Claims (10)
1. A database establishing method of a transaction guarantee platform is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring transaction item information for providing support service, wherein the transaction item information comprises transaction item parameters and support types;
and establishing a matching relation between the transaction item parameters and the guarantee types, and establishing a database according to the matching relation.
2. The database establishment method of a transaction support platform according to claim 1, wherein the transaction support platform includes a setup interface, the setup interface includes a transaction item information upload port, and the transaction item information upload port has a preset format;
the database establishing method comprises the following specific steps:
when transaction item information is received from the transaction item information uploading port, performing word segmentation on the transaction item information according to the preset format to form a transaction item feature word string with a position sequence, wherein the position sequence corresponds to the table item information of the database;
similarity calculation is carried out on the transaction item feature word string and a feature word library of the table item information of the database, and the feature word with the highest similarity is recommended to the setting interface, wherein the table item information comprises transaction item parameters and guarantee types;
and when receiving confirmation information made by the setting interface based on the recommendation of the characteristic words, adding the recommended characteristic words to corresponding table item information in the database to form a transaction item record.
3. The database establishment method of a transaction assurance platform of claim 2, wherein the database establishment method comprises:
when modification information made by the setting interface based on recommendation of the feature words is received, storing the unmodified feature words in a first cache, performing similarity calculation on the modification information and the feature word library again, and recommending the feature words with the highest similarity to the setting interface again;
and when receiving confirmation information made by the setting interface based on the re-recommendation of the feature words, adding the re-recommended feature words and the feature words stored in the first cache to corresponding table information in the database to form a transaction item record.
4. The database establishment method of a transaction assurance platform of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the transaction item information includes a transaction item assurance contract, the transaction item assurance contract including information of the assurance type.
5. The database establishment method of a transaction assurance platform of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the assurance type includes at least one of a guarantee effect, a deposit fund, a refund, and a refund.
6. The database building method of a transaction assurance platform of claim 1, wherein the transaction item information is from any one or more of an input from a merchant while residing on a current platform, or a data injection from or data capture from a platform other than the current platform.
7. A database establishment device of a transaction assurance platform is characterized by comprising:
the information acquisition module is used for acquiring transaction item information for providing support service, wherein the transaction item information comprises transaction item parameters and support types;
and the matching module is used for establishing a matching relation between the transaction item parameters and the guarantee types and establishing a database according to the matching relation.
8. The database establishing device of the transaction support platform according to claim 7, wherein the transaction support platform comprises a setting interface, the setting interface comprises a transaction item information uploading port, and the transaction item information uploading port has a preset format;
the information acquisition module is specifically used for segmenting the transaction item information according to the preset format to form a transaction item feature word string with a position sequence when the transaction item information is received from the transaction item information uploading port, wherein the position sequence corresponds to the table item information of the database;
similarity calculation is carried out on the transaction item feature word string and a feature word library of the table item information of the database, and the feature word with the highest similarity is recommended to the setting interface, wherein the table item information comprises transaction item parameters and guarantee types;
the matching module is specifically configured to, when receiving confirmation information made by the setting interface based on recommendation of the feature words, add the recommended feature words to corresponding entry information in the database to form a transaction item record.
9. The database building apparatus of a transaction assurance platform of claim 8, wherein the matching module includes a modification unit and a matching unit;
the modifying unit is used for storing unmodified feature words in a first cache when modifying information based on recommendation of the feature words in the setting interface is received, carrying out similarity calculation on the modifying information and the feature word library again, and recommending the feature words with the highest similarity to the setting interface again;
and the matching unit is used for adding the re-recommended characteristic words and the characteristic words stored in the first cache to corresponding table item information in the database to form a transaction item record when receiving confirmation information made by the re-recommendation of the characteristic words based on the setting interface.
10. The database building apparatus of a transaction assurance platform of claim 8, further comprising an external information import module for refining entries in the database by receiving merchant offers, manual additions, searches in the internet, or imports from external data sources.
