acquiring the parking position of the vehicle in real time;
judging whether the parking position is a dangerous parking space corresponding to the severe weather alarm information;
generating parking warning information before the severe weather warning information is not released when the parking space is a dangerous parking space corresponding to the severe weather warning information;
sending the parking alarm information to a mobile terminal bound with the vehicle so as to display the parking alarm information on the mobile terminal;
and returning to the step of acquiring the parking position of the vehicle in real time when the parking position is not the dangerous parking space corresponding to the severe weather warning information.
5. A weather management method as set forth in claim 1, wherein the severe weather alert information includes typhoon weather, heavy rain weather, heavy snow weather, hail weather, tornado weather, haze weather, and sleet weather.

7. The car machine according to claim 6, wherein the processor, when executing that the severe weather warning information is included in the weather forecast information, generates emergency plan information corresponding to the severe weather warning information, includes:
when the weather forecast information contains the severe weather alarm information, detecting the vehicle condition of the vehicle to obtain vehicle condition comprehensive information;
and processing the comprehensive information according to the severe weather alarm information and the vehicle condition to obtain the emergency plan information.

determining whether a user is located within the vehicle;
when the user is located in the vehicle, the emergency plan information is sent to a vehicle body controller so as to display the emergency plan information in a display mode or a voice playing mode;
and when the user is not positioned in the vehicle, sending the emergency plan information to a mobile terminal bound with the vehicle so as to display the emergency plan information on the mobile terminal.
9. The car machine of claim 6, wherein the processor, after performing the step of presenting the emergency protocol information, further performs the steps comprising:
acquiring the parking position of the vehicle in real time;
judging whether the parking position is a dangerous parking space corresponding to the severe weather alarm information;
generating parking warning information before the severe weather warning information is not released when the parking space is a dangerous parking space corresponding to the severe weather warning information;
sending the parking alarm information to a mobile terminal bound with the vehicle so as to display the parking alarm information on the mobile terminal;
