the controller 4 receives a control instruction of the control terminal 6 through the wireless communication module 5, and the controller 4 controls the execution device 3 to act, so that the alternating current electronic safety circuit 2 is switched on, switched off or reset. The alternating current electronic safety circuit 2 is used as a core component of the box body 1, and the safety device 41 is connected to the power supply end of the electric appliance, namely the alternating current electronic safety circuit 2 is connected to the power supply end of the electric appliance. A user sends a control instruction through the control terminal 6; the controller 4 receives a control instruction of the control terminal 6 through the wireless communication module 5, and the controller 4 controls the execution device 3 to act, so that the alternating current electronic safety circuit 2 is switched on, switched off or reset. The wireless control system of the safety device can remotely control the on and off of the safety device 41 through the control terminal 6, realize the on and off control of the circuit of the electric appliance and realize the remote control of the on and off of the electric appliance. The safety device 41 can be remotely controlled by the control terminal 6 to turn off the power of the electric appliances when the user is not at home. And when the power supply load fault or the line short circuit fault is eliminated, the normal power supply can be realized without resetting the safety device 41 to the set position of the safety device 41, and the resetting can be completed only by using the control terminal 6 and the normal power supply of the electric appliance can be realized. The control terminal 6 includes: cell-phone, panel computer. The wireless communication module 5 includes: one or more of Bluetooth, WIFI, 3/4/5G and infrared.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the ac electronic fuse circuit 2 includes:
the alternating current contactor 7 is used for controlling the on or off of the alternating current electronic safety circuit 2;
and a reset button 8 for controlling the reset of the alternating current electronic safety circuit 2.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
the ac electronic fuse circuit 2 is shown in fig. 2 and is actually an overcurrent protection switch. The 220V alternating current is subjected to voltage reduction by a power transformer T, half-wave rectification by a crystal diode VD2 and filtering by a capacitor C2, and then, about 12V direct current is output for the work power consumption of the control circuit. R1 is a detection resistor connected in series in the L loop of the user phase line, and its resistance value is only 0.2 Ω (variable); has no influence on the main circuit. The current passing through it is the sum of the currents of the consumers. When the current passing through R1 reaches 3A (effective value), the voltage U1 (effective value) at R1 is 0.6V, Um (peak voltage) is 2 to the power of-2 × 0.6V ≈ o.8v, and this ac voltage is half-wave rectified by a crystal diode VD1 (forward tube voltage is 0.5V at the time of small current measurement) and filtered by a capacitor C1, and then outputs a dc voltage of about 0.3V, which cannot trigger the unidirectional thyristor' VS to conduct (VS trigger threshold voltage is 0.6V). If the current is increased continuously due to abnormal power supply, for example, when the current is increased to more than 4A, the power of minus 2 power multiplied by 4A multiplied by 0.2 omega which is more than or equal to 2 at the two ends of R1 is approximately equal to 1.1V, the output voltage of C1 reaches more than 0.6V, VS obtains proper trigger voltage to be conducted, an electromagnetic relay K is attracted, a normally open contact KH of the electromagnetic relay K is connected with a power supply of an alternating current contactor KM, and a large-capacity normally closed contact of the alternating current contactor automatically cuts off an alternating current power supply loop, so that the function of a fuse is realized. In the circuit, R2 is a current limiting resistor that protects the triac VS control electrode from damage by overcurrent. When the load is in short circuit, the 220V alternating current voltage is almost completely applied to two ends of R1 instantly, and the average current flowing through the VS control electrode cannot exceed 9.9mA due to the existence of R2. Without R2, the VS would over-current fail at this instant. R2 and R3 and C1 form a false action preventing circuit which can effectively eliminate false action of electronic safety circuit caused by various instant strong currents (such as starting current of color TV, refrigerator, etc.) in the power grid. The size of the C1 capacity directly affects the sensitivity of the electronic fuse circuit operation. The R4 and the light emitting diode VD3 constitute an electronic fuse circuit operation indicating circuit. SB is the reset button 8. After the power supply load fault or the line short circuit fault is eliminated, normal power supply can be recovered only by pressing the reset button 8.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the execution device 3 includes:

The fuse 23 is burned by accident, for example: when the high-power electric appliance is connected and burnt, a user only needs to send a command for replacing the fuse 23 to the controller 4 through the control terminal 6; the controller 4 controls the third motor 27 to move, so that the fuse holder 22 moves on the first slide rail 26, and the standby fuse 23 is connected to the electric appliance circuit; the fuse 23 replacement operation is completed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the first motor, the second motor and the third motor are the same motor and are disposed on the motor base; the second transmission gear, the third transmission gear and the fourth transmission gear are the same transmission gear;
a second toothed guide rail 31 is arranged on the lower end face of the motor base; two parallel second sliding rails 30 are arranged in the box body 1, the section of each second sliding rail 30 is in an I shape, and a sliding groove matched with each second sliding rail 30 is formed in the lower end face of the motor base;
the second toothed guide rail 31 is arranged in parallel with the second slide rail 30;
a fourth motor 33 electrically connected to the controller 4; the output end of the fourth motor 33 is provided with a fifth transmission gear, and the fifth transmission gear is meshed with the second toothed guide rail 31;
when the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act, the gear at the output end of the motor arranged on the motor base is respectively and sequentially meshed with the rack, the first slide rail 26 and the first transmission gear 11;
when the controller 4 receives a control instruction of the control terminal 6, the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act, a gear at the output end of the motor on the motor base is meshed with the rack meshed with the first toothed guide rail 24, and the motor on the motor base is controlled to act to connect the fuse 23 into the circuit; then the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act to engage the gear at the output end of the motor on the motor base with the first transmission gear 11, and controls the motor on the motor base to act to push the switch of the alternating current contactor 7 upwards;
when the controller 4 receives a control instruction of the control terminal 6, that is, the controller 4 is closed, the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act to engage a gear at the output end of the motor on the motor base with the first transmission gear 11, and controls the motor on the motor base to act to pull down the switch of the alternating current contactor 7; then the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act, the gear at the output end of the motor on the motor base is meshed with the rack to mesh with the first toothed guide rail 24, and the motor on the motor base is controlled to act to move the fuse 23 out of the circuit;
when the power supply load fault or the line short circuit fault is eliminated and the controller 4 receives a control instruction of the control terminal 6 and is reset to be started, the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act, a gear and a rack at the output end of the motor on the motor base are meshed with the first toothed guide rail 24, and the motor on the motor base is controlled to act to connect the fuse 23 to the power supply; then, a gear at the output end of a motor on the motor base is meshed with the rack, and the motor on the motor base is controlled to act to reset the reset button 8; then, a gear at the output end of the motor on the motor base is meshed with the first transmission gear 11, and the motor on the motor base is controlled to act to push the switch of the alternating current contactor 7 upwards.
The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows:
one motor drives the other motor to move upwards on the motor shaft, so that a transmission gear arranged at the output end of the other motor is respectively meshed with the rack, the first transmission gear 11 and the first toothed guide rail 24 at different positions; the three functions of connecting in or out the fuse 23, pressing the reset button 8 and pushing or pulling down the switch of the alternating current contactor 7 can be realized by using two motors; wherein, after the motor acts to press the reset button 8, the motor is required to rotate reversely, and the reset rod 19 is retracted to the original position.
When the fuse protector is normally used, a user sends a control instruction (starting) by using the control terminal 6, namely when the controller 4 receives the control instruction of the control terminal 6 that the control terminal is started, the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act, a gear and a rack at the output end of the motor on the motor base are meshed with the first toothed guide rail 24, and the motor on the motor base is controlled to act to connect the fuse 23 into a circuit; then the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act to engage the gear at the output end of the motor on the motor base with the first transmission gear 11, and controls the motor on the motor base to act to push the switch of the alternating current contactor 7 upwards; thus, the power supply circuit is conducted, and the remote starting operation is completed.
When the device is normally used, a user sends a control instruction (closing) by using the control terminal 6, namely when the controller 4 receives the control instruction of closing of the control terminal 6, the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act to engage a gear at the output end of the motor on the motor base with the first transmission gear 11, and controls the motor on the motor base to act to pull down the switch of the alternating current contactor 7; then the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act, the gear at the output end of the motor on the motor base is meshed with the rack to mesh with the first toothed guide rail 24, and the motor on the motor base is controlled to act to move the fuse 23 out of the circuit; thus, the power supply circuit is cut off, and the remote closing operation is completed.
When the power supply load fault or the line short-circuit fault is cleared, the user does not need to return to the setting position of the safety device 41, the user can directly adopt the control terminal 6 to send a control instruction (reset opening), namely when the control instruction of the control terminal 6 is received by the controller 4 after the power supply load fault or the line short-circuit fault is cleared, the controller 4 controls the fourth motor 33 to act, the gear and the rack at the output end of the motor on the motor base are meshed with the first toothed guide rail 24, and the motor on the motor base is controlled to act to connect the fuse 23 into the power supply; then, a gear at the output end of a motor on the motor base is meshed with a rack of the reset rod 19 to control the motor on the motor base to act and reset; then, a gear at the output end of the motor on the motor base is meshed with the first transmission gear 11, and the motor on the motor base is controlled to act to push the switch of the alternating current contactor 7 upwards.
