Wherein, under the condition that the time information includes lease time information and time reference information, the time information is formatted according to a preset time format, which comprises: extracting time parameter information from the time reference information; and determining normalized time information corresponding to the time reference information by using the lease time information and the time parameter information.

In the case that the time information includes time reference information, the data may be obtained through a preset extraction expression as in table 2 below, specifically:

When the lease time information and the time reference information are acquired, the time reference information and the second preset extraction expression in table 2 may be matched to obtain the time period information and/or the time point information. Wherein the period information may include a period start value a1 or a2, a period end value B1 or B2, a period length value A3, a period forward calculation, a period backward calculation, and a time unit; the time point information may include a time point value and a time unit.
It should be noted that, in the case that the time reference information can be matched with the second preset extraction expression shown in table 2, the time period information can be obtained. In the case where the time reference information is in the format of year X, etc., it can be considered that it represents one time point information.
When the time point information is acquired, the normalized time can be calculated according to the time point value in the time point information and the lease starting time in the lease time.
For example, in the case where the rental time information is 2015 year 2 month 11 day to 2018 year 2 month 10 day, and the time designation information is "year 3", the time point length value obtained by table 2 matching is 3, and the calculated normalized time may be "2017 year 2 month 11 day to 2018 year 2 month 10 day".
And, in the case of acquiring the time period information, there are two cases. Wherein, the first case is as follows: in the case where the value in the time period indicates the time length, the normalized time may be calculated from the time period information.
For example, in the case where the rental time information is 2015 year 2 month 11 day to 2018 year 2 month 10 day, and the time designation information is "next 2 years", a3 obtained by table 2 matching is 2, and for the calculation from the next, the calculated normalized time may be "2016 year 2 month 11 day to 2018 year 2 month 10 day".
And, the second case is specifically as follows: in the case where the values in the time period represent the time period start value and the time period end value, the normalized time may be calculated from the rental start time and the rental end time.
For example, in the case where the rental time information is from 2/11/2012 to 2/10/2020, and the time period information is "from 1 st year to 5 th year", a1 obtained by table 2 matching is 1, and B1 is 5, the calculated normalized time is from 2/11/2012 to 2/10/2017.
In addition, if the amount-related information includes tax information, the amount-related information may be formatted according to a preset format, including: and formatting the tax information according to a preset tax format.
In order to facilitate understanding of the embodiments of the present application, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
For example, in the case where the tax information is information including tax attribute information, and in the case where the tax attribute information acquired in full text is acquired, it is possible to determine whether the tax attribute information and the amount information acquired in full text are in the same paragraph. If the tax attribute information and the amount information acquired through the full text are in the same paragraph, dividing the tax attribute information and the amount information acquired through the full text into the same data set; if the tax attribute information and the amount information acquired through the full text are not in the same paragraph, continuously determining whether the paragraph to which the amount information belongs has the tax attribute information, if the paragraph to which the amount information belongs does not have the tax attribute information, dividing the tax attribute information and the amount information acquired through the full text into the same dataset, and if the paragraph to which the amount information belongs has the tax attribute information, dividing the tax attribute information and the amount information acquired by the current paragraph into the same dataset.

For another example, when the tax information is tax rate information, the tax rate information may be formatted according to a preset tax format, and the corresponding normalized result and the amount information are associated, so that the corresponding normalized result and the amount information are divided into the same data set.
For another example, when the tax information is tax type information, the tax type information may be formatted according to a preset tax format, and the corresponding normalized result and the amount information may be associated, so that the corresponding normalized result and the amount information may be divided into the same data set.
In addition, if the money amount related information includes money name information, the money amount related information may be formatted according to a preset format, including: and formatting the money name information according to a preset money format.
In addition, in the case that the amount-related information includes the total representation information, the amount-related information may be formatted according to a preset format, including: and formatting the total characteristic information according to a preset total characteristic format.

For example, in the case where a certain contract text contains an annual rent, the annual rent may be divided by 12, thereby converting the annual rent into a monthly rent. That is, the monthly rental can be in the preset rental time format.
It should be noted that after the amount-related information is formatted, the result of the formatting process may be further divided into the amount-related information, so as to provide a basis for subsequent data conversion.
For example, after the time reference information is formatted, the obtained normalized time may be divided into the time information, and the normalized time may be subsequently utilized for data conversion.
Alternatively, the amount-related information may be formatted according to a preset format, thereby obtaining a normalized result (e.g., normalized time, etc.). And, the data conversion can be carried out on the money related information according to the normalization result.
In order to facilitate understanding of the embodiments of the present application, the following description may be given by way of specific examples.
The time information includes lease time information and at least one normalized time information, the time corresponding to the at least one normalized time information is in the time range corresponding to the lease time information, and the normalized time corresponding to the at least one normalized time information can be obtained by formatting the time information.
And according to the normalization result, carrying out data conversion on the money amount related information, wherein the data conversion comprises the following steps: sequencing at least one piece of normalized time information according to the sequence of the time corresponding to each piece of normalized time information from first to last so as to determine a sequencing serial number corresponding to each piece of normalized time information; and taking the sequencing serial number corresponding to each normalized time information as the construction period corresponding to each normalized time information.
In order to facilitate understanding of the embodiments of the present application, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
In the case where the current data set contains at least one normalized time information, the at least one normalized time information may be sorted. And after the sorting, determining whether a preset condition is met, and if the preset condition is met, performing normalization.
If the current data set contains one piece of normalized time information, the end time corresponding to the normalized time information can be compared with the lease end time, and if the end time corresponding to the normalized time information is before the lease end time, the normalized time information is defined as the 1 st stage.
In addition, if the current data set includes at least two pieces of normalized time information, the determined ranking number corresponding to each piece of normalized time information may be used as the construction period corresponding to each piece of normalized time information.
It should be understood that the specific conditions corresponding to the preset conditions may be set according to actual requirements, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
For example, the preset conditions may include the following two conditions: the lease starting time is the same as the starting time corresponding to the first normalized time; for every two adjacent normalized time information, the end time corresponding to the former normalized time information is the same as the start time corresponding to the latter normalized time information.
It should be noted that, although the above is described with reference to the normalized time obtained by the formatting process, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the normalized time may also be extracted directly from the contract text, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
In order to facilitate understanding of the embodiments of the present application, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
Part of the contents in a certain contract text is' agreement between the first party and the second party, and the rent in the first period, namely, 9.1.2009-12.31.2009, is a Renminbi Lianwan Lianlan Yuan (266666 Yuan). Rent from 1 month and 1 day in 2010 to 12 months and 31 days in 2012 in the first three years is a Renminbi Bayangyuan complete (800000 Yuan/year), rent from 1 month and 1 day in 2013 to 12 months and 31 days in 2019 from the fourth year is increased by Renminbi Bayangyuan in each year, namely the Renminbi Bayangyuan complete (840000 Yuan/year) in each year, and the contract is terminated. None of the above rentals contain taxes. (area: 400 square meters) ", the result of normalizing the content of the portion is as follows:

Further, the money amount information includes money amount change information, the money amount change information includes change mode information, change width information, and change time information, the change time information includes change start time information, and the data conversion of the money amount related information is performed based on the normalization result, and the money amount information includes: determining the amount of money corresponding to the target time according to the change starting time information, wherein the target time is preset time before the time corresponding to the change starting time information; taking the amount corresponding to the target time as a reference amount; and determining normalized amount information corresponding to the amount change information according to the reference amount, the change mode information and the change amplitude information.
It should be understood that the preset time may be set according to actual requirements, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
For example, the preset time may be 1 hour, 1 day, or 1 week.
In order to facilitate understanding of the embodiments of the present application, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
In the case where the amount information includes amount change information, then the data may be obtained by a third preset decimation expression as in table 3 below, specifically:

It should be noted that, although table 3 only shows the case of "reduction, one year after another", it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the variation may be set to "reduction, one time use" and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.

And the sentences corresponding to the matched lines can be divided according to preset separators. And under the condition that the text block corresponding to the variation mode is determined, the text block corresponding to the variation mode is taken as an anchor point, the text block corresponding to the variation time is positioned forwards, and the text block corresponding to the variation amplitude is positioned backwards.
For example, if a part of a contract text is "2016, 6, 20 days, and the rent is increased by 8% year by year on the basis of the rent of the previous year", the characteristic corresponding to the variation mode is determined to be "increase, year by year" by way of the line number table 3. And the text block corresponding to the characteristic is taken as an anchor point, the text block corresponding to the forward positioning change time is taken as 2016 from 6 months to 20 days, and the text block corresponding to the backward positioning change range is taken as 8 percent.
It should also be understood that the correspondence of the preset separators may be set according to actual requirements, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto.
In addition, the change time can be obtained from the contract text according to a third preset extraction expression corresponding to the change time. And, the change time can be formatted according to the lease time.
It should be understood that the format of the change time information may be similar to the format of the time reference information, and the description is not repeated here.
In addition, when the change mode is "increase, decrease, or year by year", the amount of money corresponding to a preset time before the change start time corresponding to the current change time information may be used as the reference amount of money for the current change time information. Then, the corresponding normalized amount information can be calculated according to the variation range and the variation mode corresponding to the current variation time information.
For example, if the characteristics corresponding to the change pattern are "growth, year by year", the start time of the change time is 2016 year 6, month 20, and the change width is 8%, the amount of money corresponding to one day before 2016 year 6, month 20 can be set to 100 dollars as the reference amount of the current change time information. Then, on the basis of the reference amount, the corresponding normalized amount information can be calculated to be 108 yuan according to the variation range and the variation mode corresponding to the current variation time information.
In addition, in the case where the feature corresponding to the change pattern is "increase, one-time (or decrease, one-time)", the amount corresponding to the preset time before the change start time corresponding to the current change time information may be set as the reference amount of the current change time information. Then, the corresponding normalized amount information can be calculated according to the variation range and the variation mode corresponding to the current variation time information.
For example, if the change pattern is characterized by "decrease, year by year", the start time of the change time is 2017, 6, month, 20 and the change width is 10%, the amount of money of one day before 2017, 6, month, 20 can be set to 100 yuan as the reference amount of the current change time information. Then, on the basis of the reference amount, the corresponding normalized amount information can be calculated to be 90 yuan according to the variation range and the variation mode corresponding to the current variation time information.
In addition, when the feature corresponding to the change pattern is "unchanged", the amount corresponding to the preset time before the change start time corresponding to the current change time information may be used as the reference amount of the current change time information. Then, the amount information corresponding to the reference amount may be used as the normalized amount information corresponding to the current variation time information.
For example, when the feature corresponding to the change pattern is "unchanged" and the start time of the change time is 2017, 6, 20, the normalized amount information may be determined to be 100 dollars, with the amount of money 100 dollars one day before 2017, 6, 20, as the reference amount of the current change time information.
It should be noted that the variation time may also be split according to a preset rule, and the normalized amount may be calculated at each time after the splitting according to the corresponding variation mode and variation range.
For example, the division of the variation time may be made by year, so that the normalized amount may be calculated later by year.
To facilitate understanding of the manner in which the normalized amount is determined, the following description is given by way of specific examples.
If the content of a contract includes "from 2016, 6, 20 days, the rent is increased by 8% based on the rent of the previous year", then the result of normalization is as follows:
variation time: 2016-06-20 parts, 2017-06-19 parts;
the variation mode is as follows: increase, disposable;
variation width: 8 percent.
Therefore, according to the embodiment of the application, the contract text to be extracted is acquired, the contract text to be extracted includes the money amount related information, the money amount related information is extracted from the contract text to be extracted, and the money amount related information is normalized, so that the money amount related information in the contract can be formatted by performing normalization processing on the money amount related information, and convenience is provided for contract auditing.
It should be understood that the processing method of the contract text is only exemplary, and those skilled in the art can make various changes, modifications or variations according to the above method and also fall within the protection scope of the present application.
For example, while the operations of the methods of the present application are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the operations must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the illustrated operations must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Rather, the steps depicted in the flowcharts may change the order of execution. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a block diagram of a structure of an apparatus 200 for processing a contract text provided by an embodiment of the present application, it should be understood that the apparatus 200 corresponds to the above method embodiment and is capable of performing various steps related to the above method embodiment, specific functions of the apparatus 200 may be referred to the above description, and detailed descriptions are appropriately omitted herein to avoid repetition. The device 200 includes at least one software function module that can be stored in a memory in the form of software or firmware (firmware) or solidified in an Operating System (OS) of the device 200. Specifically, the apparatus 200 includes:
the obtaining module 210 is configured to obtain a contract text to be extracted, where the contract text to be extracted includes information related to an amount of money; the extraction module 220 is used for extracting the related information of the money amount from the contract text to be extracted; the processing module 230 is configured to perform normalization processing on the amount-related information.
In one possible embodiment, the amount-related information includes at least one of the following information: currency information, amount information, time information, tax information, money name information, total characteristic information, and unit amount information.
In one possible embodiment, the time information includes rental time information and time reference information, and the processing module 230 is further configured to: extracting time parameter information from the time reference information; and determining normalized time information corresponding to the time reference information by using the lease time information and the time parameter information.
In one possible embodiment, the time parameter information includes: time period information and/or time point information.
In a possible embodiment, the time information includes at least one normalized time information, and the processing module 230 is further configured to: sequencing at least one piece of normalized time information according to the sequence of the time corresponding to each piece of normalized time information from first to last in the at least one piece of normalized time information to obtain a sequencing serial number corresponding to each piece of normalized time information; and taking the sequencing serial number corresponding to each piece of normalized time information as the construction period corresponding to each piece of normalized time information.
In a possible embodiment, the amount information includes amount change information, the amount change information includes change mode information, change amplitude information, and change time information, the change time information includes change start time information, and the processing module 230 is further configured to: determining the amount of money corresponding to the target time according to the change starting time information, wherein the target time is preset time before the time corresponding to the change starting time information; taking the amount corresponding to the target time as a reference amount; and determining normalized amount information corresponding to the amount change information according to the reference amount, the change mode information and the change amplitude information.
In one possible embodiment, the tax information includes at least one of the following information: tax rate information, tax-containing attribute information, and tax type information.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working process of the apparatus described above may refer to the corresponding process in the foregoing method, and will not be described in too much detail herein.
Fig. 3 shows a block diagram of an electronic device 300 according to an embodiment of the present application. Electronic device 300 may include a processor 310, a communication interface 320, a memory 330, and at least one communication bus 340. Wherein the communication bus 340 is used for realizing direct connection communication of these components. The communication interface 320 in the embodiment of the present application is used for communicating signaling or data with other devices. The processor 310 may be an integrated circuit chip having signal processing capabilities. The Processor 310 may be a general-purpose Processor, and includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Network Processor (NP), and the like; but may also be a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf programmable gate array (FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components. The various methods, steps, and logic blocks disclosed in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented or performed. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor 310 may be any conventional processor or the like.
The Memory 330 may be, but is not limited to, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), an Erasable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), an electrically Erasable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), and the like. The memory 330 stores computer readable instructions, and when the computer readable instructions are executed by the processor 310, the electronic device 300 can perform the steps of the above method embodiments.
The electronic device 300 may further include a memory controller, an input-output unit, an audio unit, and a display unit.
The memory 330, the memory controller, the processor 310, the peripheral interface, the input/output unit, the audio unit, and the display unit are electrically connected to each other directly or indirectly to implement data transmission or interaction. For example, these elements may be electrically connected to each other via one or more communication buses 340. The processor 310 is used to execute the executable modules stored in the memory 330. Also, the electronic device 300 is configured to perform the following method: acquiring a contract text to be extracted, wherein the contract text to be extracted comprises money amount related information; extracting the amount-related information from the contract text to be extracted; and carrying out normalization processing on the money amount related information.
The input and output unit is used for providing input data for a user to realize the interaction of the user and the server (or the local terminal). The input/output unit may be, but is not limited to, a mouse, a keyboard, and the like.
The audio unit provides an audio interface to the user, which may include one or more microphones, one or more speakers, and audio circuitry.
The display unit provides an interactive interface (e.g. a user interface) between the electronic device and a user or for displaying image data to a user reference. In this embodiment, the display unit may be a liquid crystal display or a touch display. In the case of a touch display, the display can be a capacitive touch screen or a resistive touch screen, which supports single-point and multi-point touch operations. The support of single-point and multi-point touch operations means that the touch display can sense touch operations simultaneously generated from one or more positions on the touch display, and the sensed touch operations are sent to the processor for calculation and processing.
It will be appreciated that the configuration shown in fig. 3 is merely illustrative and that the electronic device 300 may include more or fewer components than shown in fig. 3 or may have a different configuration than shown in fig. 3. The components shown in fig. 3 may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination thereof.
The present application also provides a storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, which, when executed by a processor, performs the method of the method embodiments.
The present application also provides a computer program product which, when run on a computer, causes the computer to perform the method of the method embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. A method for processing a contract text is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a contract text to be extracted, wherein the contract text to be extracted comprises money amount related information;
extracting the amount-related information from the contract text to be extracted;
and carrying out normalization processing on the money amount related information.
2. The processing method according to claim 1, wherein the money amount-related information includes at least one of the following information: currency information, amount information, time information, tax information, money name information, total characteristic information, and unit amount information.
3. The processing method according to claim 2, wherein the time information includes rental time information and time reference information, and the normalizing the amount-related information includes:
extracting time parameter information from the time reference information;
and determining normalized time information corresponding to the time reference information by using the lease time information and the time parameter information.
4. The processing method according to claim 3, wherein the time parameter information comprises time period information and/or time point information.
5. The processing method according to claim 2, wherein the time information includes at least one piece of normalized time information, and the normalizing the amount-related information includes:
sequencing the at least one piece of normalized time information according to the sequence of the time corresponding to each piece of normalized time information from first to last in the at least one piece of normalized time information to obtain a sequencing serial number corresponding to each piece of normalized time information;
and taking the sequencing serial number corresponding to each normalized time information as the construction period corresponding to each normalized time information.
6. The processing method according to claim 2, wherein the money amount information includes money amount change information including change mode information, change width information, and change time information including change start time information, and the normalizing the money amount-related information includes:
determining the amount of money corresponding to target time according to the change starting time information, wherein the target time is preset time before the time corresponding to the change starting time information;
taking the amount corresponding to the target time as a reference amount;
