More preferably, the first upper stopper 521 is a flap disposed toward the inside of the first upper rail 505, the first lower stopper 523 is a flap disposed toward the inside of the first lower rail 507, the second upper stopper 525 is a flap disposed toward the outside of the second upper rail 509, and the second lower stopper 527 is a flap disposed toward the outside of the second lower rail 511. In some more specific embodiments of the invention, the third upper stop 537 is located on a sidewall surface of the first upper rail 505. The third lower stopper 539 is located on a sidewall surface of the first lower rail 507. The fourth upper stopper 541 is located on a side wall surface of the second upper rail 509. The fourth lower stopper 543 is located on a sidewall surface of the second lower rail 511. More preferably, the third upper stopper 537 is a protrusion disposed toward the inner side of the first upper rail 505, the third lower stopper 539 is a protrusion disposed toward the inner side of the first lower rail 507, the fourth upper stopper 541 is a protrusion disposed toward the outer side of the second upper rail 509, and the fourth lower stopper 543 is a protrusion disposed toward the outer side of the second lower rail 511.
As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first guide assembly 501 further comprises a first bracket 529. The first upper rail 505 and the first lower rail 507 are connected by a first bracket 529. The first upper track 505, the first lower track 507 and the first bracket 529 are integrally formed as one component. This arrangement increases the structural strength of the first guide assembly 501.
As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first guide assembly 501 is rotatably coupled to the case 100 by a rotation shaft 553. In further embodiments, the rotating shaft 553 is located proximate to the first ends of the first upper track 505 and the first lower track 507. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the box main body 101 includes a first stopper 107 and a second stopper 109. The first stopper 107 is used to position the wash packet 200 at a first rotational limit position. The second limiting member 109 is used for positioning the washing bag 200 at the second rotation limit position. The first limiting member 107 and the second limiting member 109 each include a limiting protrusion 111. The stopper projection 111 is provided telescopically with respect to the box main body 101. The limiting protrusion 111 has a wedge-shaped structure, one side of which is perpendicular to the bottom wall surface of the box main body 101, and the other side of which is inclined with respect to the bottom wall surface of the box main body 101. Further, the first limiting member 107 further includes a limiting rib 113, and when the first guiding assembly 501 is located at the first extreme rotation position, the first guiding assembly 501 is located between the limiting protrusion 111 and the limiting rib 113. The stopper projections 111 may be pressed down below the bottom wall surface of the box main body 101, thereby facilitating passage of the first guide member above the stopper projections 111. The pressed stopper projection 111 can be returned to the upper side of the bottom wall surface of the box main body 101. With the arrangement, the position of the first guide assembly 501 is relatively stable when a user takes and puts clothes, so that the operation of the user is facilitated, and the reliability of the device is improved.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, the second guide assembly 503 further comprises an adapter 517. The adaptor 517 is engaged with the driving mechanism 300 and is fixedly connected to at least one of the second upper rail 509, the second lower rail 511, and the washing bag 200. In some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the transition portion 517 comprises an upper transition portion 513 and a lower transition portion 515. The upper and lower transfer portions 513 and 515 are fixedly connected to the washing bag 200, respectively. In more specific embodiments, the upper junction 513 and the lower junction 515 are each fixedly attached to the middle frame 203. The upper transfer part 513 is detachably connected to the second upper rail 509. The lower junction 515 is detachably connected to the second lower rail 511.
As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, an upper buckle 555 is disposed on the upper connecting portion 513, a lower buckle 557 is disposed on the lower connecting portion 515, an upper hook 559 is disposed on the second upper rail 509, and a lower hook 561 is disposed on the second lower rail 511. By the cooperation of the upper snap 555 and the upper hook 559, and by the cooperation of the lower snap 557 and the lower hook 561, the detachable connection of the upper transfer portion 513 and the second upper guide rail 509, and the detachable connection of the lower transfer portion 515 and the second lower guide rail 511 are realized. As shown in fig. 14-18, the second guide assembly 503 further includes an upper positioning member and a lower positioning member. When the washing pack 200 is coupled to the second guide assembly 503, the upper and lower positioning members are used to position the upper and lower junctions 513 and 515. The upper positioning member includes an upper positioning baffle 545 provided on the second upper rail 509 and an upper resilient positioning ball 547 provided on the upper adaptor 513. The lower positioning member includes a lower positioning baffle 549 disposed on the second lower rail 511 and a lower resilient positioning bead 551 disposed on the lower adapter portion 515. The convenient taking and placing of the washing bag 200 can be realized through the arrangement, and the operation of a user is simple and efficient.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, in some embodiments of the invention, the transition section 517 includes a rack 519. The driving mechanism 300 is a motor, the motor includes a motor shaft, a gear 301 is disposed on the motor shaft, and the gear 301 and the rack 519 are matched with each other. In a more preferred embodiment, the rack 519 is located on the upper junction 513, more preferably on one side of the upper junction 513.
According to the above embodiment of the present invention, when the laundry needs to be washed, the door 103 is opened first. The wash packet 200 is then partially rotated out of the receiving chamber 105 by the rotation of the first guide assembly 501 about the rotation axis 553. The wash packet 200 is then further moved out to a convenient position by sliding the second guide assembly 503 relative to the first guide assembly 501. The upper junction 513 and the second upper rail 509, the lower junction 515 and the second lower rail 511 are then disassembled. To this end, the wash bag 200 is separated from the cabinet 100.
Then, the buckle 207 of the washing bag 200 is opened, and after the laundry is put into the washing bag 200, the buckle 207 is locked. The upper junction 513 is then mounted to the second upper rail 509 and the lower junction 515 is mounted to the second lower rail 511. Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, one end of the upper coupling part 513 abuts against the upper positioning baffle 545, the upper elastic positioning ball 547 abuts against the small hole of the second upper rail 509, the upper snap 555 cooperates with the upper hook, and the lower snap cooperates with the lower hook, so that the upper coupling part 513 is mounted to the second upper rail 509 and the lower coupling part 515 is mounted to the second lower rail 511.
Then, the wash packet 200 is put into the cabinet 100 by sliding the second guide assembly 503 with respect to the first guide assembly 501 and rotating the first guide assembly 501 with respect to the cabinet 100. Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, before rotating the washing bag 200, the limiting protrusion 111 is pressed downward to allow the first guiding element 501 to leave the second rotation limit position, and after the first guiding element 501 reaches the first rotation limit position, the second limiting element 109 fixes the first guiding element 501 at the first rotation limit position. To this end, the washing bag 200 containing the laundry is installed into the cabinet 100.
After the door 103 is closed, the first and second washing parts 401 and 403 press the first and second flexible parts 201a and 201b of the washing bag 200. The wash packet 200 is driven by the drive mechanism 300 between a first extreme sliding position and a second extreme sliding position. Thus, the washing unit 400 can apply a mechanical force to the washing pack 200, thereby washing the laundry in the washing pack 200. After washing is complete, the wash bag 200 may be removed in a manner similar to that described above.
In the above-described embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the laundry treating apparatus 1 is used in a microgravity environment, that is, the laundry treating apparatus 1 may be at 10-2g or less, and further, the laundry treating apparatus 1 may be used in space. Wherein g is the gravity acceleration of the object of 9.80665 m/s accurately measured by sea level with the latitude of 45 degrees2The standard value of (2).
The above embodiments of the present invention can clean the clothes under the microgravity environment, and can conveniently pick and place the clothes, and at the same time, can ensure the reliability, safety and long service life of the clothes treatment equipment 1 under the microgravity environment.

Claims (14)

1. A laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
a washing pack for containing laundry, the washing pack including a flexible portion;
a washing part for pressing the flexible part;
a driving mechanism for moving the washing pack relative to the washing section;
the driving mechanism drives the washing bag to move through the guide mechanism;
the washing bag is movably arranged in the box body, and the driving mechanism and the washing part are fixedly arranged on the box body;
the guide mechanism comprises a first guide assembly connected with the box body and a second guide assembly connected with the washing bag, and the driving mechanism drives the second guide assembly to move along the first guide assembly.
2. The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cabinet includes a cabinet main body including a receiving chamber, the cabinet further includes a cabinet door body movable to open and close the receiving chamber, the washing part is fixedly disposed in the cabinet main body or the cabinet door body, and the washing pack is received in the receiving chamber.
3. The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the washing part includes a first washing part provided on a door body and a second washing part provided on the door body, the first washing part and the second washing part are oppositely provided when the door body is in a closed state, and the washing pack is located between the first washing part and the second washing part.
4. The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the washing part includes a protrusion provided toward the washing tub.

The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first guide assembly includes an upper first upper rail located at an upper portion of the accommodating chamber and a first lower rail located at a lower portion of the accommodating chamber, and the second guide assembly includes a second upper rail and a second lower rail, the second upper rail and the first upper rail cooperating and being slidable with respect to the first upper rail, and the second lower rail and the first lower rail cooperating and being slidable with respect to the first lower rail.
6. The laundry processing apparatus of claim 5, wherein the second guide assembly further comprises an adapter portion, the adapter portion cooperating with the drive mechanism and fixedly connected to at least one of the second upper rail, the second lower rail, and the washing bag.
7. The laundry processing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the adaptor portion includes a rack, the driving mechanism is a motor, and the motor includes a motor shaft on which a gear engaged with the rack is provided.
8. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the second guide assembly is slidable relative to the first guide assembly between a first sliding limit position and a second sliding limit position.
9. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 8, wherein first ends of the first upper rail and the first lower rail are provided with a first upper stopper and a first lower stopper, and second ends of the second upper rail and the second lower rail are provided with a second upper stopper and a second lower stopper; when the second guide assembly is located at the first sliding limit position, the first upper stop piece and the first lower stop piece are respectively abutted with the first ends of the second upper guide rail and the second lower guide rail, and the second upper stop piece and the second lower stop piece are respectively abutted with the second ends of the first upper guide rail and the first lower guide rail.
10. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 9, wherein a buffering portion is provided on each of the first upper stopper, the first lower stopper, the second upper stopper and the second lower stopper.
11. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the guide mechanism further includes an upper slide bearing disposed between the first upper rail and the second upper rail and a lower slide bearing disposed between the first lower rail and the second lower rail.
12. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 11, wherein second ends of the first upper rail and the first lower rail are provided with a third upper stopper and a third lower stopper, and first ends of the second upper rail and the second lower rail are provided with a fourth upper stopper and a fourth lower stopper; when the second guide assembly is located at the second sliding limit position, the third upper stop piece and the third lower stop piece are respectively abutted against the second ends of the upper sliding bearing and the lower sliding bearing, and the fourth upper stop piece and the fourth lower stop piece are respectively abutted against the first ends of the upper sliding bearing and the lower sliding bearing.
13. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the first upper rail, the second upper rail, the first lower rail, the second lower rail, the upper slide bearing, and the lower slide bearing each extend in a linear direction parallel to each other.
14. The laundry treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1-13, wherein the laundry treatment apparatus is used in a microgravity environment.
