That is, the processor or the electronic device may implement the network registration method provided by the embodiment of the present invention by running the software program in the android operating system.
The network registration method according to the embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to fig. 2. Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a network registration method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the network registration method includes steps S201 to S205:
s201, the first electronic device sends a data request instruction to the second electronic device.
The data request instruction is used for requesting user identification data corresponding to a communication module in the second electronic device.
Optionally, the communication module in the embodiment of the present invention may be a SIM card or an Embedded-chip subscriber identity module (eSIM) card.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, a baseband chip for reading a SIM card may be configured in each of the first electronic device and the second electronic device.
For example, the first electronic device may be a cell phone configured with a SIM card and the second electronic device may be a watch configured with an eSIM card.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, a SIM card may be installed in the first electronic device, or the first electronic device may not be installed with the SIM card.
For example, the data request command may be an Answer To Reset (ATR) command and an Application Protocol Data Unit (APDU) command for accessing the SIM card.
S202, the second electronic device receives a data request instruction sent by the first electronic device.
Specifically, after receiving the data request instruction sent by the first electronic device, the second electronic device may transmit the data request instruction to a communication module in the second electronic device.
S203, the second electronic device sends the user identification data to the first electronic device according to the data request instruction.
The second electronic device sends the user identification data corresponding to the communication module in the second electronic device to the first electronic device, so that the first electronic device can register in the target network by using the user identification data.
Specifically, after the communication module in the second electronic device receives the data request instruction, the communication module in the second electronic device may respond to the data request instruction sent by the first electronic device, and send the user identification data corresponding to the communication module to the first electronic device through the second electronic device.
It should be noted that the target network is a network subscribed by the user identification data corresponding to the communication module in the second electronic device, for example, if the eSIM card in the second electronic device is subscribed by the first operator, the target network is a network provided by the first operator.
S204, the first electronic equipment receives user identification data sent by the second electronic equipment.
S205, the first electronic device registers in the target network by using the user identification data sent by the second electronic device.
It should be noted that, when the first electronic device adopts the user identification data corresponding to the communication module of the second electronic device to register successfully in the target network, the second electronic device is in the offline state.
It should be noted that, after the first electronic device successfully registers in the target network by using the user identification data sent by the second electronic device, the first electronic device may perform communication services, such as receiving/making a call, receiving/sending a short message, downloading/uploading data, and the like.
Optionally, two modes, namely an "exclusive mode" and a "shared mode", may be configured in the first electronic device. If the first electronic device is a mobile phone, the "exclusive mode" may also be referred to as a "mobile phone only mode". In the "exclusive mode", after the second electronic device shares the user identification data in the communication module of the second electronic device with the first electronic device, if an incoming call, a short message, or the like is received by the first electronic device, the first electronic device may display the incoming call, the short message, or the like only in the first electronic device, and the user may make and receive calls, check the short message, or the like on the first electronic device, or certainly, the user may use the first electronic device to perform other data services. In the "sharing mode", after receiving the incoming call or the short message, the first electronic device may send the incoming call, the short message, and the like to the second electronic device, and the user may process the incoming call, the short message, and the like on the first electronic device or the second electronic device.
For example, in the sharing mode, if the first electronic device receives an incoming call, the first electronic device sends an incoming call notification message to the second electronic device to notify the second electronic device of the incoming call message. The second electronic device can display the incoming call information after receiving the incoming call notification information. The user can process the incoming message on the second electronic device, e.g. answer or hang up. The second electronic device may notify the first electronic device to trigger an answer or hang up after receiving the input of the user. For example, after receiving the indication information indicating that the second electronic device hangs up, the first electronic device may control the first electronic device to hang up the incoming call.
In the network registration method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the first electronic device may send a data request instruction to the second electronic device to obtain the user identification data corresponding to the communication module in the second electronic device, the second electronic device may send the user identification data to the first electronic device after receiving the data request instruction sent by the first electronic device, and the first electronic device may perform network registration in the target network according to the user identification data after receiving the user identification data sent by the second electronic device, so that the first electronic device may use the service of the target network, such as internet access, call receiving and sending, short message receiving and the like, registered by using the user identification data corresponding to the communication module of the second electronic device. By adopting the network registration method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first electronic device can use the user identification data corresponding to the communication module in the second electronic device to register in the target network under the condition that account arrearages, communication module damages and the like corresponding to the user identification data corresponding to the communication module in the first electronic device cannot be used, so that the first electronic device can normally perform communication services. Under the condition that the first electronic device is a mobile phone and the second electronic device is a watch, the user identification data corresponding to the SIM card or the eSIM card in the watch can be sent to the mobile phone, so that the content which is inconvenient to operate or cannot be operated by the user on the watch can be transferred to the mobile phone, and the user operation is more convenient.
Optionally, before the above S201, the network registration method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following S206.
S206, the first electronic device and the second electronic device establish Bluetooth connection.
Generally, a user may manually control the first electronic device and the second electronic device to establish a bluetooth connection.
For example, the mobile phone may use user identification data corresponding to an eSIM card in a watch, the function may be referred to as a "remote eSIM card", a user may manually enable the "remote eSIM card" in an interface of the mobile phone, a process of starting data sharing by the mobile phone is triggered, the mobile phone first determines whether a bluetooth function is turned on, and if the bluetooth function is not turned on, the first electronic device may first enable the bluetooth function. Then the user controls the mobile phone and the watch to carry out Bluetooth pairing and establish Bluetooth connection.
Optionally, the first electronic device may further establish other wireless connections with the second electronic device, for example, establish a wireless connection through WiFi, internet of things, infrared and other incoming communications.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, S201 may specifically be executed by S201 a:
s201a, after the bluetooth connection is established between the first electronic device and the second electronic device, the first electronic device sends a data request instruction to the second electronic device.
Specifically, the first electronic device may send a data request instruction to the second electronic device based on the bluetooth connection.
Accordingly, in the embodiment of the present invention, in the case where S201 is performed by S201a, the above-mentioned S202 may be performed by the following S202 a:
s202a, after the Bluetooth connection is established between the first electronic device and the second electronic device, the second electronic device receives a data request instruction sent by the first electronic device.
Based on the scheme, the first electronic device and the second electronic device can establish Bluetooth connection first, and then the first electronic device and the second electronic device can transmit data based on the Bluetooth connection, so that a user can conveniently and quickly share data.
Optionally, after the foregoing S206, the network registration method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following S207:
s207, the first electronic device and the second electronic device establish a logic channel based on Bluetooth connection.
The logical channel can be used for the first electronic device and the second electronic device to transmit data.
For example, if the first electronic device needs to use user data corresponding to the eSIM card of the second electronic device, the logical channel may be referred to as a remote eSIM card access channel between the first electronic device and the second electronic device.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the above S201a may be executed through the following S201 b:
s201b, after the bluetooth connection is established between the first electronic device and the second electronic device, the first electronic device sends a data request instruction to the second electronic device through a logical channel established based on the bluetooth connection.
Accordingly, in the embodiment of the present invention, in the case where S201a is performed through S201b, S203a described above may be performed through S203b described below:
s203b, after the bluetooth connection is established between the first electronic device and the second electronic device, the second electronic device sends the user identity device data to the first electronic device through the logical channel established based on the bluetooth connection.
It should be noted that, after the logical channel is established, the baseband chip of the first electronic device may control a User Identity Module (UIM) to be mapped onto the logical channel, and the baseband chip of the first electronic device may send an atr instruction and an apdu instruction of an access SIM card (or eSIM card) to a SIM card (or eSIM card) of a remote second electronic device through the logical channel, and after the SIM card (or eSIM card) of the second electronic device receives the instruction of the access card, the second electronic device may send user identification data to the baseband chip of the first electronic device through the logical channel in response to the instruction. After receiving the user identification data, the first electronic device may be triggered to perform network registration.
That is, the baseband chip in the first electronic device is originally used for accessing the communication module of the first electronic device, and after the bluetooth connection is established, the baseband chip can be used for accessing the communication module of the second electronic device.
Based on the scheme, the first electronic device can establish a more secure data transmission channel with the second electronic device based on the Bluetooth connection, for example, a logical channel is established. After the logical channel is established, the first electronic device may send and receive data with the second electronic device through the logical channel, specifically, the first electronic device may send a data request instruction to the second electronic device based on the logical channel, and the second electronic device may send user identity device data to the first electronic device based on the logical channel.
Optionally, before the foregoing S201, the network registration method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following S208 to S209.
S208, the first electronic device sends a notification message to the second electronic device.
The notification message is used for notifying the second electronic device to share the user identification data corresponding to the communication module in the second electronic device.
S209, the second electronic device receives the notification message sent by the first electronic device.
It is understood that in the case where the first electronic device transmits the notification message to the second electronic device based on the bluetooth connection, the second electronic device may receive the notification message transmitted by the first electronic device based on the bluetooth connection.
Optionally, after the bluetooth connection is established, the first electronic device and the second electronic device may send a notification message to the second electronic device through a private communication protocol, where the private protocol may include a format of data transmission, a rate of data transmission, and the like.
Optionally, in the network registration method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, after the above S209, the following S210 and S211 may also be included:
s210, the second electronic equipment performs deregistration in the target network.
Specifically, after receiving the notification message sent by the first electronic device, the second electronic device may control a baseband chip in the second electronic device to disconnect from the eSIM card, so that the second electronic device performs deregistration in the target network.
S211, the second electronic device sends a feedback message to the first electronic device.
The feedback message is used for indicating the second electronic device to share the user identification data corresponding to the communication module in the second electronic device to the first electronic device.
Based on the scheme, the first electronic device may first send a notification message to the second electronic device to notify the second electronic device to share the user identification data corresponding to the communication module in the second electronic device, when the second electronic device needs to share the user identification data corresponding to the communication module in the second electronic device; after receiving the notification message, if the second electronic device can share the user identification data, the second electronic device may send a feedback message to the first electronic device to notify that the first electronic device can share the user identification data corresponding to the communication module in the second electronic device. By using the method, the security authentication can be performed, so that the data sharing is safer.
Optionally, after the above S205, the network registration method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include the following S212 and S213:
s212, after the Bluetooth connection with the second electronic device is disconnected, the first electronic device performs deregistration in the target network.
It is understood that if the first electronic device deregisters in the target network, the first electronic device may be disconnected from the target network.
It should be noted that, after the bluetooth connection is disconnected between the first electronic device and the second electronic device, the first electronic device and the second electronic device may disconnect the logical channel.
Optionally, if the first electronic device includes the communication module, after the bluetooth connection is disconnected between the first electronic device and the second electronic device, the first electronic device registers in the first network by using the user identification data corresponding to the communication module of the first electronic device.
S213, after the bluetooth connection is disconnected between the first electronic device and the second electronic device, the second electronic device registers in the target network.
It should be noted that, because the bluetooth connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device is broken due to the long distance, the above-mentioned S212 and S213 may be performed. If the first electronic device and the second electronic device are close to bluetooth again and reconnect, the first electronic device may perform the above S201 to S205 again.
Based on the scheme, if the bluetooth connection between the first electronic device and the second electronic device is disconnected, the first electronic device performs deregistration in the target network, and the second electronic device performs registration in the target network, that is, the first electronic device does not continue to use the service of the target network corresponding to the user identification data corresponding to the communication module of the second electronic device, and the second electronic device reselects to register in the target network and continues to use the service of the target network.
