Description

Virtual credit card management system, method and device and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of data processing technologies, and in particular, to a virtual credit card management system, method and apparatus, an order processing method and apparatus, and an electronic device.
Background
The virtual credit card (Virtual Credit Card, VCC), also called prepaid credit card, is a product that is offered for the case that users without international credit card or worry about the payment safety of credit card need shopping on foreign network, activating various online account numbers, recharging, etc. The virtual credit card can assist the user in loading funds from a bank account into a VCC account to enable secure online transactions.
A business scenario using virtual credit cards is that a general consumer of an e-commerce platform subscribes to an international hotel through the e-commerce platform, and since the subscription to the international hotel requires credit card vouching and a considerable number of general consumers do not have international credit cards, the e-commerce platform provides virtual credit card vouching services to such users, which services may be transparent to the users. In this business scenario, a typical virtual credit card creation and use method is handled as follows. Firstly, submitting VCC creation information to a banking system on a VCC application page of a bank by an operator of an e-commerce platform every day according to the average VCC order amount of the last period of time (such as the last 5 days) in a manual operation mode, and storing the VCC information into a database of the e-commerce platform after the creation is successful; then, when the user creates an order, the trading system automatically matches VCCs of corresponding monetary value from the database based on the actual monetary value of the order, and takes that VCCs as VCCs associated with the order. For example, on the day 2018.7.30, the system determines and displays, based on the order information for the VCC settlement during 7.25-7.29, the statistics of the VCC order amount during that period as: from these statistics, the operator creates the following VCCs from manual clicks, with 15 orders of $8000-10000, 48 orders of $800-1000, 286 orders of $300-500, etc.: 20 VCCs of $8000-10000, 50 VCCs of $1000, 300 VCCs of $500; when a customer subscribes to an international hotel with a total dollar 480 through the trading system, the system automatically selects VCCs of $1 to $500 as the VCCs associated with the order.
However, in the process of implementing the present invention, the inventors found that at least the following problems exist in this technical solution: 1) Since the trade situation of each day may change greatly in the earlier stage, if the number and amount of VCCs to be created are determined according to the average VCC order amount in the last period of time, the problem of inaccurate estimation of the number and amount of VCCs is likely to occur, and if the number of VCCs to be created is too large, more calculation resources are occupied because information such as the state of the VCCs is required to be maintained; if the number of VCCs created is too small or the credit line is insufficient, the transaction subsystem cannot work normally due to the fact that proper VCCs cannot be matched for the order, so that the stability of the transaction subsystem is affected; 2) Since VCC is created from the order amount, more credit (fund pool) will be taken up; 3) Creating the VCC manually results in higher labor costs and lower VCC creation efficiency. In summary, the prior art has the problems of more occupied computing resources, lower stability of the transaction subsystem, high fund pool occupancy rate, lower VCC creation efficiency and higher labor cost.

Detailed Description
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. This application is, however, susceptible of embodiment in many other ways than those herein described and similar generalizations can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the application and the application is therefore not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
In the application, a virtual credit card management system, a virtual credit card management method and device, an order processing method and device and an electronic device are provided. The various schemes are described in detail one by one in the examples below.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a virtual credit card management system provided in the present application includes a transaction subsystem 10 and a virtual credit card VCC management subsystem 11.
As can be seen from fig. 2, the transaction subsystem 10 is configured to send a VCC creation request for a pending order to the VCC management subsystem 11; the VCC management subsystem 11 is configured to receive the VCC creation request, select, from a plurality of VCCs in a VCC card pool, a VCC in an available state as a VCC associated with the order, and return information of the VCC card to the transaction subsystem 10.
The transaction subsystem 10 may be a hotel reservation subsystem, or an air ticket reservation subsystem, such as a hotel reservation subsystem and an air ticket reservation subsystem related to an online travel platform website/APP, or a transaction subsystem of other services.
In one example, a user subscribes to a room of an international hotel through a hotel booking subsystem, and when the hotel booking subsystem generates a corresponding order for the user, a VCC creation request for the order is sent to the VCC management subsystem 11, and the cardholder of the real credit card corresponding to the VCC may be an e-commerce platform (e.g., an online travel platform), thereby enabling the e-commerce platform to vouch for the booking behavior of the user. In particular implementations, the process may be transparent to the user.
The VCC creation request at least comprises an order mark, for example, a user is an air ticket dealer, the user subscribes air tickets of an air company in batches through an air ticket booking subsystem, and the mark of the corresponding order is an application code; the user is a common consumer who subscribes to a room of an international hotel through the hotel booking subsystem, and the identification of the corresponding order is a booking number.
The VCC management subsystem 11 may serve multiple transaction subsystems 10 simultaneously, such as a hotel reservation subsystem and an airline reservation subsystem, among others. In this case, the VCC creation request may further include an identification of the trading subsystem, so that the VCC management subsystem associates, for the order, a VCC corresponding to the trading subsystem according to the identification of the trading subsystem.
The VCC management subsystem 11 selects one VCC from the VCC card pool as the VCC associated with the order, first creates a VCC, and stores the created VCCs in the VCC card pool.
As can be seen from fig. 3, in the system provided by the implementation of the present application, the VCC creation manner is not a conventional manner of manually submitting VCC creation information (which may include subscription banking, credit line, etc.) to the credit card service system on the VCC application page of the credit card issuing institution, but the VCC management subsystem 11 invokes the VCC creation service interface program provided by the credit card service system to the third party, and creates VCCs in batches according to the preset credit line.
In this embodiment, to invoke the VCC creation service interface procedure, the VCC management subsystem 11 needs to obtain the following information: a uniform resource locator (Uniform Resource Locator, URL) of a credit card service system (e.g., masterCard, visa), a real credit card number, a signed certificate, a client certificate, and the like.
The VCC management subsystem 11 may create a plurality of VCCs of the same credit line in bulk according to a preset credit line by calling the VCC creation service interface program.
The pre-set credit may not be determined based on the order amount, but rather a lower credit, such as $ 1. According to the method, the preset credit line is set to be lower, so that a fund pool of a bank is not occupied.
The VCC management subsystem 11 may store VCC information in a database of the VCC management subsystem 11 after successful batch creation of VCC according to a preset credit line. Table 1 shows the data contents of the VCC card pool of the present embodiment.
Figure SMS_1

TABLE 1 VCC card pool
The card status in table 1 includes, but is not limited to: in the application, the application is successful, the authorization, the refund, the destruction and the like, wherein when the card status is 'application successful', the card can be indicated to be in a usable state. As can be seen from table 1, this embodiment presets a credit line of 1 when a plurality of VCCs of the same credit line are created in batch.
As can be seen from fig. 3, the VCC management subsystem 11 is specifically configured to create, for different combinations of the transaction subsystem and the subscription bank, a plurality of VCCs corresponding to the combinations of the transaction subsystem and the subscription bank according to the preset credit line.
In one example, the VCCs in the card pool include VCCs associated with different contracted banks respectively corresponding to different transaction subsystems, e.g., the airline tickets shown in Table 1 contracted for a MasterCard (MasterCard) solution for the south ocean bank, the MasterCard solution for the Douglas fir for the International hotel contracted for, and furthermore, the domestic hotel can contract for the MasterCard solution for the south ocean bank.
In another example, the plurality of VCCs for the transaction subsystem 10 includes VCCs for different currencies.
The system provided by the implementation of the application can create VCCs corresponding to different transaction subsystems, VCCs corresponding to different transaction subsystems can correspond to different real credit card accounts (fund pools), real credit card accounts corresponding to different transaction subsystems can belong to different banks, and real credit card accounts corresponding to different transaction subsystems can also correspond to different combinations of banks and currencies. Table 2 shows a tenant configuration information table of the present embodiment.
Figure SMS_2
Table 2, tenant configuration information table
As can be seen from table 2, the present application proposes the concept of a tenant, which may be a certain currency fund pool used by VCC for a certain bank, in other words, a combination may correspond to a real credit card account. For example, if the currency of the order of the hotel is dollar, selecting one VCC from the VCCs associated with tenant identity 1 as the VCC associated with the order; and if the currency of the order of the hotel by the user is harbor coin, selecting one VCC from the VCCs associated with the tenant identification 2 as the VCC associated with the order.
According to the system provided by the embodiment of the application, VCCs associated with different signing banks are respectively created for different transaction subsystems, a multi-tenant mechanism is established, each transaction subsystem is combined with the corresponding signing bank to form one tenant, the use of the VCCs by the different transaction subsystems can be met, and the transaction subsystems and the signing banks can be flexibly matched. Meanwhile, because different trading subsystems can create VCCs for orders through the VCC management subsystem 11, repeated development can be effectively reduced. And, because different transaction subsystems correspond to different contracted banks, namely different transaction subsystems correspond to fund pools of different banks, and each VCC can be provided with an allowable upstream transaction subsystem to prevent the access of different transaction subsystems, the transaction subsystem (service) can be isolated from the funds.
As can be seen from fig. 3, the present embodiment may create a batch of VCCs at an initial time, for example, automatically create VCCs in the card pool shown in table 1 according to the tenant configuration information shown in table 2; in the using process, the utilization rate of VCC in the card pool is detected periodically (for example, once every 5 minutes), if the utilization rate is smaller than the utilization rate threshold value, a VCC creation service interface program provided by the credit card service system is called in real time according to the utilization rate, and a preset number of VCCs are created according to a preset credit line.
The usage rate refers to the ratio of the number of VCCs in the available state to the total number of VCCs in the card pool. The usage threshold and the preset number may be set according to service requirements, for example, the usage threshold is set to 80%, the preset number is set to 10, and so on.
In the case that the VCCs correspond to different transaction subsystems and the different transaction subsystems sign up for different banks, the VCC management subsystem 11 selects one VCC from the card pool as the VCC associated with the order, which may be implemented in the following manner: acquiring a plurality of VCCs corresponding to the transaction subsystem corresponding to the order from a plurality of available VCCs in the card pool; and selecting one VCC from a plurality of VCCs corresponding to the trading subsystem as the VCC associated with the order.
For example, if the commodity associated with the order is a room of an international hotel, the transaction subsystem corresponding to the order is a hotel transaction subsystem, and if the contracted bank corresponding to the hotel transaction subsystem is a south ocean bank, the VCC corresponding to the hotel transaction subsystem and the south ocean bank in the card pool is taken as the VCC associated with the order.
In the case that VCCs correspond to different trading subsystems, and different trading subsystems sign up for different banks and correspond to different currencies, the VCC management subsystem 11 is specifically configured to obtain, from a plurality of VCCs corresponding to the trading subsystem 10, a plurality of VCCs corresponding to the currencies of the order; and selecting one VCC from a plurality of VCCs corresponding to the currency as the VCC associated with the order.
In the implementation, if the currency of the order is empty, the VCC management subsystem may determine the currency of the order according to a correspondence between a preset transaction subsystem and a default currency.
After the VCC management subsystem 11 associates the VCC with the order, the credit line of the VCC associated with the order is determined according to the order amount of the order, and the credit line of the VCC associated with the order is updated by calling the VCC modification service interface program provided by the credit card service system.
In one example, the VCC management subsystem 11 takes an integer greater than the order amount as the credit, e.g., 148.5 dollars for the order amount, and sets the credit to 150 dollars.
In one example, the VCC management subsystem 11 is further configured to update status information and/or expiration date of the VCC associated with the order by invoking the VCC modification service interface procedure. For example, the user subscribes to a room of an international hotel during 2018.10.15-2018.10.20, the initial expiration date of the VCC associated with the order is 2018.8.1-2018.12.31, and after the VCC is associated with the order, the expiration date of the VCC is changed to 2018.10.15-2018.10.20, and the status is changed from "apply for success" to "authorized".
In one example, after the VCC management subsystem 11 associates a VCC for the order, card information (e.g., card number, expiration date, etc.) for the VCC card is returned to the transaction subsystem 10; correspondingly, the transaction subsystem 10 is further configured to receive card information of VCC associated with the order sent back by the VCC management subsystem 11, and store the card information corresponding to the order.
