填充于输液管道与止漏导流板之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种输液管道止漏装置,其特征在于:所述止漏导流板采用钢板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种输液管道止漏装置,其特征在于:所述紧定螺钉的材质采用不锈钢。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种输液管道止漏装置,其特征在于:所述密封圈采用橡胶密封圈。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种输液管道止漏装置,其特征在于:所述止漏导流板的外面及附近输液管道的外围缠绕纤维布并涂覆胶粘剂。
