Abstract
本发明实施例公开了一种组合物、制备方法及其在制备治疗宠物关节疾病药品、保健品及食品中的应用,组合物包括氨基葡萄糖、硫酸软骨素、二甲基砜、绿唇贻贝、雨生红球藻、乳香、姜黄素、薏苡仁和土茯苓,从消除自由基、中和自由基、以及抑制促炎症细胞生成等各个方面从根本上抑制和减轻关节炎症,并且补充软骨细胞生长的必要营养物质,促进新的软骨的合成,结合中药成分快速消肿去痛,达到标本兼治的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及宠物食品领域,更具体地,涉及一种组合物、制备方法及其在制备治疗宠物关节疾病药品及食品中的应用。
背景技术
关节疾病广泛存在于人和宠物中。
骨关节为骨与骨之间的间接连接,包括关节面、关节囊、关节腔和关节软骨,关节软骨保护骨头避免磨损,关节腔内充满滑液。关节软骨主要由II型胶原蛋白、氨基葡萄糖、硫酸软骨素、透明质酸钠、水等组成,它的营养主要由滑液和关节囊滑膜层周围的动脉分支供应。
骨关节病是以骨关节软骨急、慢性损伤或以关节软骨退变为基础,或者是由于老化导致的软骨细胞不能正常合成蛋白多糖和软骨素产生。目前,治疗骨关节病的主要药物为非甾体类抗炎药(NSAIDs),该类药物虽然能使骨关节炎、类风湿性关节炎的发热和疼痛症状缓解,但是治标不治本,只是缓解疼痛,不能将已损伤的关节修复。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷,提供一种组合物、制备方法及其在制备治疗宠物关节疾病药品及食品中的应用,通过减缓疼痛、控制炎症及促进软骨愈合三方面共同作用,实现对宠物关节疾病的标本兼治。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种组合物,其特征在于,包括氨基葡萄糖、硫酸软骨素、二甲基砜、绿唇贻贝、雨生红球藻、乳香、姜黄素、薏苡仁和土茯苓。
优选地,按质量份计算,包括所述氨基葡萄糖73.5~175份、所述硫酸软骨素73.5~175份、所述二甲基砜63~150份、所述绿唇贻贝105~250份、所述雨生红球藻0.02~0.05份、所述乳香31.5~75份、所述姜黄素8.4~20份、所述薏苡仁52.5~125份、所述土茯苓52.5~125份。
优选地,所述氨基葡萄糖为氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐、氨基葡萄糖硫酸盐中的任意一种或两种组合。
优选地,所述硫酸软骨素为硫酸软骨素钙。
优选地,还包括维生素、矿物质盐、钙源、食品添加剂、宠物饲料中的一种或多种;所述维生素包含维生素A、维生素E、维生素D、维生素C、维生素K、胡萝卜素中的一种或多种;所述矿物质包含葡萄糖酸锌、硫酸锰、硫酸镁中的一种或多种;所述食品添加剂包含酪蛋白磷酸肽、白砂糖、葡萄糖、犬增味剂、猫增味剂、甜菊糖苷、麦芽糖醇液、罗汉果糖苷、三氯蔗糖、木糖醇、苯甲酸钠、橄榄多酚、甘油、色素中的一种或多种组合;所述宠物饲料包含牛肉粉、鱼粉、鸡肉粉、鸡肝粉、鸭肉粉、蟹肉粉、兔肉粉、鹿肉粉、虾粉、羊肉粉、猪油、牛油、鸡水解膏、鱼油、鸡油中的一种或多种组合;所述钙源包括碳酸钙、酶解骨粉、磷酸钙、氯化钙、氧化钙、乳酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、柠檬酸钙、酪蛋白酸钙、乳钙、骨粉、贝壳粉、氨基酸螯合钙、L-苏糖酸钙、甘氨酸钙、L-天门冬氨酸钙中的一种或多种。

实施本发明实施例,将具有如下有益效果:
氨基葡萄糖、硫酸软骨素、二甲基砜相互作用可以补充软骨细胞生长的必要营养物质,促进新的软骨细胞的合成,绿唇贻贝和雨生红球藻都具有消除自由基、中和自由基、以及抑制促炎症细胞生成的作用,从根本上抑制和减轻关节炎症,并且从根本上改善关节疾病。中药组分乳香和姜黄素具有舒筋活血、去痛的作用,薏苡仁和土茯苓的利水消肿功效显著,因此,上述中药组分可以快速缓解疼痛、肿胀的症状,上述组合物从减缓疼痛、控制炎症及促进软骨愈合三方面共同作用,实现对宠物关节疾病的标本兼治。
用硫酸软骨素钙代替硫酸软骨素钠盐,具备硫酸软骨素钠盐功效的同时,增加了钙含量以及大大降低了钠含量,在治疗关节疾病的同时,不会导致钠摄入过多造成的副作用。
雨生红球藻具有强的抗氧化性,能够清除过量的活性氧,具有减少炎症标志物和保护细胞膜的作用,修复受损细胞,和其它物质配合,从根本上改善关节疾病。
将上述中医药材应用于动物领域属于创新,因为,动物对中药的反应完全不同于人对中药的反应,本发明通过实验优选中医药材并且设置合理的药量,对宠物无副作用。

以下各实施例中所使用的原料、试剂、溶剂和其它试验材料均为可以通过商购获得。
一种组合物,适用于治疗宠物关节疾病,尤其用于治疗急性关节炎症,包括氨基葡萄糖、硫酸软骨素、二甲基砜、绿唇贻贝、雨生红球藻、乳香、姜黄素、薏苡仁和土茯苓。
具体的,氨基葡萄糖可以为氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐、氨基葡萄糖硫酸盐中的任意一种或两种组合。氨基葡萄糖刺激软骨细胞产生蛋白多糖,稳定细胞膜而起到抗炎作用。硫酸软骨素,促进关节软骨中二型胶原蛋白的合成,减少软骨细胞死亡,保持软骨细胞外基质的合成代谢和分解代谢的平衡。一定比例搭配还可以促进氨基葡萄糖更好的渗入关节。二甲基砜,是一种有机硫化物,是生命体的含硫组织中85%硫的来源,与氨基葡萄糖合理的添加有助于促进胶原蛋白产生。二甲基砜、硫酸软骨素与氨基葡萄糖配合使用,逆转损害及促进修复关节软骨和膜化骨,使得骨质硬化减少,滑膜液更浓,具有保护软骨、止痛、促进软骨再生的功效,可以从根本改善关节问题,能够减少骨关节炎患者疼痛,改善关节功能、减少关节肿胀和积液,防止膝关节和手关节部位的间隙狭窄。
硫酸软骨素可以包括硫酸软骨素钙和硫酸软骨素钠中的任意一种或两种组合。优选地,硫酸软骨素为硫酸软骨素钙,硫酸软骨素钙是将硫酸软骨素的钠盐形式转变为钙盐形式,具备硫酸软骨素钠盐功效的同时,增加了钙含量以及大大降低了钠含量,在治疗关节疾病的同时,不会导致钠摄入过多造成的副作用。
绿唇贻贝,含有机体新陈代谢必须的氨基酸、蛋白质、各种矿物质等,是天然存在的食源,并且具有有效的抗氧化性,能够中和机体内的自由基,具有良好的抗炎活性,在关节痛、关节肿胀等方面均有良好疗效。雨生红球藻,能大量累积虾青素,雨生红球藻中的天然虾青素为100%左旋结构,生物活性最高,抗氧化性和清除过量活性氧的能力最强,能够清除过量的活性氧,具有减少炎症标志物和保护细胞膜的作用,修复受损细胞。绿唇贻贝和雨生红球藻协同抑制促炎症细胞。
姜黄素,可以调节T细胞、B细胞、巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞、自然杀伤细胞和树突细胞的活化,增强机体抵抗力,抑制促炎症细胞的生成。乳香,具有活血行气止痛,消肿生肌的功效。乳香和姜黄素结合使用可协同增加活血化瘀功效的同时,提高氧化自由基清除水平,使消肿止痛的作用效果更佳。
薏苡仁和土茯苓两味祛湿药物配伍,协同解毒除湿利关节,通络散结消肿,在短期内缓解关节肿胀,减轻痛感。可以为粉状物,直接将薏苡仁和/或土茯苓粉碎使用。也可以为提取物,本发明采用购买的薏苡仁和土茯苓的提取物,规格皆为10:1,表示从10重量份的薏苡仁或土茯苓的原料得到1重量份的提取物。
将绿唇贻贝、雨生红球藻、乳香、姜黄素、薏苡仁和土茯苓结合使用,从中医药整体观念出发,从内部调整机体整体新陈代谢,提升抗氧化能力,增强免疫力,在抗炎止痛的同时,利水消肿,快速缓解关节症状。
优选地,上述组合物,按质量份数计,包括氨基葡萄糖73.5~175份、硫酸软骨素73.5~175份、二甲基砜63~150份、绿唇贻贝105~250份、雨生红球藻0.02~0.05份、乳香31.5~75份、姜黄素8.4~20份、薏苡仁52.5~125份、土茯苓52.5~125份。
本发明的组合物还可以包括钙源,改善骨头病变,提高骨密度,可以包含合成钙源和/或天然钙源,优选天然钙源,吸收率较高。
天然钙源可以包含贝壳粉、骨粉、乳钙等中的一种或多种组合。优选乳钙,其钙的吸收最充分。
贝壳粉以贝壳为原料制成的粉类肥料。骨粉为以畜骨(鹿、牛、羊、猪、鸡等)为原料制成的粉状肥料,按制作方法可以分为熬制骨粉、粗制骨粉(生骨粉)、蒸制骨粉(脱胶、脱脂骨粉)以及酶解骨粉等,其中,优选酶解骨粉,酶解骨粉是酶在低温工艺条件下对骨粉的酶解产物,主要成分为硫酸软骨素,由于工艺温度低,尽可能的保持了硫酸软骨素的活性,并且钙、磷含量高。骨粉中钙磷比为犬猫等宠物最佳吸收。乳钙提炼自羊初乳、牛初乳,是乳清无机盐浓缩物,是一种营养价值较好的无机盐源,易消化吸收,吸收率高,对肠胃没有刺激,不会造成任何毒副作用,是非母乳钙中吸收率最高的天然钙源。
本发明优选地钙源为乳钙和酶解骨粉,能够被更好的吸收,且不会导致机体的微量矿物质元素的丢失。优选地,按质量份数计,乳钙168~400份,酶解骨粉73.5~175份。
本发明的组合物还可以包括合成钙,包括无机钙和/或有机钙,无机钙可以为碳酸钙、氯化钙、磷酸钙、氧化钙等中一种或多种。优选磷酸钙,磷酸基能够促进对钙的吸收。有机钙可以包含乳酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、柠檬酸钙、酪蛋白酸钙、氨基酸螯合钙、L-苏糖酸钙、甘氨酸钙、L-天门冬氨酸钙等中的一种或多种组合;有机钙相比无机钙,其更容易被吸收。
本发明的组合物还可以包括各种常用的食品添加剂,例如,包括各种维生素(维生素A、维生素E、维生素D、维生素D3、维生素C、维生素K、胡萝卜素等)、各种矿物质盐(葡萄糖酸锌、硫酸锰、硫酸镁等)、酪蛋白磷酸肽、白砂糖、葡萄糖、犬增味剂、猫增味剂、甜菊糖苷、麦芽糖醇液、罗汉果糖苷、三氯蔗糖、木糖醇、苯甲酸钠、色素等,还可以加入各种宠物饲料,如牛肉粉、鱼粉、三文鱼粉、鸭肉粉,蟹肉粉,鹿肉粉、虾粉、羊肉粉、猪油、牛油兔肉粉、鸡水解膏、鸡肝粉、鸡肉粉、鱼油、鸡油、橄榄多酚、甘油等。
优选地,本发明的组合物,按质量份数计,包括氨基葡萄糖73.5~175份、硫酸软骨素73.5~175份、二甲基砜63~150份、绿唇贻贝105~250份、雨生红球藻0.02~0.05份、乳香31.5~75份、姜黄素8.4~20份、薏苡仁52.5~125份、土茯苓52.5~125份、乳钙168~400份、酶解骨粉73.5~175份、酪蛋白磷酸肽52.5~125份。
优选地,上述组合物中,还可以加入各种维生素和矿物质盐。具体的,组合物包括氨基葡萄糖73.5~175份、硫酸软骨素73.5~175份、二甲基砜63~150份、绿唇贻贝105~250份、雨生红球藻0.02~0.05份、乳香31.5~75份、姜黄素8.4~20份、薏苡仁52.5~125份、土茯苓52.5~125份、乳钙168~400份、酶解骨粉73.5~175份、酪蛋白磷酸肽52.5~125份、维生素A0.378~0.9份、维生素E2.94~7份、维生素D30.105~0.25份、维生素C磷酸酯21~50份、葡萄糖酸锌18.9~45份、硫酸锰0.42~1份。
当作为保健品或食品时,可以加入各种调味剂、宠物饲料等。具体的,组合物包括氨基葡萄糖73.5~175份、硫酸软骨素73.5~175份、二甲基砜63~150份、绿唇贻贝105~250份、雨生红球藻0.02~0.05份、乳香31.5~75份、姜黄素8.4~20份、薏苡仁52.5~125份、土茯苓52.5~125份、乳钙168~400份、酶解骨粉73.5~175份、酪蛋白磷酸肽52.5~125份、维生素A0.378~0.9份、维生素E2.94~7份、维生素D30.105~0.25份、维生素C磷酸酯21~50份、葡萄糖酸锌18.9~45份、硫酸锰0.42~1份、葡萄糖216~514.3份、犬增味剂63~150份、猫增味剂21~50份、鸡肝粉73.5~175份、鸡肉粉42~100份、苯甲酸钠6.3~15份、鱼油52.5~125份、鸡油115.5~275份、甜菊糖苷1.68~4份。
分别称取上述组合物,并混合均匀,便得到本发明的组合物。可以干混,也可以湿混。湿混时,还可以加入制成膏剂、片剂、或块剂的辅料,例如,可以是水、明胶、羧甲基纤维素纳、糊精中的一种或多种。可制成膏剂、片剂或块剂等,便于食用。
实施例一
分别称取氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐73.5g、硫酸软骨素钙(美泰科技(青岛)有限公司生产)73.5g、二甲基砜63g、绿唇贻贝粉105g、雨生红球藻0.02g、乳香31.5g、姜黄素8.4g、薏苡仁提取物(规格10:1)52.5g、土茯苓提取物(规格10:1)52.5g,混合均匀。
用800g水湿法混合上述混合物成膏状。
实施例二
分别称取氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐175g、硫酸软骨素钙(美泰科技(青岛)有限公司生产)175g、二甲基砜150g、绿唇贻贝250g、雨生红球藻0.05g、乳香75g、姜黄素20g、薏苡仁提取物(规格10:1)125g、土茯苓提取物(规格10:1)125g,混合均匀。
用1600g水湿法混合上述混合物成膏状。
实施例三
分别称取氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐73.5g、硫酸软骨素钙(美泰科技(青岛)有限公司生产)73.5g、二甲基砜63g、绿唇贻贝105g、雨生红球藻0.02g、乳香31.5g、姜黄素8.4g、薏苡仁提取物(规格10:1)52.5g、土茯苓提取物(规格10:1)52.5g、乳钙168g、酶解骨粉73.5g、酪蛋白磷酸肽52.5g,混合均匀。
用1000g水湿法混合上述混合物成膏状。
实施例四
分别称取氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐175g、硫酸软骨素钙(美泰科技(青岛)有限公司生产)175g、二甲基砜150g、绿唇贻贝250g、雨生红球藻0.05g、乳香75g、姜黄素20g、薏苡仁提取物(规格10:1)125g、土茯苓提取物(规格10:1)125g、乳钙400g、酶解骨粉175g、酪蛋白磷酸肽125g,混合均匀。
用1000g水湿法混合上述混合物成膏状。
实施例五
氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐73.5g、硫酸软骨素钙(美泰科技(青岛)有限公司生产)73.5g、二甲基砜63g、绿唇贻贝105g、雨生红球藻0.02g、乳香(65%乳香酸)31.5g、姜黄素(15%)8.4g、薏苡仁提取物(规格10:1)52.5g、土茯苓提取物(规格10:1)52.5g、乳钙(22%)168g、酶解骨粉73.5g、酪蛋白磷酸肽52.5g、维生素A(10%)0.378g、维生素E(50%)2.94g、维生素D3(0.25%)30.105g、维生素C磷酸酯(35%)21g、葡萄糖酸锌18.9g、硫酸锰0.42g、葡萄糖216g、犬增味剂63g、猫增味剂21g、鸡肝粉73.5g、鸡肉粉(302)42g、苯甲酸钠6.3g、鱼油52.5g、鸡油115.5g、甜菊糖苷(RA97)1.68g,混合均匀。
用1600g水湿法混合上述混合物成膏状。
实施例六
氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐175g、硫酸软骨素钙(美泰科技(青岛)有限公司生产)175g、二甲基砜150g、绿唇贻贝250g、雨生红球藻0.05g、乳香(65%乳香酸)75g、姜黄素(15%)20g、薏苡仁提取物(规格10:1)125g、土茯苓提取物(规格10:1)125g、乳钙(22%)400g、酶解骨粉175g、酪蛋白磷酸肽125g、维生素A(10%)0.9g、维生素E(50%)7g、维生素D3(0.25%)0.25g、维生素C磷酸酯(35%)50g、葡萄糖酸锌45g、硫酸锰1g、葡萄糖514.3g、犬增味剂150g、猫增味剂50g、鸡肝粉175g、鸡肉粉(302)100g、苯甲酸钠15g、鱼油125g、鸡油275g、甜菊糖苷(RA97)4g,混合均匀。
用1600g水湿法混合上述混合物成膏状。
对比例一
分别称取氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐73.5g、硫酸软骨素钙(美泰科技(青岛)有限公司生产)73.5g、二甲基砜63g,混合均匀。
用300g水湿法混合上述混合物成膏状。
对比例二
分别称取氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐73.5g、硫酸软骨素钙(美泰科技(青岛)有限公司生产)73.5g、二甲基砜63g、绿唇贻贝粉105g、雨生红球藻0.02g,混合均匀。
用300g水湿法混合上述混合物成膏状。
实验例一
对上述实施例一至实施例六,以及对比例一和对比例二制得的组合物进行安全性试验,采用SD大鼠进行经口急性毒性实验(参考GB/T 15193.3-2003),观察受试大鼠是否发生异常反应(是否出现耸毛、倦卧、耳壳苍白或充血、突眼、步履蹒跚、肌肉瘫痪、呼吸困难、昏迷、惊厥、大小便失禁等反应),是否有死亡及分析死亡原因。
以及进行30天喂养实验(短期经口毒性试验、亚急性毒性试验,参考GB/T23179-2008),观察生长状况、体重及食物利用率,观察血液学及血液生化指标,剖检观察心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胃和肠等的病理变化,对肝、肾、脾、睾丸(雄)、卵巢(雌)进行脏体系数值测定,计算脏体系数(脏器/体重×100%)。
试验结果为:所有受试大鼠生长发育均良好,行为活动、精神状况、毛色、进食、饮水及大小便均正常,揭示各实施例和对比例的组合物对大鼠一般状况均无不良影响,对大鼠体重增长、生长发育均无不良影响,对食物利用率无不良影响,对血液学的基本指标均无不良影响,对血液生化的主要指标均无不良影响,对主要脏器均无不良影响。
说明,本发明的组合物无急性毒副作用,长期饲喂对体重增长、食物利用率、血液学、脏器等指标均无不良影响。
实验例二
对上述实施例一至实施例六,以及对比例一和对比例二制得的组合物进行功效实验,每组设置急性关节发病的犬30只,疾病表现为关节疼痛、肿胀,触摸时肌肉僵硬,触碰疼痛回缩,引起运动障碍,连续喂养14天,分别观察喂养1天、3天、5天、7天、14天时的疾病改善情况。通常急性关节炎的急性发作周期为一周,一周内肿胀、疼痛、不敢触碰、无法行动,一周后症状开始缓解,前7天以肿胀是否消除,和是否敢触碰为指标进行考察,第14天时,以是否能运动为指标进行考察,其结果见表1。
从表1可以看到:采用实施例一至六的本发明的组合物治疗的犬在服药1天肿胀现象就明显改善,大部分犬在服药3天时显著消肿较少疼痛,7天时全部无肿胀现象,14天时,全部可以行动,与对比例一、二相比,有显著改善效果。
对比例一和对比例二相比,对比例二中比对比例一中多了绿唇贻贝和雨生红球藻,在用药的前三天,肿胀现象均未消除,随着服药时间的延长,在服药14天时,服用对比例二的组合物的犬症状改善效果明显好于对比例一,说明绿唇贻贝和雨生红球藻的治疗效果显著,尤其长期使用时,改善效果逐渐显现。
实施例一至六与对比例二相比,多了中药成分乳香、姜黄素、薏苡仁提取物和土茯苓提取物,肿胀、疼痛的症状在服药第1天就得到显著改善,在服药第7天,全部消除,可见,本发明的组合物对于治疗急性关节炎症具有显著疗效。

实验例三
选取了200只狗、100只猫,对实施例五和六所获得的膏状组合物,进行适口性测评。每天早、中、晚三次进食,观察记录犬/猫的具体表现,然后根据下表进行评估,判断其适口性,如表2和表3所示,可见,本发明的组合物可以长期使用。

实验例四
采用犬18只、猫10只进行耐口性测试,以饲喂天数为横坐标,以平均适口分值为纵坐标,绘图如图1所示。从图1可以看出,犬的耐口性明显优于猫,适口性整体稳定,略趋下降;犬耐口性稳定,第4天后略有波动后又趋于稳定,波动范围9.6~10.0;猫的耐口性波动相对于犬较大,波动范围8.5~9.5。

以实施例6制备的组合物进行临床实验,结果如下:

小结:综上述案例看,本发明的组合物对骨骼及关节损伤、疼痛、炎症等症状的有一定的积极影响,临床上辅助治疗可能有一定程度的镇痛、消炎,加快关节及骨骼修复的作用。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种组合物,其特征在于,包括氨基葡萄糖、硫酸软骨素、二甲基砜、绿唇贻贝、雨生红球藻、乳香、姜黄素、薏苡仁和土茯苓。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,按质量份计算,包括所述氨基葡萄糖73.5~175份、所述硫酸软骨素73.5~175份、所述二甲基砜63~150份、所述绿唇贻贝105~250份、所述雨生红球藻0.02~0.05份、所述乳香31.5~75份、所述姜黄素8.4~20份、所述薏苡仁52.5~125份、所述土茯苓52.5~125份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述氨基葡萄糖为氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐、氨基葡萄糖硫酸盐中的任意一种或两种组合。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述硫酸软骨素为硫酸软骨素钙。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,还包括维生素、矿物质盐、钙源、食品添加剂、宠物饲料中的一种或多种;所述维生素包含维生素A、维生素E、维生素D、维生素C、维生素K、胡萝卜素中的一种或多种;所述矿物质包含葡萄糖酸锌、硫酸锰、硫酸镁中的一种或多种;所述食品添加剂包含酪蛋白磷酸肽、白砂糖、葡萄糖、犬增味剂、猫增味剂、甜菊糖苷、麦芽糖醇液、罗汉果糖苷、三氯蔗糖、木糖醇、苯甲酸钠、橄榄多酚、甘油、色素中的一种或多种组合;所述宠物饲料包含牛肉粉、鱼粉、鸡肉粉、鸡肝粉、鸭肉粉、蟹肉粉、兔肉粉、鹿肉粉、虾粉、羊肉粉、猪油、牛油、鸡水解膏、鱼油、鸡油中的一种或多种组合;所述钙源包括碳酸钙、酶解骨粉、磷酸钙、氯化钙、氧化钙、乳酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、柠檬酸钙、酪蛋白酸钙、乳钙、骨粉、贝壳粉、氨基酸螯合钙、L-苏糖酸钙、甘氨酸钙、L-天门冬氨酸钙中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合物,其特征在于,按质量份数计,包括氨基葡萄糖73.5~175份、硫酸软骨素73.5~175份、二甲基砜63~150份、绿唇贻贝105~250份、雨生红球藻0.02~0.05份、乳香31.5~75份、姜黄素8.4~20份、薏苡仁52.5~125份、土茯苓52.5~125份、乳钙168~400份、酶解骨粉73.5~175份、酪蛋白磷酸肽52.5~125份。
7.根据权利要求5所述的组合物,其特征在于,按质量份数计,包括氨基葡萄糖73.5~175份、硫酸软骨素73.5~175份、二甲基砜63~150份、绿唇贻贝105~250份、雨生红球藻0.02~0.05份、乳香31.5~75份、姜黄素8.4~20份、薏苡仁52.5~125份、土茯苓52.5~125份、乳钙168~400份、酶解骨粉73.5~175份、酪蛋白磷酸肽52.5~125份、维生素A0.378~0.9份、维生素E2.94~7份、维生素D0.105~0.25份、维生素C 21~50份、葡萄糖酸锌18.9~45份、硫酸锰0.42~1份。
