Description

Narrow decorative solid wood floor and production method of combination thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of production and manufacturing of ground paving materials, in particular to a production method of a narrow decorative solid wood floor, and also relates to a production method of an installation combination of the narrow decorative solid wood floor.
Background
End waste is often formed during the production and processing of the solid wood floor, and the longitudinal dimension of the end waste is generally 30-280 mm. At present, there is no application of solid wood material with a longitudinal dimension smaller than 280mm, nor of solid wood flooring with a longitudinal dimension smaller than 280 mm. Meanwhile, the installation modules (the tongue-and-groove structures or the lock structures) on the two sides of the long side of the solid wood floor are manufactured by four-side planing, the installation modules on the two sides of the short side are manufactured by two-side milling, the minimum machining size of the four-side planing is 50mm, and the minimum machining size of the two-side milling is 280mm, so that no machining equipment and machining method for the installation modules (the tongue-and-groove structures or the lock structures) made of materials with the specification of 280mm (length) multiplied by 50mm (width) exist at present.
Under the current situation of the two aspects, the end waste has no proper use and no proper processing equipment and processing method, so that the end waste is mostly used for burning the waste, and the waste of solid wood materials is caused.
