Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the technical solutions of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for quantifying a credit card client value provided by the present application may be executed by a device for quantifying a credit card client value, which may be, for example, a server of a banking system or a processor in the server.
The method comprises the following steps:
step 101, determining the actual income brought by the customer and the actual cost invested by the customer according to the customer transaction information.
And step 102, determining the risk cost of the customer according to the account information of the customer and the attribute information of the customer.
And 103, determining value data of the customer according to the actual income brought by the customer, the actual cost invested by the customer and the risk cost of the customer.
Based on the scheme, when the value of the customer is determined, not only is the actual income brought by the customer considered, but also the actual cost invested by the customer and the risk cost of the customer are considered, and the dimension of the customer in value quantification is improved, so that the value brought to a bank by the customer can be more accurately determined.
For step 101, the transaction information may include one or more of transaction amount, transaction time, and transaction merchant. For example, the transaction information includes a transaction amount. As another example, the transaction information includes a transaction amount and a transaction time. As another example, the transaction information includes transaction amount, transaction time, and transaction merchant. Of course, the transaction information in the present application is not limited to the above, and in practical applications, the transaction information may also include other information, such as a transaction location, a transaction number, and the like.
The actual income brought by the customer may include one or more of commission income, interest income, staging fee income, withdrawal income, default income and annual fee income. Such as actual revenue generated by the customer including commission revenue. As another example, the actual revenue generated by the customer includes commission revenue, installment revenue, and as another example, the actual revenue generated by the customer includes commission revenue, interest revenue, installment revenue, withdrawal revenue, default income, and annual revenue.
The actual cost of the customer investment may include one or more of administrative cost, points cost, and capital cost. Such as the actual costs invested in the customer including administrative costs. Further examples of the actual cost invested by the customer include administrative costs, capital costs. As another example, the actual costs invested in a customer include administrative costs, points costs, and capital costs.
As a specific implementation manner, a monthly balance schedule of the customer may be determined according to the transaction information of the customer, the monthly balance schedule includes monthly income brought by the customer and monthly cost invested by the customer, and further, the actual income brought by the customer and the actual cost invested by the customer may be determined according to the monthly balance schedule.
Table 1 is illustrated as a specific example. As shown in table 1, a specific example of a monthly balance list is provided for the present application. The monthly balance sheet is used for displaying the actual income brought by each month of the customer and the actual cost invested by each month of the customer.
TABLE 1 monthly COUNT-LOOP METER
Figure BDA0001774055220000061
From the monthly balance table shown in table 1 above, the actual revenue generated by the customer and the actual cost invested into the customer can be determined. For example, the actual revenue generated by the customer and the actual cost invested into the customer may be determined based on monthly revenue and monthly costs for 1-12 months. Specifically, the actual revenue generated by the customer is: 8770 (i.e., adding all of the revenue terms from month 1 to month 12 in Table 1), the actual cost invested by the customer is: 3701 (i.e., add all cost terms from month 1 to month 12 of table 1).
As another example, the actual revenue generated by the customer and the actual cost invested into the customer may be determined based on monthly revenue and monthly costs for 5-9 months. Specifically, the actual revenue generated by the customer is: 3512 (i.e., adding all revenue terms from month 5 to month 9 in table 1), the actual cost invested to the customer is: 1526 (i.e., add all cost terms from month 5 to month 9 of Table 1)
Of course, the actual revenue generated by the customer and the actual cost incurred by the customer may also be determined in other ways. Such as determining the actual revenue brought by the customer and the actual cost invested into the customer based on the monthly revenue and monthly costs of the last 6 months.
Furthermore, it should be noted that the actual revenue generated by the customer and the actual cost invested by the customer are determined in the same way for different customers. For example, the actual income brought by different customers and the actual cost invested by the customers are determined according to the monthly income and the monthly cost of the last 12 months, or the actual income brought by different customers and the actual cost invested by the customers are determined according to the monthly income and the monthly cost of 5-9 months, and the like.
For the step 102, the account information may include one or more of historical transaction information, payment record, overdue record, and limit usage. For example, the account information includes historical transaction information. Further examples of account information include historical transaction information, payment records. For another example, the account information includes historical transaction information, payment records, overdue records, and limit usage. Of course, the account information in the present application is not limited to the above, and in practical applications, the account information may also include other information, such as overdraft records. Optionally, the historical transaction information may include some or all of the following: historical transaction amount, historical transaction location, historical transaction time, and historical transaction merchant. Optionally, the payment record may include some or all of the following information: repayment amount, repayment frequency and repayment punctuality. Alternatively, the overdue record may include some or all of the following information: overdue amount, overdue amount. Optionally, the credit usage may include some or all of the following information: total overdraft cost and rate of usage.
The attribute information of the client may include one or more of gender, academic calendar, age, occupation, and card holding time. For example, the customer attribute information may include a customer's scholarship. As another example, the customer attribute information may include a scholarly and a profession of the customer. As another example, the customer attribute information may include gender, school calendar, age, occupation, and card holding time of the customer. Of course, the client attribute information in the present application is not limited to the above-mentioned ones, and in practical applications, the client attribute information may also include other information, such as a residence and the like.
In a possible implementation manner, the risk coefficient of the client may be determined according to the account information of the client and the attribute information of the client, and further the risk cost of the client may be determined according to the risk coefficient of the client. By means of risk coefficient of the client, the risk cost of the client can be determined more accurately.
In one possible implementation manner of the present application, the influence of the account information on the risk coefficient result is: the higher the usage rate of the quota is, the higher the risk coefficient is; the higher the repayment punctuality is, the lower the risk coefficient is; the lower the number of overdue periods, the lower the risk factor. Wherein, the influence of the attribute information on the risk coefficient result is as follows: the higher the customer's academic history is, the lower the risk factor is; the lower the occupational income of the customer, the higher the risk factor. The influence of each factor for determining the risk coefficient on the risk coefficient can be determined according to actual needs, and the application is not particularly limited.
As an example, determining the risk cost of the customer from the risk coefficients may be: c ═ X × P. Wherein C is the risk cost of the customer, P is the risk coefficient of the customer, and X is the total overdraft amount of the customer. For example, assuming that the risk factor of a customer is 0.1 and the total overdraft amount of the customer is 4200, the risk cost of the customer is 4200 × 0.1 — 420. For another example, assuming that the risk factor of the customer is 0.16 and the total overdraft amount of the customer is 5000, the risk cost of the customer is 5000 × 0.16 — 800.
For another example, determining the risk cost of the customer according to the risk coefficient may further include: c is 100+ X × P.
Of course, the method for determining the risk cost of the client according to the risk factor in the present application is not limited to the above methods, and in practical applications, the method may be set according to actual needs.
In one possible implementation manner of the present application, after step 102 and step 103, a monthly slice table may be generated, and the monthly slice table is used for displaying the actual income brought by the customer, the actual cost invested by the customer and the risk cost of the customer. Table 2 is an example of a monthly slice table provided herein:
TABLE 2 monthly slicer table
Figure BDA0001774055220000081
Figure BDA0001774055220000091
In one possible implementation, for step 103 above, the value data for the customer may be determined based on the actual revenue generated by the customer minus the actual cost invested by the customer and the risk cost of the customer. For example, assuming that the actual revenue brought by the customer is 5000, the actual cost invested for the customer is 2000, and the risk cost of the customer is 420, the value data of the customer is: 5000-.
For another example, if the actual income brought by the customer is 8000, the actual cost invested for the customer is 4700, and the risk cost of the customer is 3000, the value data of the customer is: 8000-.
For another example, if the actual income brought by the customer is 21000, the actual cost invested by the customer is 12000, and the risk cost of the customer is 10000, the value data of the customer is: 21000 ℃ 12000 ℃ 10000 ═ 1000.
Of course, in the present application, the method for determining the value data of the customer according to the actual income brought by the customer, the actual cost invested by the customer, and the risk cost of the customer is not limited to simple addition and subtraction, and in practical application, the method may be set according to actual needs, for example, the method may obtain the value data of the customer by multiplying the actual income brought by the customer, the actual cost invested by the customer, and the risk cost of the customer by a weighting coefficient, and then performing addition and subtraction.
Further, after the above step 103, the following step 104 may be further performed.
And 104, determining the corresponding customer value grade of the customer according to the customer value data, and generating a corresponding customer value grade label.
By way of example, based on the value data of a customer, the value rating of the customer may be divided into:
value class 1: the value data is more than 1000;
value class 2: 500 is less than or equal to 1000;
value class 3: the value data is more than 200 and less than or equal to 500;
value class 4: value data is more than 20 and less than or equal to 200;
value grade 5: the value data is more than 0 and less than or equal to 20;
value rating 6: the value data is 0;
value rating 7: -20 ≦ value data < 0;
value grade 8: -200 ≦ value data < -20;
value rating 9: -500 ≦ value data < -200;
value rating 10: -1000 ≦ value data < -500;
value rating 11: the value data is < -1000.
The value grade label corresponding to the value grade is as follows:
value class 1: a high value customer;
value class 2: medium and high value customers;
value class 3: a medium value customer;
value class 4: low-to-medium value customers;
value grade 5: low value customers;
value rating 6: a zero value customer;
value rating 7: low negative value customers;
value grade 8: low-medium negative value customers;
value rating 9: moderate negative value customers;
value rating 10: high and medium negative value customers;
value rating 11: high negative value customers;
for example, if the value data of customer a is 2580, the value level corresponding to customer a is value level 1, and the value level label of customer a is a high-value customer. For another example, if the value data of the client B is 300, the value level corresponding to the client B is value level 3, and the value level label of the client B is a medium-value client. For another example, if the value data of the customer C is-1000, the value grade corresponding to the customer C is the value grade 10, and the value grade label of the customer C is a medium-high negative value customer.
The value data determination rule, the value grade and the value grade label determination rule are only one implementation manner of the application, and in actual application, the value data determination rule, the value grade and the value grade label determination rule can be adjusted according to needs.
Further, after the above step 104, the following step 105 may also be performed.
Step 105, uploading the value grade label of the customer and/or the value data of the customer to the bank system.
With respect to step 105, in one possible implementation, the banking system may include, for example, the following systems: a card issuing system, an inline peripheral system, etc.
The value grade label of the customer and/or the value data of the customer are uploaded to a bank system, so that the value grade label of the customer and/or the value data of the customer can be conveniently and intuitively seen through the bank system during specific business operation, and management efficiency is improved.
As shown in fig. 2, a flow chart of yet another possible method for quantifying the customer value of a credit card is provided, the method comprising:
step 201, acquiring the transaction data of the customer based on the bank system, and acquiring the attribute information of the customer based on the information recorded by the customer in the bank.
Wherein the customer transaction data is used to determine customer transaction information and customer account information.
Step 202, generating a monthly balance list of the customers according to the transaction information of the customers, and determining the actual income brought by the customers and the actual cost invested by the customers according to the monthly balance list of the customers.
The monthly balance sheet comprises monthly income brought by the customers and monthly cost invested by the customers, and the actual income brought by the customers and the actual cost invested by the customers can be determined according to the monthly income brought by the customers of the monthly balance sheet and the monthly cost invested by the customers.
With respect to step 202, in one possible implementation, a monthly balance table is generated according to the customer transaction information, and the generated monthly balance table is stored in the monthly slice feature database. The monthly slice characteristic database is used for storing a monthly balance sheet of the client.
Step 203, determining a risk coefficient of the customer according to the account information of the customer and the attribute information of the customer, and determining the risk cost of the customer according to the risk coefficient of the customer.
Wherein the risk factor for the customer is indicative of a risk profile for the customer, the risk factor being usable to determine a risk cost for the customer.
The execution sequence of the step 202 and the step 203 is not particularly limited in the present application, for example, the step 202 may be executed first and then the step 203 may be executed, for example, the step 203 may be executed first and then the step 202 may be executed, and for example, the step 202 and the step 203 may be executed simultaneously.
And step 204, determining value data of the customer according to the actual income brought by the customer, the actual cost invested by the customer and the risk cost of the customer.
Step 205, generating a value data table of the customer according to the value data of different customers.
The customer value data table is used for displaying value data of customers corresponding to different customers, and the value data of the customers can be used more effectively. Table 3 is a table of value data for one possible customer provided by the present application.
TABLE 3 customer's value data sheet
Figure BDA0001774055220000121
And step 206, dividing the value grades according to the distribution condition of the value data of the customers in the customer value data table, and determining the value grade and the value grade label corresponding to each customer according to the divided value grades.
The value grade label of the customer is determined according to the value grade corresponding to the customer, and the value grade label of the customer is used for indicating the value grade of the customer.
Step 207, uploading the value rating label of the customer and/or the value data of the customer to the banking system.
In a possible implementation manner, during business operation, a banking staff may view the value level label of the customer through a banking system interface, and then may view the value data of the customer by clicking the value level label of the customer.
For example, as shown in fig. 3a, a display diagram of a possible banking system interface provided by the present application is shown. Wherein, the 'customer A' is the name of the customer, the 'credit card number' is the card number of the credit card corresponding to the customer, the 'customer value grade label' is the value grade label corresponding to the customer, and the 'customer information' is some information related to the customer. Alternatively, the customer value data as shown in FIG. 3b can also be obtained by clicking on the "customer value rating tab". Fig. 3b is a diagram showing another possible interface of a banking system provided by the present application. Wherein, the value data of the customer is displayed as the value data value of the customer, the value grade of the customer is displayed as the value grade corresponding to the customer, the actual income brought by the customer is displayed as the value of the actual income brought by the customer, the actual cost invested by the customer is displayed as the value of the actual cost invested by the customer, and the risk cost of the customer is displayed as the risk cost of the customer. Further, for different entries shown in fig. 3b, the corresponding specific data can be viewed by clicking on different entries, for example, the "income brought by the customer" can be viewed as commission income, interest income, installment income, withdrawal income, default income, annual fee income and the like.
It should be noted that fig. 3a and fig. 3b are both a possible implementation manner, and in practical applications, other implementation manners may also be available, which is not limited in this application.
Based on the same inventive concept, fig. 4 exemplarily shows a device for quantifying a credit card customer value provided by the present application, which can perform a flow of a method for quantifying a credit card customer value.
A revenue and expenditure cost determining module 401, configured to determine, according to the transaction information of the customer, an actual revenue brought by the customer and an actual cost invested by the customer;
a risk cost determination module 402, configured to determine a risk cost of the customer according to the account information of the customer and the attribute information of the customer;
a value data determining module 403, configured to determine value data of a customer according to an actual revenue brought by the customer, an actual cost invested by the customer, and a risk cost of the customer.
As a possible implementation manner, the balance cost determination module is specifically configured to determine a monthly balance table of the customer according to the transaction information of the customer, where the monthly balance table includes monthly income brought by the customer and monthly cost invested by the customer, and further determine actual income brought by the customer and actual cost invested by the customer according to the monthly balance table of the customer.
