本发明公开了一种负氧离子治理雾霾净化空气的防水抑菌雕塑工艺品,包括耐磨层、饰面层、防水层、防潮层、负氧离子混合层、结构层、负氧离子混合层、防潮层、防水层、饰面层、耐磨层;所述耐磨层上方铺设饰面层、饰面层上方铺设有防水层,防水层上方铺设有防潮层,防潮层上方铺设有负氧离子混合层,负氧离子混合层上方铺设有结构层,结构层上方铺设有负氧离子混合层,负氧离子混合层上方铺设有防潮层,防潮层上方铺设有防水层,防水层上方铺设有饰面层,饰面层上方铺设有耐磨层。本发明可持续释放负氧离子,减少室内外空气中的PM2.5等悬浮颗粒物,还可将空气中甲醛、苯等有害物质分解成二氧化碳和水,同时去除室内异味,抗菌抑菌,净化空气。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保工艺品,具体的是一种负氧离子治理雾霾净化空气的防水抑菌雕塑工艺品。
背景技术
现今社会,人们的生活水平不断提高,人们对室内外环境的要求也不断的提高;室外环境由于PM2.5、PM10悬浮颗粒物导致空气质量下降出现雾霾天气,室内环境也存在PM2.5悬浮颗粒物,还有因装修造成甲醛、苯等有害物质叠加产生的室内有害气体超标现象。目前,城市雕塑、室内工艺品只注重美观、缺乏对环境优化的作用,长时间不进行清理还会滋生细菌,引发疾病。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种负氧离子治理雾霾净化空气的防水抑菌雕塑工艺品,使用此负氧离子治理雾霾净化空气的防水抑菌雕塑工艺品,其可持续释放负氧离子,有效地减少室内外空气(大气)中的PM2.5等悬浮颗粒物,还可将空气中甲醛、苯等有害物质分解成二氧化碳和水,同时可有效去除室内异味,抗菌抑菌,保证了室内外空气清新,治理雾霾净化空气,让人们生活环境更健康。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种负氧离子治理雾霾净化空气的防水抑菌雕塑工艺品,包括耐磨层、饰面层、防水层、防潮层、负氧离子混合层、结构层、负氧离子混合层、防潮层、防水层、饰面层、耐磨层;所述耐磨层上方铺设饰面层、饰面层上方铺设有防水层,防水层上方铺设有防潮层,防潮层上方铺设有负氧离子混合层,负氧离子混合层上方铺设有结构层,结构层上方铺设有负氧离子混合层,负氧离子混合层上方铺设有防潮层,防潮层上方铺设有防水层,防水层上方铺设有饰面层,饰面层上方铺设有耐磨层。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述结构层为填充层,填充层厚度为3~25厘米,填充层为钢筋或丝网结合水泥砂浆层形成。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述耐磨层为聚脲耐磨防滑涂层。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述防潮层为1:2水泥砂浆,并掺防水剂。
本发明技术方案的进一步改进在于:所述负氧离子混合层为六环石层、托玛琳石层等矿物质材料。

本发明提供一种负氧离子治理雾霾净化空气的防水抑菌雕塑工艺品,使用此负氧离子除甲醛防水地板,其可持续释放负氧离子,有效地减少室内外空气(大气)中的PM2.5等悬浮颗粒物从而起到治理雾霾的作用,还可将空气中甲醛、苯等有害物质分解成二氧化碳和水,同时可有效去除室内异味,抗菌抑菌,净化空气保证了室内外空气清新,让人们生活环境更健康。

下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明:
本发明是一种负氧离子治理雾霾净化空气的防水抑菌雕塑工艺品,该工艺品通过结构功能层的配合设置,能够实现空气净化功能。如图1所示,该工艺品包括耐磨层1、饰面层2、防水层3、防潮层4、负氧离子层5、结构层6。在耐磨层1上方铺设饰面层2、饰面层2上方铺设有防水层3,防水层3上方铺设有防潮层4,防潮层4上方铺设有负氧离子混合层5,负氧离子混合层5上方铺设有结构层6,结构层6上方铺设有负氧离子混合层5,负氧离子混合层5上方铺设有防潮层4,防潮层4上方铺设有防水层3,防水层3上方铺设有饰面层2,饰面层2上方铺设有耐磨层1。
所述结构层4为填充层,填充层厚度控制为3~25厘米之间,在具体的实施中,填充层使用钢筋或丝网并浇筑水泥砂浆层形成。填充层相当于该工艺品的主体骨架。
所述耐磨层1为聚脲耐磨防滑涂层。
所述防潮层4为1:2水泥砂浆,并且需要掺入适量防水剂。水泥砂浆由水泥+砂+水构成,在此1:2水泥砂浆指的是,水泥和砂的比是1:2。
所述负氧离子混合层5为六环石层、托玛琳石层等矿物质材料。负氧离子层用于持续释放负氧离子,对空气进行净化。
本发明提供一种负氧离子治理雾霾净化空气的防水抑菌雕塑工艺品,使用此负氧离子治理雾霾净化空气的防水抑菌雕塑工艺品,其可持续释放负氧离子,有效地治理雾霾、净化空气、抑菌灭菌、分解甲醛等有害物质,本发明的实施例只是介绍其具体实施方式,不在于限制其保护范围。本行业的技术人员在本实施例的启发下可以做出某些修改,故凡依照本发明专利范围所做的等效变化或修饰,均属于本发明专利权利要求范围内。

1.一种负氧离子治理雾霾净化空气的防水抑菌雕塑工艺品,其特征在于,包括耐磨层(1)、饰面层(2)、防水层(3)防潮层(4)、负氧离子层(5)、结构层(6);所述耐磨层(1)上方铺设饰面层(2)、饰面层(2)上方铺设有防水层(3),防水层(3)上方铺设有防潮层(4),防潮层(4)上方铺设有负氧离子混合层(5),负氧离子混合层(5)上方铺设有结构层(6),结构层(6)上方铺设有负氧离子混合层(5),负氧离子混合层(5)上方铺设有防潮层(4),防潮层(4)上方铺设有防水层(3),防水层(3)上方铺设有饰面层(2),饰面层(2)上方铺设有耐磨层(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种负氧离子治理雾霾净化空气的防水抑菌雕塑工艺品,其特征在于,所述结构层(4)为填充层,填充层厚度为3~25厘米,填充层为钢筋或丝网结合水泥砂浆层形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种负氧离子治理雾霾净化空气的防水抑菌雕塑工艺品,其特征在于,所述耐磨层(1)为聚脲耐磨防滑涂层。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种负氧离子治理雾霾净化空气的防水抑菌雕塑工艺品,其特征在于,所述防潮层(4)为1:2水泥砂浆,并掺防水剂。
