A vehicle authorized dispatch system for vehicle dispatch, characterized by: the system comprises a vehicle authorized scheduling service platform, a client terminal, a vehicle terminal and a vehicle authorized scheduling service terminal, wherein the vehicle authorized scheduling service platform, the client terminal, the vehicle terminal and the vehicle authorized scheduling service terminal are interconnected to establish communication connection; the vehicle authorized dispatching service platform comprises vehicle dispatching application software installed on the client terminal and a background server used for establishing communication service for the client terminal and the vehicle terminal; the vehicle authorized dispatching service terminal establishes communication connection with the vehicle authorized dispatching service platform, the client terminal and the vehicle terminal; and the user sends a vehicle dispatching service demand signal to the background server through vehicle dispatching application software installed on the client terminal, and the background server converts the vehicle dispatching demand signal into a vehicle dispatching instruction and sends the vehicle dispatching instruction to the vehicle authorized dispatching service terminal.

The vehicle authority scheduling system of claim 1, wherein: the vehicle terminal comprises a vehicle-mounted control module for controlling starting, stopping and moving of the vehicle, and the vehicle-mounted control module is in communication with the client terminal and the vehicle authorization scheduling service platform in an interconnected mode.

The vehicle authority scheduling system of claim 2, wherein: the vehicle authorized scheduling service platform further comprises a remote control center, and the remote control center is connected with the vehicle-mounted control module; the user sends vehicle scheduling information to the vehicle authorized scheduling service platform, a remote control center of the vehicle authorized scheduling service platform receives the vehicle scheduling information and sends the vehicle scheduling information to the vehicle-mounted control module, and the vehicle-mounted control module realizes vehicle movement control.

The vehicle authority scheduling system of claim 2, wherein: the vehicle terminal further comprises a vehicle-mounted system and a video module, wherein the vehicle-mounted system is connected with the video module which is arranged on the vehicle and can display the surrounding environment of the vehicle in real time in 360 degrees, and is used for transmitting video signals to the remote control center in real time.

The vehicle authority scheduling system of claim 1, wherein: the vehicle terminal is provided with a vehicle-mounted communication module and a positioning module which are in communication connection with the vehicle authorized dispatching service platform, the vehicle-mounted communication module is connected with the positioning module, and the vehicle sends a positioning signal of the vehicle to the vehicle authorized dispatching service platform through the vehicle-mounted communication module.

A vehicle authority scheduling system according to claims 2 and 5, wherein: the vehicle-mounted communication module is interconnected with the vehicle-mounted control module, and the vehicle authorized scheduling service terminal is connected with the vehicle-mounted communication module; the user sends a vehicle authorization control signal to the background server through the client terminal, the background server receives the vehicle authorization control signal and forms a vehicle authorization control command to be sent to the vehicle authorization scheduling service terminal and the vehicle-mounted communication module, the vehicle authorization scheduling service terminal establishes decoding communication with the vehicle-mounted communication module, and after the decoding verification is passed, the vehicle authorization scheduling service terminal controls the vehicle to start, stop and move by controlling the vehicle-mounted control module connected with the vehicle-mounted communication module.

The vehicle authority scheduling system of claim 5, wherein: the vehicle terminal also comprises an unlocking module, the vehicle-mounted communication module is interconnected with the unlocking module, and the vehicle authorized scheduling service terminal is connected with the vehicle-mounted communication module; the user sends a vehicle authorization key to the background server through the client terminal, the background server receives the vehicle authorization key and sends the vehicle authorization key to the vehicle authorization scheduling service terminal, and the vehicle authorization scheduling service terminal receives a vehicle authorization key signal and communicates with the vehicle-mounted communication module through the vehicle authorization key signal to unlock a target vehicle.

10. A vehicle authority scheduling method comprising a vehicle authority scheduling system according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
s1: a user submits a vehicle dispatching service requirement through vehicle dispatching application software installed on the client terminal;
s2: the vehicle authorized scheduling service platform acquires vehicle positioning information through a vehicle positioning module arranged on the vehicle terminal;
s3: the vehicle authorized dispatching service platform sends a vehicle dispatching signal to the vehicle authorized dispatching service terminal through the background server, and the vehicle authorized dispatching service terminal moves the vehicle to a target parking space to realize vehicle dispatching operation.
