All paper bar codes are correctly identified, the paper bar codes are clicked on the touch screen to finish recovery, all paper can fall into the paper storage bin through the electric control device, and a user cannot take out the registered and recovered paper.
The bar code part of the paper cannot be identified, or some paper is free of the bar code, or the paper is not controlled by printing of the user, the paper and the bar code controlled by the control are copied, information such as illegal bar codes or unidentified paper and the like can be prompted on the operation touch screen, the control door 315 can be automatically opened after clicking and determining, and the user is prompted to take away the paper for further processing and then recycle the paper.
If a jam occurs in the paper bar code acquisition process, the operation console 5 can prompt the jam, and the control door 315 is opened to prompt a user to open the upper cover of the bar code acquisition equipment to take out the jammed paper and recycle the jammed paper.
If the paper documents which need to be recovered by the user cannot be automatically recovered in batches, manual recovery is selected when the user swipes the card to enter the operation interface, the control door 315 can be automatically opened to prompt the user to place the paper with recovery in a manual recovery area, recovery is started by clicking, the control door 315 is closed, and the paper can completely fall into the paper storage bin 1 after successful recognition.
And after the paper storage bin is full of paper, a specially-assigned person is informed to destroy the paper. The identity authentication is carried out by swiping the card, so that a destroying personnel operation interface can appear, a password is input, and the password door can be opened only by inputting the password on the password door.
Fig. 5 is an overall operation flowchart of the confidential paper recycling apparatus of fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 5, the operation flow of the confidential paper recycling apparatus of the present invention is as follows: firstly, identity authentication is carried out, if the identity authentication is not qualified, the equipment cannot be used, after the identity authentication is qualified, an operator places paper to be recovered, controls the operation console 5, then identifies the paper to be recovered, if all the identification is correct, all the paper to be recovered falls into the paper storage bin 1, then an appointed person carries out processing, if part of the identification has errors, the paper with errors is taken out, and operation is carried out again.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart of the paper sheet recognition structure of fig. 1 and subsequent operations.
As shown in fig. 6, the paper sheet identification structure 3 and the subsequent workflow may be: and starting the paper recovery operation, if the paper to be recovered is completely identified, opening the paper falling control component 4, enabling the paper to be recovered to fall into the paper storage bin 1, then judging whether paper exists in the paper temporary storage cavity, if so, locking the control door 315 to inform an administrator, and if not, ending the current operation. If the paper to be recovered is not completely identified, the control gate 315 is opened to process the unidentified paper and perform the recovery operation again. The paper recycling is carried out by combining manual recycling and automatic recycling, and the paper recycling efficiency is greatly improved.

For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.

Claims (10)
1. A secret-related paper recycling device is characterized by comprising:
the paper storage bin is provided with a paper falling port;
the paper identification structure is arranged in a downstream process of the paper dropping port and is used for identifying the confidential paper to be recovered;
the paper falling control assembly is arranged in a downstream process of the paper identification structure and is used for recovering the confidential paper to be recovered to the paper storage bin;
the operation console is arranged on the paper storage bin and is used for controlling the working modes of the paper identification structure, the working modes comprise an automatic identification mode and a manual identification mode, and the operation console is also used for controlling the recovery or stop of the paper falling control assembly;
the identity verifier is arranged on the paper storage bin and used for verifying identity information of an operator of the operation console, and when the identity information is verified successfully, the identity verifier grants operation authority of the operation console.
2. The confidential paper recycling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the paper identification structure includes:
the paper identification component is used for identifying the paper identification of the paper to be recovered;
