Description

Laminating and laminating method of environment-friendly glue and ceramic green ceramic chip for screen printing
Technical Field
The invention relates to a laminating and laminating method of environment-friendly glue and ceramic green ceramic chips for screen printing, belonging to the technical field of semiconductor manufacturing.
Background
The resonator is an electronic component generating a resonant frequency, and is generally classified into a quartz crystal resonator and a ceramic resonator. The frequency generating function has the characteristics of stability and good anti-interference performance, and is widely applied to various electronic products. The quartz crystal resonator mainly comprises quartz crystal wafers, a base, a shell, silver colloid, silver and the like. The lead wire can be classified into a direct insertion type (with lead wire) and a surface mounting type (without lead wire) according to the lead wire condition. Common main package types include HC-49U, HC-49/S, UM-1, UM-4, UM-5 and SMD; wherein the SMD resonator mainly uses a ceramic package base.
The ceramic packaging base has the characteristics of high thermal conductivity, high electrical insulation strength, low dielectric constant and the like, so that the ceramic packaging base is an ideal packaging material. The ceramic packaging base is mainly characterized in that metal slurry is printed on a ceramic green ceramic chip through screen printing, and the whole process of ceramic metallization is realized after the processes of laminating, sintering, electroplating and the like of a plurality of layers of green ceramic chips. Specifically, the production process of the ceramic packaging base comprises the following steps: mixing, ball milling → defoaming → casting green ceramic chip → blanking → punching → hole filling, printing conductive circuit → laminated hot isostatic pressing → discharging glue → sintering → primary nickel plating → stamping sealing frame → brazing → secondary nickel electroplating → gold plating → split → detection → packaging → warehousing.
At present, in the preparation of a ceramic packaging base, the green ceramic sheets and the green ceramic sheets are bonded mainly through laminating hot isostatic pressing, namely, the green ceramic sheets and the green ceramic sheets are tightly bonded under high temperature and high pressure (the high temperature and the high pressure need to be kept for about half an hour), the method has the defects of more complex operation steps and low efficiency, automatic production operation cannot be realized, labor cost is greatly wasted, artificial uncertain factors are increased, and the production efficiency of the ceramic packaging base is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention

The environment-friendly glue for screen printing comprises a solvent, adipic acid ether plasticizer, hydrogenated castor oil, lecithin and binder ethyl cellulose. The glue is mainly applied to the lamination pressing link of a ceramic packaging base, the glue is uniformly coated on a ceramic green ceramic chip in a screen printing mode, and after the green ceramic chip is pressed, fixed and pressed frequently, the ceramic tape casting green ceramic chip is firmly bonded with the green ceramic chip. The glue in the invention is printed by a screen, and is pressed by a normal pressure plate (only 4-6 s), so that the ceramic packaging base can be automatically and continuously produced, and the production efficiency is greatly improved. The glue in the invention can be directly used for sintering after lamination and lamination, has the same excellent effect as the effect realized by the lamination hot isostatic pressing process in the prior art, and has no delamination phenomenon of products.
The glue is an intermediate for connecting two materials, and the polymer bodies in the glue tightly combine the two objects together by means of mutual pulling force. The invention relates to glue suitable for screen printing, which has the advantages of moderate volatility, excellent thixotropy and leveling property and can realize the purpose of continuous coating production in glue printing. The environment-friendly glue for printing provided by the invention is suitable for coating on various ceramic tape-casting green ceramic sheets, realizes temporary and firm bonding between the green ceramic sheets, and realizes low carbon content after sintering, no other impurities are introduced, and the requirement on the insulating property of a ceramic substrate is not influenced. The formula environment-friendly glue can realize firm bonding between the ceramic tape-casting green ceramic chips, has excellent thixotropy and leveling property, and can meet the requirements of continuous coating production of screen printing. Meanwhile, the glue has the advantages of wide raw material source, environmental protection, no pollution, low price and stable quality, and can meet the requirements of screen printing. After high-temperature sintering and binder removal, the purposes of low carbon content, no introduction of other impurities and no influence on the insulating property of the ceramic substrate can be realized.
The plasticizer is a adipic acid ether plasticizer. The plasticizer in the invention is a adipic acid ether environment-friendly plasticizer, and the conventional plasticizers are as follows: dibutyl phthalate and dioctyl phthalate both contain benzene rings, are toxic and harmful to human bodies, and are not beneficial to environmental protection. The binder is ethyl cellulose. The adhesive has good bonding effect and is harmless to the environment.
Preferably, the solvent is terpineol and tributyl citrate. Preferably, the solvent contains 50-80 parts of terpineol and 10-20 parts of tributyl citrate.
More preferably, the environment-friendly glue for screen printing comprises the following components in parts by weight: 77 parts of terpineol, 18 parts of tributyl citrate, 0.7 part of adipic acid ether plasticizer, 0.5 part of hydrogenated castor oil, 0.8 part of lecithin and 3 parts of ethyl cellulose.
A laminating and laminating method of ceramic green tiles comprises the following steps: the environment-friendly glue for silk-screen printing is coated on the non-printed circuit area of the ceramic green chip, and then gluing and laminating are carried out.
Specifically, when screen printing is carried out, glue is coated on the conducting circuit on the green ceramic chip in a avoiding mode.
Specifically, the gluing and pressing conditions are as follows: the pressure is 4-6MPa and the time is 4-6 s.
Preferably, the temperature of the cementing and pressing is 50-65 ℃; more preferably, the temperature of the cementing press is 60 ℃.
Preferably, the coating thickness of the environment-friendly glue for screen printing is 10-15 μm during the coating.
According to the laminating and laminating method of the ceramic green ceramic chip, after glue is coated, the ceramic tape-casting green ceramic chip and the green ceramic chip can be firmly bonded only by gluing and laminating at normal temperature. The time required by pressing is short, the ceramic packaging base can be automatically and continuously produced, and the production efficiency is greatly improved. The prepared ceramic packaging base has the same excellent effect as the laminated hot isostatic pressing process in the prior art, and the product has no layering phenomenon.
