本发明涉及面料领域,具体涉及一种由发热绒无痕面料剪裁缝合而成的发热绒无痕内衣。
背景技术
在服装行业,穿着的要求已不仅仅是保暖、遮盖和时尚美观,如今纺织服装领域已经发生了极大的需求变革,这些需求变革也为产品设计带来了新的研发导向,通过市场调研及历年销售数据分析,用户对于秋冬季内衣穿着的需求逐渐偏向“柔软”“舒适”“高弹”“轻薄发热”方向。
由于在添加特殊化学成分的过程中需要使用大量的化学试剂,对人体贴身穿着存在安全隐患,且不利于节能减排,工艺流程复杂,也导致此类内衣价格一直居高不下,限制了吸湿发热功能内衣的发展和普及化。如何才能选购一款健康舒适且真正高性价比的保暖内衣成了广大消费者的迫切要求。另一方面,在服装设计上,多以增加厚度来达到保暖效果,如局部贴片保暖、多层加厚保暖等方式。这种臃肿的设计增加人活动的不便性。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供的发热绒无痕内衣,所述发热绒无痕内衣能够减少保暖层中的热暖空气向外界散失,进而提高面料的保暖效果。
根据本发明提供的技术方案,一种发热绒无痕内衣,所述发热绒无痕内衣由发热绒无痕面料裁剪缝合而成;所述发热绒无痕面料包括保暖层,所述保暖层的内表面形成抓绒层,所述保暖层的外表面设有阻隔层,所述阻隔层和保暖层之间通过氨纶丝连接。
进一步地,所述保暖层由至少两根保暖织纱针织而成,所述保暖织纱包括芯层和外包层,所述外包层包括粘胶纤维和氨纶丝,所述粘胶纤维和氨纶丝Z形缠绕在所述芯层外;所述芯层包括长绒棉纤维和气凝胶颗粒。
进一步地,所述粘胶纤维的细度为0.9D~1.2D。
进一步地,所述的阻隔层由至少两根阻隔织纱针织而成,所述阻隔织纱由膨体腈纶纤维和粘胶纤维采用赛络纺混纺而成。
进一步地,所述阻隔织纱中膨体腈纶纤维和粘胶纤维的比例35:65。
进一步地,所述膨体腈纶纤维的细度为0.8D~1.0D。
进一步地,所述抓绒层包括多个相间隔的抓绒区。
从以上所述可以看出本发明提供的发热绒无痕内衣,与现有技术相比具备以下优点:所述保暖层用于蓄集热暖空气,降低人体发出的热量向外界散失,所述阻隔层用于减少保暖层中的热暖空气向外界散失,进而提高面料的保暖效果,阻隔层和保暖层之间通过氨纶丝连接,能够赋予面料更高纵向和横向的弹性,成衣穿着时弯腰屈膝活动自如无撕扯感,并且使得面料无痕不脱丝,由于面层和里层的氨纶采用低熔点可熔氨纶弹力丝,利用其高温受热熔化的特性,从而使得布料具有极好的防脱散、不卷边性能,易于缝纫裁剪、减少压边等缝纫工序。

本发明提供的发热绒无痕内衣,如图1所示,所述发热绒无痕内衣由发热绒无痕面料裁剪缝合而成;所述发热绒无痕面料包括保暖层100,所述保暖层100的内表面形成抓绒层110,所述保暖层100的外表面设有阻隔层200,所述阻隔层200和保暖层100之间通过氨纶丝320连接。
可以理解的是,所述保暖层100用于蓄集热暖空气,降低人体发出的热量向外界散失,所述阻隔层200用于减少保暖层100中的热暖空气向外界散失,进而提高面料的保暖效果,阻隔层200和保暖层100之间通过氨纶丝320连接,能够赋予面料更高纵向和横向的弹性,成衣穿着时弯腰屈膝活动自如无撕扯感,并且使得面料无痕不脱丝,由于面层和里层的氨纶采用低熔点可熔氨纶弹力丝,利用其高温受热熔化的特性,从而使得布料具有极好的防脱散、不卷边性能,易于缝纫裁剪、减少压边等缝纫工序。
为了提高面料本身的保暖效果,采用发热面料,如图2所示,所述保暖层100由至少两根保暖织纱300针织而成,所述保暖织纱300包括芯层330和外包层,所述外包层包括粘胶纤维310和氨纶丝320,所述粘胶纤维310和氨纶丝320Z形缠绕在所述芯层330外;所述芯层330包括长绒棉纤维331和气凝胶颗粒332。
所述粘胶纤维310的吸湿性较高,利用高吸湿的粘胶纤维310吸收更多的人体水蒸气,将高速运动的水分子捕获,动能转化为热能放热,此为吸湿发热;气凝胶颗粒332的内部蓬松密布微孔,气凝胶颗粒332能够锁住热暖空气,由于空气导热性不强,保留在气凝胶颗粒332内部的热暖空气,能够提高面料的蓄热效果。另一方面在纱线结构上,外包层包括粘胶纤维310和氨纶丝320,所述粘胶纤维310和氨纶丝320Z形缠绕在所述芯层330外;所述芯层330包括长绒棉纤维331和气凝胶颗粒332的纱线结构能够由其所织成的面料,在同样克重下,更加蓬松摸厚,蓄热保暖。
由于所述粘胶纤维310的细度会影响其对保暖织纱300芯层330蓄热保暖的效果,因此所述粘胶纤维310的细度为0.9D~1.2D,优选地,所述所述粘胶纤维310的细度为1.1D。
如图3所示,由于所述阻隔层200需减少服装内与外界之间的对流,以进一步降低人体发出的热量向外界散失,所述的阻隔层200由至少两根阻隔织纱400针织而成,所述阻隔织纱400由膨体腈纶纤维410和粘胶纤维310采用赛络纺混纺而成。
所述膨体腈纶纤维410原料具有遇热收缩膨起的特性,当保暖层100受人体热传导升温时,由于阻隔层200与所述保暖层100直接接触,因此阻隔层200中的膨体腈纶纤维410遇热收缩膨起,阻隔热量散失阻隔保暖层100中的热暖空气散失。所述阻隔织纱400中膨体腈纶纤维410和粘胶纤维310的比例35:65。

2.如权利要求1所述的发热绒无痕内衣,其特征在于,所述保暖层(100)由至少两根保暖织纱(300)针织而成,所述保暖织纱(300)包括芯层(330)和外包层,所述外包层包括粘胶纤维(310)和氨纶丝(320),所述粘胶纤维(310)和氨纶丝(320)Z形缠绕在所述芯层(330)外;所述芯层(330)包括长绒棉纤维(331)和气凝胶颗粒(332)。
3.如权利要求2所述的发热绒无痕内衣,其特征在于,所述粘胶纤维(310)的细度为0.9D~1.2D。
4.如权利要求1的发热绒无痕内衣,其特征在于,所述的阻隔层(200)由至少两根阻隔织纱(400)针织而成,所述阻隔织纱(400)由膨体腈纶纤维(410)和粘胶纤维(310)采用赛络纺混纺而成。
5.如权利要求4所述的发热绒无痕内衣,其特征在于,所述阻隔织纱(400)中膨体腈纶纤维(410)和粘胶纤维(310)的比例35:65。
6.如权利要求3所述的发热绒无痕内衣,其特征在于,所述膨体腈纶纤维(410)的细度为0.8D~1.0D。
7.如权利要求1所述的发热绒无痕内衣,其特征在于,所述抓绒层(110)包括多个相间隔的抓绒区(111)。
