In the description of the embodiments of the present application, "a plurality" means two or more, and in view of this, the "plurality" may also be understood as "at least two" in the embodiments of the present application. "at least one" is to be understood as meaning one or more, for example one, two or more. For example, including at least one means including one, two, or more, and does not limit which ones are included, for example, including at least one of A, B and C, then including may be A, B, C, A and B, A and C, B and C, or a and B and C. "and/or" describes the association relationship of the associated objects, meaning that there may be three relationships, e.g., a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" generally indicates that the preceding and following related objects are in an "or" relationship, unless otherwise specified. Unless stated to the contrary, the embodiments of the present application refer to the ordinal numbers "first", "second", etc., for distinguishing between a plurality of objects, and do not limit the sequence, timing, priority, or importance of the plurality of objects.

The mobile communication module 151 may include at least one filter, a switch, a power amplifier, a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), and the like. The mobile communication module 151 may receive electromagnetic waves from the antenna 1, filter, amplify, etc. the received electromagnetic waves, and transmit the electromagnetic waves to the modem processor for demodulation. The mobile communication module 151 may also amplify the signal modulated by the modem processor, and convert the signal into electromagnetic wave through the antenna 1 to radiate the electromagnetic wave. In some embodiments, at least some of the functional modules of the mobile communication module 151 may be provided in the processor 110. In some embodiments, at least some of the functional modules of the mobile communication module 151 may be disposed in the same device as at least some of the modules of the processor 110.
The modem processor may include a modulator and a demodulator. The modulator is used for modulating a low-frequency baseband signal to be transmitted into a medium-high frequency signal. The demodulator is used for demodulating the received electromagnetic wave signal into a low-frequency baseband signal. The demodulator then passes the demodulated low frequency baseband signal to a baseband processor for processing. The low frequency baseband signal is processed by the baseband processor and then transferred to the application processor. The application processor outputs a sound signal through an audio device (not limited to the speaker 170A, the receiver 170B, etc.) or displays an image or video through the display screen 194. In some embodiments, the modem processor may be a stand-alone device. In other embodiments, the modem processor may be provided in the same device as the mobile communication module 151 or other functional modules, independent of the processor 110.

The operation of the prior art mail application is described below.
An electronic mail is a communication mode which is commonly used at present, and a user can realize the function of receiving and sending the electronic mail by installing a mail application on electronic equipment. Referring to fig. 2(a), a diagram of one example of a display interface for an inbox of a mail application. In fig. 2(a), a plurality of emails are sequentially displayed according to the time sequence of receiving the emails, each email shows a sender, a subject, a partial text and a receiving time, for example, the first email in the inbox is the latest email received, the sender is zhang, the subject is for asking to check and receive relevant information of the XX item, and the partial text is: queen worker, hello, annex is the related data of the XX project, please check and collect! On the right side of the email, the receiving time of the email is shown as 2019, 9, month 1. The user may view the email by clicking on the display area corresponding to the email. If the sensor module 180 of the electronic device 100 does not detect the click operation of the user on the email, the email may be characterized as being in an unread state by blackening the relevant display content of the email (in fig. 2(a), for example, the email is in an unread state), and after the user views the email, the blackening process on the email may be removed to characterize the email as being in a read state (for example, all other emails after the first email are in a read state in fig. 2 (a)).
When the sensor module 180 of the electronic device 100 detects a click operation of the user and the processor 110 determines that the position corresponding to the click operation is located in the display area corresponding to the email, the text of the email is displayed on the display screen 194 of the electronic device 100, as shown in fig. 2 (b). In fig. 2(b), the operation keys for the e-mail, for example, a reply key, a reply all key, and a forward key, are included below the body of the e-mail. When the sensor module 180 detects a touch operation of the user on the display screen 194 and the processor 110 determines that the touch position corresponding to the touch operation is the display area corresponding to the forwarding key, a forwarding interface for the email is displayed, as shown in fig. 2 (c). The user can realize the forwarding operation of the e-mail by filling in the receiver.
At present, the forwarding operation of the e-mail can only process a single e-mail, for example, a certain e-mail is forwarded to other people, or a certain e-mail is replied, and the batch operation cannot be simultaneously performed on multiple e-mails. For example, if multiple emails of different users for the same event are received, the user can only reply to each email separately, or when the user needs to forward multiple different emails to other users, the user needs to perform a forwarding operation on each email, which is visible and complicated.
Based on the above problem, the embodiment of the present application provides a method for email merging, as shown in fig. 3, where the method may be applied to the electronic device shown in fig. 1 or similar to the functional structure of fig. 1, that is, the method may be executed by each hardware part in the electronic device in combination with a corresponding software program, and includes the following specific steps:
and S301, displaying the first interface.
The first interface comprises at least one application window of at least one application, the at least one application comprises a first application, and the application window of the first application occupies a first display area of the first interface. That is, the display screen 194 of the electronic device 100 may simultaneously display application windows of a plurality of applications, which may be understood as split-screen display, or only one application window of one application may be displayed on the display screen 194, and if only one application window of one application is displayed, the application is the first application. For convenience of explanation, the application window of only one application is displayed on the display screen 194 in the following description.
In some embodiments, the first interface may occupy all of the display area of the display screen 194 that may be used to display the application window.
As an example, the first interface may fill the display screen 194 (i.e., fill the entire display area of the display screen), in which case the status bar (the area for displaying information such as signal strength, operator identification, battery level, etc.) and the navigation bar (the area for displaying the home key, the return key, and the multitasking key) may not be displayed on the display screen. It should be noted that only the status bar is shown in the schematic diagram shown in fig. 2, and the navigation bar is not shown. In some examples, both the status bar and the navigation bar may be hidden, or the navigation bar may not be provided. Therefore, under the condition that the status bar is hidden on the display screen, the navigation bar is not provided or the navigation bar is hidden, the first interface is displayed in the whole display area of the display screen of the electronic device, namely the first interface occupies the display area where the status bar and the navigation bar are located.
As another example, the first interface may fill all of the display area except for the status bar. That is, in the case where no navigation bar is provided on the display screen of the electronic device or the navigation bar is hidden, the first interface may be displayed in the entire display area except for the status bar, as shown in fig. 2.
Of course, the first interface may also have other display manners, for example, the display screen 194 may include some elements that cannot be covered, such as a floating ball, and the like, and these elements may be displayed in a transparent manner, which is not limited herein.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the first application may be an application capable of sending and receiving an email, for example, a mail application, or may also be a chat application with a function of sending and receiving an email, for example, software such as a nail or a welink, and is not limited herein. If the first application is a chat application with a function of sending and receiving mails, the first interface is an interface after the function of sending and receiving mails of the first application is opened through touch operation, or in the chat application with the function of sending and receiving mails, the mails can be directly forwarded to a chat window, and the first interface can also be the chat window comprising the mails. If the first application is a mail application, the first interface is a main interface of the first application. For convenience of explanation, the first application is taken as a mail application as an example hereinafter.
As an example, the first interface may be as shown in fig. 2(a), and is not described herein again.
As another example, when the mail application receives any electronic mail, the processor 110 of the electronic device 100 may parse the received electronic mail according to a storage format of the received electronic mail, for example, a Multipurpose Internet Mail Extension (MIME) protocol storage format, an internet electronic mail (internet email) storage format, or a nodes storage format, to obtain feature information of the electronic mail, where the feature information at least includes information such as a sender information field, a recipient information field, a subject field, a sending time, a receiving time, a body, and an attachment, and store the information in an external memory in communication with the electronic device 100 through the external memory interface 120. For example, attachments or a body with a large data amount (for example, a body with a data amount greater than or equal to 20 Kilobytes (KB)) in an email may be stored in a file form, and a storage path of each attachment and the body with the large data amount is recorded; while other information may be stored in the form of a database. In this way, the main interface displayed by the mail application can be displayed in a sorted manner according to different fields. For example, the information of the addressees is sequentially sorted and displayed according to the addressee information, and the addressee information is Zhang three, Li four, Zhao nine, Wang five and Li sir respectively, the information of the addressees is sorted according to the initial letters, the Li four, Li sir, Wang five, Zhang three and Zhao nine, so that the interface shown in fig. 4(a) is obtained, and the e-mail is displayed according to the sorting of the addressees. Alternatively, the display may also be sorted according to other information, for example, the keywords in the subject field or the initials of the keywords are sorted, for example, the keyword in the subject field sent by zhang san is "XX item", and the keyword in the subject field of the email sent by wang wu is "leave", so that the email of wang wu is displayed before the email sent by zhang san, and the display interface shown in fig. 4(b) is obtained.
For another display mode of the first interface, reference may be made to fig. 4(a) and fig. 4(b), which are not examples.
S302, receiving a first operation input by a user, wherein the first operation is a preset operation, and the preset operation is used for triggering and displaying a window for merging and forwarding the e-mail.
As an example, the preset operation may be a sliding operation in the first interface, for example, may be an operation of sliding along a lower edge of the display screen to an upper side of the display screen, as shown in fig. 5 (a). For another example, the preset operation may be a sliding operation with a certain pressure, and the like, from right to left/left to right/top to bottom/bottom to top, which are not examples herein. As another example, the preset operation may also be an operation of stopping a display area corresponding to any email without an interval or holding the display area for a preset time length, as shown in fig. 6 (a). As another example, the preset operation may also be an operation of clicking any email, as shown in fig. 7 (a).
As another example, in order to facilitate the user to find the email which is to be merged and forwarded quickly, the user may perform a search operation on the email before performing the preset operation, for example, as shown in fig. 8(a), there is a search window at the top of the first interface, the user clicks the search window, so that a search interface as shown in fig. 8(b) is displayed on the display screen 194, different types of search fields may be displayed in the search interface, for example, a search is performed according to the recipient, a search is performed according to the sender, etc., the search interface may select the subject search field by default, the user may adjust according to the use requirement, then, when the user inputs a search keyword, the electronic device searches for the email whose subject includes the keyword from the database and/or the text database, and then, the search result is displayed on the display screen 194, the display interface shown in fig. 8(c) is obtained, and then, the user may perform the preset operation on the display interface shown in fig. 8(c), for example, perform a long-press operation on the display area corresponding to any email in the search result.
The first operation may also be in other forms in the present application, which are not exemplified herein.
S303, responding to the first operation, displaying a window for merging and forwarding the e-mail, wherein the window for merging and forwarding the e-mail comprises a control for merging and forwarding.
When the electronic device detects the first operation, a window for merging and forwarding the e-mail is displayed in the display screen 194, where the window may be as shown in fig. 5(b), 6(b), 7(b), and 8(d), and the window may be displayed at the side of the display screen 194, for example, at the lower side of the display screen in fig. 5(b), at the left side of the display screen in fig. 6(b), and at the right side of the display screen in fig. 7(b), and of course, the window may also be a pop-up window displayed in the central area of the display screen, as shown in fig. 8 (d). The window includes various operations that can be performed on the e-mail, such as a delete operation, a reply operation, a forward operation, a merge-forward operation, and the like.
S304, receiving a second operation input by the user on the window for merging and forwarding the e-mail, wherein the second operation is used for triggering the operation for merging and forwarding the e-mail.
The second operation may be a click operation performed by the user on a display area corresponding to the merge-and-forward operation in the window for merge-and-forward of the email. As shown in fig. 5(c), 6(c), 7(c) and 8 (e). Of course, other operations may be also possible, for example, an input operation such as a voice input, a gesture input, or a shaking device may be used, which is not limited herein.
S305, responding to the second operation, and displaying a fifth interface, wherein the fifth interface is used for selecting the e-mails to be combined.
After the electronic device receives the second operation, it is determined that the user needs to perform the operation of merging and forwarding the e-mails, and the merging of the e-mails needs at least two e-mails, so that an interface for selecting the e-mails to be merged is displayed on the display screen 194.
Prompt information can be included in the fifth interface and used for prompting the user to perform selection operation of the e-mail. In order to facilitate the user to select the e-mails, a selection box can be arranged in front of all the e-mails displayed in the first interface, and in addition, a status bar can be arranged above the prompt message, and the status bar can comprise a cancel control and a confirm control. Referring to fig. 5(d), since the subsequent steps in fig. 6 to 8 are similar to fig. 5, the description is omitted here, and the subsequent steps will be described below by taking fig. 5 as an example.
S306, receiving selection operation input by a user.
If the user clicks the display area corresponding to a certain email, the email is represented as an email to be merged, so that after the electronic equipment receives the click operation of the user on the certain email, a check square pattern is displayed in a selection frame in front of the email, or the selection frame is filled in. For example, in fig. 5(d), the user selects the first email and the second email as the emails to be merged, when the user selection is completed, the determination control in the fifth interface may be clicked, and when the electronic device receives a click operation of the determination control by the user, the electronic device determines that the user has determined the emails to be merged.
S307, responding to the selection operation, performing merging operation on the e-mails to be merged, and displaying a second interface, wherein the second interface is used for displaying the merged e-mails.
And after the electronic equipment determines the e-mails to be combined, combining the e-mails to be combined according to the information of each e-mail. The sending of the e-mail needs to include sender information, a subject, and a body, and optionally, may further include Carbon Copy (CC) or Blind Carbon Copy (BCC), and a combining manner of these information is described below.
Aiming at the recipient information, under the scene of combining and forwarding, the recipient information of the original mail can still be used as the recipient information of the combined mail. The following describes a manner of merging recipient information.
First, a processor of the electronic device may obtain recipient information of each electronic mail to be merged, and perform deduplication processing, that is, for a mail address corresponding to each piece of recipient information, according to a mail address standard protocol, for example, request for comments (RFC) files (e.g., RFC5321, RFC5322, and related extensions RFC 6531), a local part (local-part) and a domain name (domain) of each mail address are extracted as Identifiers (IDs) corresponding to the mail address, and if a plurality of IDs are the same, one of the IDs with the most complete information is reserved, and other duplicate IDs are deleted, so as to generate a recipient information list.
In the second example, if the electronic device receives an email every time, the received email is analyzed to obtain and store information such as a sender information field, a recipient information field, a subject field, sending time, receiving time, a body, an attachment and the like of the email, the electronic device may obtain recipient information of each email to be merged from a database and/or a text library according to identification information of the email to be merged, and then perform deduplication processing on the recipient information of multiple emails to be merged (the specific process is similar to the corresponding content in the first example), so as to generate a recipient information list.
It should be noted that, if each email further includes a CC field or a BCC field, the two fields are also processed in the same manner, so as to obtain a carbon copy list and a carbon copy list, which are not described herein again.
For the subject, the key words of the subject in each email to be combined can be extracted, the key words of the subjects of a plurality of emails are obtained, and repeated key words, namely the subject of the email after combination, are deleted. For example, the emails to be merged are the first email and the second email in fig. 5(a), the keywords of the subject of the first email are "XX item" and "data of the first stage", the keywords of the subject of the second email are "XX item" and "data of the second stage", and then the subject of the merged email is "XX item data of the first stage and data of the second stage". Or, the subjects of each email may be directly spliced, for example, the emails to be merged are the first email and the second email in fig. 5(a), and then the subject of the merged email "please check the data of the second stage of the XX item" and "please check the data of the first stage of the XX item". Of course, other ways of merging topics may be used, not just examples.
Aiming at the text, the text template can be defined in an html/css mode, or a plaintext template, the text of each electronic mail to be combined is typeset, then the typesetting content of each electronic mail to be combined can be added to the end of the typesetting content of the last electronic mail according to the sequence of receiving time until all the electronic mails to be combined are spliced.
And for other information in the e-mail, such as attachments and the like, listing all attachments in the e-mail to be merged as attachments of the merged e-mail. And then filling the generated recipient information list in the recipient information field, filling the generated carbon copy person information list in the carbon copy person information field, and filling the generated secret carbon copy person information list in the secret carbon copy person information field, thereby obtaining the combined e-mail, and displaying the combined e-mail on a third interface.
As shown in fig. 5(e), the recipients of the first email are "wangxiaoer @ xx.com", the recipients of the second email are "wangxiaoer @ xx.com" and "lisir @ xx.com", and then the merged recipient information is "wangxiaoer @ xx.com" and "lisir @ xx.com". The method comprises the steps that a first electronic mail is copied as "lisiz @ XX.com" and "zhaojiu @ XX.com", a second electronic mail is copied as "wangwu @ XX.com" and "zhangsan @ XX.com", so that combined copied person information of "lisiz @ XX.com", "zhaojiu @ XX.com", "wangwu @ XX.com" and "zhangsan @ XX.com" is obtained, the copied persons can be folded for the convenience of a user to check due to the fact that the number of the copied persons is large, an "expansion" control is added after the copied person information is copied, and all copied person information is expanded after the user clicks the "expansion" control. The subject of the merged e-mail is "XX project data of the first stage and data of the second stage", the text is obtained by splicing the texts of the two e-mails, for simplifying the description, the text of the merged e-mail is shown in fig. 5(e), and the specific content of the text is not described. Note that the secret copy feed is not included in fig. 5 (e).
In addition, in the second interface, the displayed contents of the merged e-mail are all in an editable state, for example, a user may delete part of recipients or part of transcription persons in the recipient information, or may modify a subject or modify a text, etc., as required. In the second interface, a cancel control and a send control may be further included, if the user does not need to merge and forward the email, the user may click the cancel control, and if the user confirms that the merged email is correct, the user may click the send control to send the merged email.
S308, receiving the confirmation sending operation of the user, responding to the confirmation sending operation, and sending the combined e-mail.
And when the electronic equipment receives the clicking operation of the user in the display area corresponding to the sending control, sending the combined electronic mail to a receiver and a transcriber in the combined electronic mail.
The mode of sending the combined e-mail by the electronic equipment may be batch sending, that is, sending the combined e-mail to a plurality of senders and a plurality of transcribers at the same time. Alternatively, the combined e-mail may be sent a plurality of times in order of the plurality of senders and the plurality of transcribers, and only one of the plurality of senders and the plurality of transcribers may be used as a receiver of the e-mail for each sending. Alternatively, the merged email may be sent multiple times, and a part of the senders or a part of the transcribers (for example, two recipients or two transcribers) may be used as the recipients of the email in each sending.
Or, the electronic device may create a group according to the information of the recipient and the transcriber in the combined email, for example, the recipient information and the transcriber information may be a mail address, and the mail address may be associated with the ID of the user, the electronic device may determine the user ID of the recipient and the user ID of the transcriber according to the mail address, then create a group according to the obtained user ID, and display the group on a fourth interface, as shown in fig. 8(f), the third interface may be in the form of a chat window, and then send the combined email to the fourth interface, for example, send a bubble message in the chat window with the user ID corresponding to the electronic device (i.e., "user a" in fig. 8 (f)), the bubble message showing part of the information of the combined email (e.g., only showing the subject), and a member is displayed at the upper right corner of the fourth interface, wherein the member comprises user IDs corresponding to the receiver and the carbon copy, the member can be checked when the '+' is clicked, and the combined email can be opened for checking when the email is clicked by the user.
In the embodiment of the present application, the transmission method is not limited.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 3, after the user selects a plurality of emails to be merged, the electronic device automatically merges the plurality of emails according to a preset rule. In other embodiments, the electronic device may also be incorporated according to a selection operation of the user. Referring to fig. 9, a flowchart of another example of a method for email merging provided in the embodiment of the present application is shown, which includes the following specific steps:
and S901, displaying a first interface.
Step S901 is similar to step S301, and will not be described herein again. In the embodiment shown in fig. 9, taking fig. 10 as an example for explanation, the first interface may be as shown in fig. 10 (a).
And S902, receiving a first operation input by a user.
The first operation may be a preset operation, for example, an operation of stopping a display area corresponding to any email without an interval or for a preset time period, as shown in fig. 6 (a). Alternatively, the operation may be an operation of sliding left or right in a display area corresponding to any email, as shown in fig. 10 (b). Of course, other operations are possible, and are not limited herein.
And S903, responding to the first operation, and displaying a window for merging and forwarding the e-mail, wherein the window for merging and forwarding the e-mail comprises a control for merging and forwarding.
And S904, receiving a second operation input by the user on the window for merging and forwarding the e-mail, wherein the second operation is used for triggering the operation for merging and forwarding the e-mail.
Steps S903 to S904 are similar to steps S303 to S304, and are not repeated herein, and in fig. 10(c), the window is taken as a pop-up window and the second operation is taken as a click operation example for explanation.
S905, responding to the second operation, and displaying a third interface, wherein the third interface is used for displaying the merging mode of the e-mails.
In the embodiment of the application, the user can select the merging mode of the e-mails. As an example, in an email to be merged, there may be a case where recipient information and carbon copy information in a part of emails are the same, for example, the emails to be merged are first to third emails, and recipient information and carbon copy information in the second and third emails are the same, and then a user may select to merge the recipient information of the first and second emails, which may reduce the amount of computation of the electronic device in this way. Or, the user does not want to send the combined e-mail to the recipient corresponding to one of the e-mails, for example, if the user determines that the combined e-mail does not need to be sent to the recipient corresponding to the third e-mail, the user may only select to combine the recipients of the first e-mail and the second e-mail, so that the combining process can better meet the user's requirement, and the flexibility of the electronic device is increased.
The carbon number of the recipient can be set to the same value as the carbon number of the recipient.
In the embodiment of the application, two ways of merging the body of the e-mail are provided. The first merging method is as shown in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, and the method directly splices the texts of all the emails to be merged, and uses the spliced contents as the text of the merged email, which may be referred to as a fused content method. In the second merging mode, the body of a certain email can be used as the body of the merged email, and other emails are carried in the merged email in the form of attachments, which can be called a to-be-attached-file merging mode. In the third merging mode, the texts of a part of the e-mails may be spliced to be used as the text of the merged e-mail, and the rest of the e-mails are carried in the merged e-mail in the form of an attachment, which may be referred to as a partial fused content mode. In the embodiment of the present application, the name of the merging manner is not limited.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the third interface may include the following cases. In fig. 11, the e-mails to be merged are taken as the first e-mail to the third e-mail in fig. 10(a) as an example.
Referring to fig. 11(a), only the selection of the recipient information is included in the third interface. For example, in the third interface, the prompt "select recipient" is displayed, selectable emails are displayed below the prompt, a selection frame is displayed in front of each email, the user selects an email by clicking the display area corresponding to the email, and when the user selects a certain email, the selection frame in front of the email is adjusted to a selected state, for example, the selection frame is filled with a "√" pattern or the like.
Accordingly, in this case, the third interface may include only the selection of the carbon copy information, or only the selection of the merging manner, etc., which is not necessarily exemplified herein.
Referring to fig. 11(b), the third interface includes the selection of the recipient information and the selection of the merging mode. For example, in the third interface, two prompt messages "select recipients" and "select merge mode" are respectively displayed, and the portion of "select recipients" is similar to that in fig. 11(a), and is not described again here. Under the prompt message 'selection merging mode', three modes provided by the application are displayed, namely a fused content mode, a fused mode with an attachment and a partially fused content mode. And a selection frame is displayed in front of each merging mode, so that the selection of the merging mode by the user is similar to the selection of the recipient information, and the detailed description is omitted.
Referring to fig. 11(c), the third interface includes the selection of recipient information, the selection of carbon copy sender, and the selection of merging method. The selection of the copy-to-person information and the selection of the secret copy-to-person are similar to the selection of the recipient information, and are not described here. Specifically, all selectable contents are listed and displayed. The contents of the respective parts are similar to those of the two previous examples, and are not described again here.
S906, receiving a first selection operation input by a user.
For convenience of explanation, the third interface is taken as the display interface shown in fig. 11 (b).
As a first example, the electronic device receives a selection operation of a user selecting a first email and a second email in "select recipient" and a selection operation of selecting a merge content mode in "select merge mode", and clicks a determination control.
As a second example, the electronic device receives a selection operation that the user selects a first email and a second email in "select recipient", and selects a selection operation with an attachment fusion mode in "select merge mode".
The electronic device will perform different steps depending on the selection operation input by the user. When the selection operation input by the user is a first example, the electronic device executes step S907 and step S911; when the selection operation input by the user is the second example, the electronic apparatus executes steps S908 to S911. Step S907 and steps S908 to S910 are executed by selecting only one of them, that is, step S907 is executed, or steps S908 to S910 are executed.
And S907, responding to the first selection operation, performing a merging operation on the e-mails to be merged, and displaying a sixth interface, wherein the sixth interface is used for displaying the merged e-mails.
The selection operation of the user is to merge the recipients of the first e-mail and the recipients of the second e-mail, so that the electronic device merges the recipient information extracted from the first e-mail and the recipient information extracted from the second e-mail as the recipients of the merged e-mail, and then merges the subjects, attachments and texts of the first to third e-mails, wherein the specific merging manner is similar to the corresponding contents in step S307, and is not described herein again. Thereby generating a sixth interface, and then displaying the sixth interface on the display screen, as shown in fig. 5 (e).
S908, responding to the first selection operation, and displaying a seventh interface, wherein the seventh interface is used for displaying a selection interface of the main email.
As can be seen from the foregoing, in the method with attachment fusion, the text of a certain email is used as the text of the merged email, and other emails are carried in the merged email in the form of attachments, so that the email is the main email, and the user can select the email according to the use requirement. Specifically, the seventh interface is displayed on the display screen, the seventh interface is located around the third interface, and the position of the seventh interface can be adjusted according to the position of the third interface. For example, if the position on the right of the third interface is enough for the seventh interface to be displayed, the seventh interface is displayed on the right of the third interface; if the position to the right of the third interface is not enough to completely display the seventh interface, the seventh interface may be displayed below or to the left of the third interface, etc. Taking the third interface shown in fig. 12(a) as an example, the seventh interface is displayed on the right side of the third interface in fig. 12(b) as an example. A prompt message "select main email" is displayed in the seventh interface, all the emails selected by the user are listed below the prompt message, and a selection box is displayed in front of each email. In order to facilitate drawing, the actual content of each email is replaced by the "first email" to the "third email" in fig. 12, and in actual use, the actual content of each email can also be directly displayed, so that the user can conveniently select after viewing the content.
As another example, the sixth interface may also be a drop-down menu box. As shown in fig. 12(c), after the user selects the mode with the attachment fusion, a drop-down menu box is displayed below the mode to be attached fusion, the prompt message "select main email" is displayed in the drop-down menu box, and an operable control is displayed on the right side of the prompt message, in fig. 12(c), the operable control is a triangle, and the user can select the main email by clicking the triangle control.
And S909, receiving a second selection operation of the user.
The user selects the main e-mail on the seventh interface. For example, in the seventh interface shown in fig. 12(b), by clicking the selection box in front of the corresponding email, for example, the first email is selected in fig. 12(b), then the selection box in front of the first email in fig. 12(b) is in a filled state; in the seventh interface shown in fig. 12(c), after clicking the triangle control, the user clicks the main email to be selected by scrolling the display bar. For example, if the first e-mail is selected in fig. 12(c), the first e-mail is displayed in the drop-down menu box of fig. 12 (c).
The user then clicks the "confirm" control in the third interface.
S910, responding to the second selection operation, performing a merging operation on the e-mails to be merged, and displaying a second interface, wherein the second interface is used for displaying the merged e-mails.
The selection operation of the user is to merge the recipients of the first email and the recipients of the second email, so that the electronic device merges the recipient information extracted from the first email and the recipient information extracted from the second email to serve as the recipients of the merged emails, and the specific merging manner is similar to the corresponding contents in step S307, which is not described herein again.
And the electronic equipment acquires the text of the first e-mail as the text of the combined e-mail because the main e-mail selected by the user is the first e-mail. Then, the second e-mail and the third e-mail are converted into attachments in a standard format such as MSG or EML, and the generated attachments and the attachments carried in the first e-mail are displayed in the attachments of the merged e-mail, as shown in fig. 12 (d). In fig. 12(d), the attachment 1 is taken as an attachment in the first email, the email 2 represents the second email converted into the EML format, and the email 3 represents the third email converted into the EML format.
S911, receiving the confirmation sending operation of the user, responding to the confirmation sending operation, and sending the combined email.
Step S911 is similar to step S308 and will not be described herein.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiment, an improved manner of merging and forwarding is mainly described, and the improved manner may also be applied to a step of replying to an email, specifically, "merging and forwarding" in the foregoing embodiment may be directly replaced by "merging and replying", which has similar principles and is not described herein again.
In addition, the above-described improvement scheme may also be applied to group message merging. For example, after the user selects two chat groups, the above merging principle may be adopted to merge the contacts in the two chat groups into one big group, and merge and display the information in the two chat groups in the big group. Or, when the electronic device detects that the user selectively merges some messages in one chat group and sends the merged messages to another chat group, the electronic device can automatically merge the contacts in the two chat groups into one big group and display the merged messages in the big group, so that the effect of message summarization can be achieved, the problem of group splitting is solved, and the communication efficiency is improved.
