The invention discloses a pulp-free environment-friendly elastic fabric and a production process thereof, and the pulp-free environment-friendly elastic fabric comprises a fabric body; the fabric body is a woven fabric formed by weaving warp yarns and weft yarns; the warp of the fabric body is non-sizing cotton yarn; weft yarns of the fabric body are elastic composite yarns; the non-sizing cotton yarn is formed by twisting and plying two strands of non-sizing single yarns; the non-sizing single yarn is core-spun yarn; the non-sizing yarn takes carbon fiber filaments as core filaments, takes combed cotton fibers as wrapping fibers, and the combed cotton fibers are wrapped outside the carbon fiber filaments in a spiral manner; the elastic composite yarn comprises spandex yarn and bamboo pulp fiber vortex spun yarn; the warp density and the weft density of the fabric body are both less than 600 threads/10 cm. The invention improves the yarn, adopts a novel yarn structure, can be suitable for manufacturing woven fabrics with various weave structures, does not need sizing operation, and has good environmental protection.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of textiles, in particular to a pulp-free environment-friendly elastic fabric and a production process thereof.
Background
Besides interlaced yarn, twisted yarn and untwisted yarn (a piece of polyvinyl alcohol water-soluble yarn is combined), other warps (yarns) need to be sized through a sizing process to reduce hairiness, abrasion or breakage of the yarns. The reason is that in the weaving process, yarns need to bear the friction of heddles, steel buckles or other parts, hairiness can be generated on the surfaces of the yarns, meanwhile, in the weaving process, the yarns always bear strong tensile force, and in order to avoid the yarns from being easy to break in the weaving process, before the yarns are woven in the weaving process, a layer of sizing agent is coated on the surfaces of the single yarns through a sizing process to protect the yarns, reduce the hairiness and enhance the friction resistance bearing capacity, and meanwhile, the sizing agent on the surfaces of the single yarns needs to be removed through a desizing process after the weaving is finished. The whole sizing and desizing process consumes a large amount of energy and water resources and also generates a large amount of waste water. In addition, the size is not only adsorbed on the surface of the fiber, but also partially permeates into the fiber, so that 10-20% of size remains on the finished fabric even if the desizing process is fully processed.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a pulp-free environment-friendly elastic fabric, which comprises a fabric body; the fabric body is a woven fabric formed by weaving warp yarns and weft yarns; the warp of the fabric body is non-sizing cotton yarn; the weft yarns of the fabric body are elastic composite yarns; the non-sizing cotton yarn is formed by twisting and plying two strands of non-sizing single yarns; the non-sizing single yarn is a core-spun yarn; the non-sizing yarn takes carbon fiber filaments as core yarns, takes combed cotton fibers as wrapping fibers, and the combed cotton fibers are wrapped outside the carbon fiber filaments in a spiral mode; the elastic composite yarn comprises spandex yarn and bamboo pulp fiber vortex spun yarn; the bamboo pulp fiber vortex spun yarn is spirally wound outside the spandex yarn; the warp density and the weft density of the fabric body are both less than 600 threads/10 cm.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the non-spun single yarn is Z-twisted, and the non-spun cotton yarn is S-twisted.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the non-sizing single yarn is 1600 twists/m, and the non-sizing cotton yarn is 1800 twists/m.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the size-free cotton yarn is 5.8tex × 2.
As a preferable aspect of the present invention, the fabric body is a single-layer plain fabric, a single-layer twill fabric, or a single-layer satin fabric.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the fabric body is woven by adopting an 1/1 plain weave structure; the warp density of the fabric body is 368 pieces/10 cm, and the weft density of the fabric body is 294 pieces/10 cm.

Through the technical scheme, the technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention improves the yarn, adopts a novel yarn structure, can be suitable for manufacturing woven fabrics with various weave structures, does not need sizing operation, and has good environmental protection. The pulp-free environment-friendly elastic fabric is low in production cost, high in production efficiency, good in elasticity and air permeability, comfortable to wear and good in skin friendliness. The non-sizing yarn takes the carbon fiber filament 1 as a core yarn, takes the combed cotton fiber 2 as a wrapping fiber, and the combed cotton fiber 2 is spirally wrapped outside the carbon fiber filament 1. The elastic composite yarn comprises spandex yarn 3 and bamboo pulp fiber vortex spun yarn 4. The bamboo pulp fiber vortex spun yarn 4 is spirally wound outside the spandex yarn 3. The warp density and the weft density of the fabric body are both less than 600 threads/10 cm.
In order to make the yarn structure more stable, reduce hairiness and improve yarn evenness, the twist direction of the non-sizing single yarn is Z twist, and the twist direction of the non-sizing cotton yarn is S twist. Preferably, the non-sizing single yarn is 1600 twists/m, and the non-sizing cotton yarn is 1800 twists/m. The size of the non-spun cotton yarn was 5.8tex 2.

step 1, warp yarn spinning; spinning the non-sizing single yarn by using a vortex spinning process and using carbon fiber filaments as core yarns and combed cotton fibers as wrapping fibers; then twisting the non-sizing single yarn, and performing hot-wet twist setting, wherein the yarn steaming temperature is controlled to be 70-80 ℃, and the yarn steaming time is 30-45 min; then doubling and twisting the non-sizing single yarn, and performing hot-wet twist setting again, wherein the temperature of the yarn steaming is controlled to be above 90 ℃, and the yarn steaming time is 1-2h, so as to prepare the non-sizing cotton yarn;
