a flying cutter disc coaxially linked with the rotary disc is arranged below the rotary disc, the flying cutter disc is arranged on a base plate, a placing groove with a circular cross section and a coin dividing port are formed in the base plate, the flying cutter disc is arranged in the placing groove, the coin dividing port is communicated with the placing groove, and at least one bulge for dividing coins is arranged on the outer side of the flying cutter disc;
a slide way is arranged behind the blanking hopper, the slide way comprises a coin inlet arranged at the lower part of the slide way and a coin outlet arranged at the upper part of the slide way, the coin inlet is communicated with the coin dividing outlet, and at least one counter is arranged at the coin outlet;
