The live indicator lead structure of the enclosed switchgear includes: the gas tank comprises a gas tank, an insulating sleeve and an indicator lead terminal, wherein the insulating sleeve is fixed on the wall of the gas tank; the insulating sleeve comprises a sleeve main body, an induction ring is arranged in the sleeve main body, a wire outlet terminal is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve main body, and the wire outlet terminal is in conductive connection with the induction ring. The C-GIS metal enclosed switchgear has the characteristics of small volume, compact size, no maintenance, high reliability, good sealing and insulating properties, no influence of external environmental factors and the like in the medium-voltage field, thereby being widely applied to power distribution of a power system and construction of a high-speed rail power distribution station. The primary loop of the C-GIS metal closed switch equipment is usually communicated with the inside and the outside of the gas tank through an insulating sleeve, and whether the primary loop is electrified or not is usually judged by an electrified indicator connected with the insulating sleeve, so that safety guarantee is provided for operators.
An induction ring is arranged in the main body of the existing insulating sleeve, and a wire outlet terminal is conductively connected to the induction ring; the insulating sleeve assembly further comprises an indicator lead terminal matched with the outlet terminal, and the indicator lead terminal is used for being in conductive connection with the charged indicator lead.
The lead terminal of the prior art indicator is screw-fitted to the outlet terminal by a screw structure, such as the structure disclosed in chinese patent publication nos. Compared with the prior art, the wire outgoing terminal and the indicator lead terminal are connected in an inserting mode, the indicator lead terminal and the wire outgoing terminal are kept in a connected state by pressing the lead terminal pressing piece on the indicator lead terminal, the indicator lead terminal and the wire outgoing terminal can be connected in an inserting mode without rotating the indicator lead terminal, and the problem that the wire of the electrified indicator is easy to wind is solved.
As a preferred technical scheme, a crimping step is arranged on the peripheral surface of the insulating sleeve, the insulating sleeve is fixed on the wall of the air tank through a sleeve pressing plate crimped on the crimping step, and a pressing plate fixing seat is arranged on the inner side of the wall of the air tank;

The insulating sleeve 1 comprises a sleeve main body, an induction ring 2 is arranged in the sleeve main body, as shown in fig. 2, an outlet terminal 5 is arranged on the outer circumferential surface of the sleeve main body, the appearance structure of the outlet terminal 5 is as shown in fig. 3, and the outlet terminal 5 is in conductive connection with the induction ring 2. The outgoing line terminal 5 is connected with an indicator lead terminal 6, and the outgoing line terminal 5 and the indicator lead terminal 6 are plug terminals for being adapted and conducted in a plug mode, and the plug mode is shown in fig. 5. A charged indicator lead wire is connected to the indicator lead terminal 6 for connection to a charged indicator.
The insulation sleeve 1 is provided with a crimping step 11 on the outer peripheral surface thereof, and the insulation sleeve 1 is fixed to the sleeve fixing wall 31 by the sleeve presser 4 crimped on the crimping step 11, as shown in fig. 4. The inner side of the sleeve fixing wall 31 is provided with a pressing plate fixing seat 32, and the pressing plate fixing seat 32 is formed by fixing columns fixed on the inner side of the gas tank wall.
The live indicator lead wire structure of the closed switchgear further comprises a lead terminal crimping member 7, the lead terminal crimping member 7 is a terminal pressing plate, and the lead terminal crimping member 7 is used for pressing the indicator lead terminals 6 connected with the respective phase insulating sleeves.
